Do hunger pains mean you’re hungry? No this is not true hunger this is a single to feed microbes in your body and these hungry pains usually are caused by unhealthy bacteria, parasites, fungus and yeast in the body. This is a sign that you have beds of unhealthy terrain in the body and need to shift your microbiome to a healthy terrain that lives on alkaline chemistry. This is the hunger spell because true hunger is not experienced in the gut, it’s an experience of a taste for nourishing foods for the purpose of fuel and enjoyment.
If you rid your body of parasites and fungus and the like your going to have stomach discomfort during the die of process. When you get rid of the unhealthy microbes that accumulate in the body from starchy complex sugars and putrefactive proteins in milk and dead tissue and processed foods then you will not wake up under the hunger spell anymore and in fact you will never be on edge going hours without eating because parasites and fungus don’t thrive in an alkaline environment and true hunger is not feasting on empty calories all day this is feeding unwanted parasites, yeast, fungus and bacterium causing these “hunger” pains.
When the body is properly hydrated and alkaline you should be able to intermittent fast for long term and you will feel amazing when you’re not eating vs eating tons of calories all day to get your “energy” energy is created of oxygen and the reason the body can’t breath is because it’s being dehydrated by acids and metabolic waste material. When the body is properly hydrated and you have cleaned the lymph system effectively by removing that acid out through the kidney and skin channel and you maintain a fruit-based raw food diet along with intermittent fasting in an alkaline state then your energy will be created more in the fasted state more than in feeding state.
It has been said that when you can find yourself feeling good eating less then you have done deep cleaning and I believe that and also the research shows that the less you eat the longer you live. overeating is a stressor to the body and more stress equals rapid aging and this is why eating less and what you eat will determine how you age and how you experience health and vitality.
This is a new paradigm shift in the fasting/raw food community and many of us know this by experience that you can maintain optimal health, build muscle and experience energy and happiness on a less is more lifestyle vs an overeating “nutrient” seeking modality. People are building muscle in the fasting state and also on low-calorie diets. This is a transition, not a race and the issue is people want to jump from a junk diet right into a fruit diet not understanding the die-off reactions and the rapid detox that could take place and especially when the doors are still close such as the kidneys and skin being clogged up with lymph.
Transition to these levels put in the work and you will naturally reach the state of eating less, fasting more and feeling better when you’re not eating vs when you are eating. Just understand that hunger pains are not because you’re not getting enough “nutrition” from fruits and salads/green drinks but rather because you still have to shift your microbiome in an alkaline state and with time you will no longer be under the hunger spell and you will not have the constant urge to eat and you will no longer have the cravings for empty calories in cooked foods that are not designed for your body.
