There is no doubt that cravings will creep their ugly head when your starting to get healthy and limiting your food consumption to only living foods. The greater the quality the more satisfied you will become, and the easier it will be to overcome these cravings in my opinion. But when you are experiencing lots of cravings while detoxing and cleaning out your body on the living foods, then it just goes to show that your body is full of an environment and ecosystem consisting of fungus, yeast, parasites, worms and you must also understand the addictive food additives in these processed foods that are actually physically addicting. You can change your palette, if you continue on a living foods diet long enough.
The level of salt, processed fats, and processed sugars that humans eat is extremely stimulating to the body and very addictive, so it may take some time to adjust, but when you get the natural organic sweet flavors from the fruits, and the natural mineral dense bitterness from the leafy greens, eventually these will be the food that you crave rather than the fake processed foods that are only stimulating and not nourishing.
We must get back to the concept of eating for nourishment and satisfaction rather than eating to stimulate and suppressing emotion and overindulging in pleasure-seeking foods out of balance, because it only creates an addiction, and the body will go through consequences of eating out of balance, because the body is designed for nourishment that is found in the living foods.
You can eat healthy, and wake up refreshed, or you could eat like a slob and wake up with a hangover. It’s completely up to you, and self-pity is never going to strengthen your mind to make better decisions. If other people are doing it, so can you it all starts in the mind and positive thoughts. I definitely understand the level of addiction and how hard it can be to overcome these habits because they are as addictive as drugs and alcohol, but when your body crashes and you no longer feel stable physically and mentally, you will learn very quickly that you could find satisfaction and fulfillment and fruits, because fruits are sweet, satisfying, and all humans desire them when their grown in proper soil and actually produce the nirvanic flavors that are designed for the human species anyways, and that’s why when were babies we desire them the most.
Clean out your gut, and you will clean out your brain, and always make sure that you are eating enough to meet your satisfaction levels, and never set yourself up for failure by telling your mind that you have an addiction, and that it’s very difficult, and I can’t do something, because these are traps to set you up for failure. If you can get passionate enough in other areas of your life to create discipline then you could also when it comes to the food you consume.
Yes the struggle of eating around specific people that refuse to eat healthy, and put these addictive traps around you, can be very tempting, but the mind is much more powerful than the traps and if you get passionate about feeding your body with healthy food so that you could enjoy a long life, full of energy and full of joy and happiness, you will be able to overcome these temporary addictions that are in front of you, because the depression, the anxiety, and the feeling of pain does not weigh out the benefits you can get when your enjoying a nirvanic bowl of fruit, and also will nourish and replenish and heal the body, and set it up for longevity, rather than set it up for chronic and degenerative pain and suffering.
After a while of creating these new eating habits of eating healthy, you will start to crave these foods, when you get rid of the sewage environment in the body, you will no longer desire these highly processed foods, and if you try them they will not taste the same, and your body will quickly respond negatively and this will also tell you that it’s not worth it. But the reality is when you do have a lot of fungus In your body you will crave a lot of starches and cheese and fermented foods, but when you get the fungus out, these cravings will start to diminish because in all reality a plain white potato, or a plain bowl of white rice, is never going to be more satisfying then a bowl of bananas, or a bowl of sweet ripened incredibly juicy mangoes. If your going through intense cravings for starches, I highly recommend getting a good herbal formula that is designed to help kill and pull out the fungus and parasites, and in my experience it really does help but it’s not the cure-all, the mind is the cure-all, and also consistency and creating a healthy habit overtime is also the cure-all.
I would suggest eating so much fruit, that you never even think about cheating with cooked food let alone processed, and chemical-laden addictive junk foods. The more you set your eyes on these foods, the more you set your mind on eating them, the harder it’s going to be to create a consistent pattern, but if you can create a consistent pattern, over time it gets easier and you become addicted to how you feel, verses temporarily suppressing an emotion and over-stimulating your taste buds with these acid/ mucus forming addictive foods because you will not enjoy the blowback that you get from this short temporary compromises.
In my experience with time, you will crave the foods that you eat, and if you were eating mainly fruit, you will crave mainly fruit, and fruit is incredibly satisfying when you get properly organic and sweet ripen fruit, and if you don’t get these incredibly sweet ripen fruits, then you could also dress up a nice savory salad, that will also help with cravings and the leafy greens in my opinion work really well to kill parasites because of the high chlorophyll content.
Give it some time, and get passionate about health and wellness, and surround yourself around people that will motivate you to eat healthy, because ihere’s nothing worse than a negative unconscious human beings that try to get you off track of eating healthy because this person is miserable inside, and only wants to bring you down to their level, when you know that you need to blossom out and get back to nature and thrive, because you can overcome cooked food addiction and junk food addiction if you consistently create a pattern of eating healthy, over time it will get easier and you will get excited to eat a big bowl of fruit, or a tender leafy green salad. Their is also plenty of raw gourmet meals you could create, if that’s what you need for balance, and I would highly recommend that over giving in to junk food cravings. Do whatever you need to do on a living foods diet, and gradually move up the pyramid of eating simple nourishing foods such as your fruits, berries, and melons.
The cravings will get easier over time, and never beat yourself up if you cheat, just get back on the train the next day, but you must also understand in all truth that the more you cheat the harder it will get, so try to be consistent, and understand that if you do it long enough and you clean out your body, you will create a strong mind, become addicted to health and wellness, and also have fun finding the juicy fruits, that will always bring more nourishment and true satisfaction over a temporary drug like feeling that you get from acid/ mucus forming food, that also leave an acid ash in the body and contribute to degenerative chronic health conditions.
