Greens they are rich in vitamins, minerals, oxygen, alkalinity, and greens and veggies are anti fungal and anti parasitic, etc. however, in my opinion, the human body has no essential need for greens or veggies if we look into our biology and physiology as it pertains to chemistry and the mater that should be in the digestive tract.
I know it has been said that humans are “herbivores” and this is not true. Humans are not herbivores in any stretch of the matter. Humans are frugivores designed for fruit. True herbivores are designed to digest the heavy cellulose fibers and humans cannot. If veggies digest in the human body better cooked then this should be common sense that nature did not design them for the human body which means we don’t have an essential. Need for them. Fruit ripe digest effortlessly in the human body and you don’t need to cook fruit to break down the fibers to digest them appropriately.
If you desire veggies over tree ripen juicy flavorful fruit then I guess your a herbivore lol? this is rare and humans have an essential sugar need for the brain and for energy and veggies lower in sugar and calories is not going to provide that need, especially if your an active person.
It’s more about hydration, sugar, and energy then it is about “nutrition” and minerals. Fruit for one should have a perfect balance of sugar, vitamins, nutrition, and minerals but unfortunately, the fruit most humans are eating are grown on chemical-based soils and sprayed with chemicals lowering their quality, and the same goes for the greens and veggies as well.
If your fruit is low quality it’s difficult to get fruit fresh, ripe and organic and you’re not on a hurry to heal some life-threatening condition with your health and your struggling to be satisfied on low sugar, and low-quality fruit sold in the grocery store on Babylon and you are looking for more of a nutrition bump, then instead of eating a large bowel of hard to digest raw veggie matter just to “stay raw” then I would encourage you to just eat the fruit that you can get and juice your greens, because if you don’t digest the greens well then you’re not going to absorb the nutrition well anyways.
I never think it’s a good idea to burden the body on food hard to digest even if the foods are mucusless and raw. In my personal experience I am not able to digest greens well at all, and have an easier time digesting starches, however you want to be careful with high starchy plant matter because the heavy starches will overtime leave behind sticky residues that will lead to a congested colon, and most starches are mucus forming due to the high starch content, and the body doesn’t want heavy starches to meet your sugar needs because again the body is designed for simple sugars in raw fruit, but if you go with a starch or a root veggie it’s best to eat the yams, sweet potatoes, and the winter squash varieties if your stuck in a cold climate, your in a transition phase, and you’re not desperate to heal on an all fruit diet that is what promotes true regenerative detoxification.
Eat your fruit and juice your veggies! You can juice your fruit too but the fruit is going to digest in the body and give you the energy you need. If your fruit lacks sweetness then it’s very low-quality fruit and this is why you most likely are attracted to the greens or because humans have been trained to eat complicated food combining meals because savory has been created to manipulate the taste buds and to change them to want salt, and this is also an adrenal gland weakness because your adrenal glands control your sodium and potassium levels for proper utilization.
When you eat bitter and salty you naturally want to spit it out right? However due to the programming people still eat the bitter and salty because they have a fixation on minerals and nutrition. Humans are designed for sweet point, blank, period. We only desire other foods because we have trained ourselves in the art of cooking and combining to desire other food sources.
If you are struggling with digestion on a raw food diet it’s most likely because your combining your foods and not mono meal eating, and your eating raw veggies that are very hard to digest and just create fermentation in the body. Focus on the fruit for your food and fuel and juice your greens if you desire them for “nutrition” or just get the superfood blends from the herbal health club and that formula will meet your nutrition requirements if you feel like your lacking from poor quality fruit. You can’t benefit from nutrition anyway until you fix digestion, absorption, and elimination anyway and that’s by removing the terrain that impairs and blocks those pathways.
Stick to the food your designed for and you should overcome poor digestion and fermentation in the body.
