When a person gets healthy and changes their diet they find out very quickly that high blood pressure is really low blood pressure in most cases. The only reason why someone would be dealing with high blood pressure is because they are stimulating there adrenal glands with caffeine, junk food, and salt, and high fat and protein from animals is another big indicator. Stress and stimulants is a huge factor with those that “suffer” with high blood pressure.
This issue is not difficult to fix, and it can be fixed in days with making serious dietary life changes. If you remove the salt, sugar, fat and caffeine then you can get your blood pressure down in weeks 90% of the time.
It’s a scam and waste of money to be on blood pressure “medicine” when you can change your diet and resolve this issue quite easily. Stop eating dead animals, get rid of your coffee, stop overdosing on the salt and processed food, and you can take all this pressure and damage your creating to your kidneys and adrenal glands.
The systolic number measures your adrenal function, and the diastolic measures the kidney function. You’re not going to learn this from medical doctors unfortunately but a good naturopath understands this. Another unfortunate thing when you get your blood pressure checked at the doctors is that they only check one arm!? Well you have 2 kidneys and 2 adrenal glands, and their located on both sides of your body, so both arms need to be checked to get an accurate reading.
I think a good reading for both arms should be 120/60 to 130/70 anything higher then this indicates pressure on the kidneys and overstimulation of the adrenal function. Anything lower then 120/60 indicates low Neurotransmitters which would explain adrenal burn out and chronic fatigue. Most people’s blood pressure goes form high to low when the stop stimulating their adrenal glands, and when they change their diet, and the body starts detoxing, and getting rid of the excess toxins, acids, and fat from the body.
If you have swinging blood pressure of dealing with low and high pressures throughout the day, then that’s going to be too much pressure on your cerebellum (back of head) is congested which means the transverse colon is clogged up, and you need to clean out your colon so your head can drain, and again you need to change your diet to create that, and I would encourage a diet of 80-90% fruit, and the rest whole plant foods preferably raw and starch-less. And if it was me I would get a good none habit forming bowel herbal formula to help clean out the stubborn debris in the colon.
Most people have really damaged kidneys and adrenals, so when they start detoxing the body will reveal their true genetic state of weakness, and it’s not high blood pressure but low blood pressure, because when you stop stimulating your adrenals they will reveal their true state of damage.
Regardless of the damages you caused for one, you can lower your bp very simply with diet changes, and you can also get your blood pressure to be stable, and healthy after you cleaned out the stagnant terrain in your body, and acids that are damaging your kidneys and adrenal glands.
If you adopt a fruit based raw food diet or at least a diet of 80% raw, and high fruit, and the rest foods from whole food plant based sources, and you remove the overt fats, salt, processed sugar, and animal proteins, give yourself a couple weeks, and you will resolve this issue with high blood pressure, and can also get off your blood pressure medication quickly, and won’t have to take a pill to condone a bad habit that’s caused by what your putting in your mouth.
High blood pressure is dangerous and it’s a sign of systemic acidosis and possible a future heart attack. Give your kidneys a brake from all this toxic crap it’s struggling to filter out of your body, give up the animal fats and proteins, and salt, and trust me you can resolve this issue once and for all.
You can have a future heart attack from doing nothing, or you can get all that excess fat out of your blood clogging your arteries, and you can start to heal your kidneys and adrenals by changing your diet from standard American eating, to a diet that’s most compatible with your species, which is a diet of living foods based around fruits, berries and melons.
