High Phytic acid containing foods should highly be avoided for optimal health

All foods other then fruits, berries and melons in their ripe state should be avoided, and not be a staple in your diet if your trying to achieve optimal health, and to avoid the acid ash load other foods can produce.

Herbs are healing plants nature has given us for medicine, but all foods apart from fruits and herbs will create different levels of damages, and compromises to the human organism.

To understand foods we must understand what foods humans are designed for, because that food should be the bulk of what you consume if you truly want to be healthy. Every species is designed for specific foods, and humans are not an exception. Humans are frugiverous without question. Just do the research and you will come to that conclusion if you look up “humans are fruigivores” so it only makes sense to seek out foods that are the most compatible with your design regarding consumption of food.

Ok so we know we are designed for fruit and we need a fruit diet to reverse and heal chronic “dis-eases” and to clean the lymphatic system. But for some it’s very difficult to be on all fruit diets, because it’s hard to even get ripe fruit in your climate. In these situations for daily living, and trying to maintain optimal health you want to focus on what fruits you can get that are sweet and ripe, and make those fruits the bulk of your daily calories. The rest of what you consume I would recommend tender plants like lettuce and steamed veggies apart from fruits. If you can get mangoes that ripen and taste sweet then I would make it 80%-90% of your calories if possible. Mangoes are nutritionally complete, calorie dense, and very satisfying and cleansing fruits. They are also a tropical fruit, and your also a tropical species.

Avoid plant foods wether raw or cooked that contain phytic acids!!! These phytic acids in plants are highly acidic, and usually bonded to heavy proteins as well. It has been said that if the phytic acids are not removed then bind to minerals and block absorption, and assimilation and in return remove them from the body before the body can use them. I really don’t care about all the minerals and vitamins anyways in other plant food sources, because again we are designed to get vitamins and minerals in foods we are designed for, such as fruits, berries and melons.

My biggest concern with plant foods high in phytic acids is that they damage tissue in the human body, damage the kidneys and bowels which are important eliminative organs to remove metabolic waste from the body.

Everyone has damaged tissue and inflammation (acid stagnation) in their body, and if you want to get out of pain and not aggravate tissue that needs to heal, then I would avoid foods that contain phytic acids.

Sorry to say but most raw or plant foods that have to be cooked are high in phytic acids. One of the biggest raw food staple foods, nuts and seeds, contain the most! So just being “raw” doesn’t mean your “healthy” if your consuming large amounts of phytic acids.

It’s quite interesting that the very food that humans are designed to eat contain no phytic acids! Makes sense to avoid the foods that do then right!

Any food that contains phytic acids are acidic, and are corrosive and cationic, and damage things they come in contact with. (Common sense) so it makes no sense to consume them. Fruit acids don’t create these damages, because they don’t leave an acid ash, and become alkaline when consumed. I would highly suggest avoiding nuts because they are very high in phytic acids, and also I would avoid beans and grains as well because they are high in them to.

If your going to be 100% raw then I would get 80-90% of your calories from fruit and the rest from tender leafy plants. These are the alkaline foods! If your going to eat some cooked foods then I would suggest similar ratios 80-90% fruit and the cooked food coming from sources that are very low in phytic acids, or sources that don’t contain them at all. If your going to eat cooked focus on the starchless veggies, and the one calorie rich cooked food sources that don’t contain them, or virtually no phytic acids, are sweet potatoes, and I’m not taking about yams ether. Also even though I don’t recommend this food for health, and staple but the only grain that virtually contains zero phytic acids is white rice, white rice also is much easier to digest then brown rice.

It’s not about the cooked food that produces health or the raw foods for that matter, It’s the fruits that are the best for us. But if it’s difficult for you to consume just fruit because you need to transition, or because of your climate and the food situation, I would recommend a diet mainly of fruit you do have access to, even frozen if that’s the only option, and the rest ether green juice, or cooked plant sources that are low, or do not contain phytic acids.

Phytic acids are aggravates to the human body, they leave behind an acid ash, they compromise the bowels, kidneys and create skin problems which is another vital eliminative organ (“3rd kidney”) and these foods also contain high proteins which are also an offender to the human body. The body wants and needs amino acids, not proteins, and that’s another subject.

Phytic acid impairs absorption of iron and zinc, and to a lesser extent calcium. If you want to reduce the phytic acid content in foods like nuts, seeds, grains and beans, then you will have to sprout and soak them, but It’s best to avoid them altogether if your goal is heath, and to avoid pain that is caused by consuming high amounts of phytic acids.

At the end of the day you “raw fooders” nuts and seeds are the worst, and if your going to be 100% raw, it’s best to just eat fruit mainly, and the rest tender leafy plants that are not acidic like your nuts and seeds, and are more acidic in my opinion then a boiled or steamed sweet potato.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
