If you're still thinking about the food when it comes to regeneration you're not getting it


You must understand the simplistic way to heal your body, and the most effective and true way to heal the body, and that’s not the focus of food whatsoever, food does not heal the body, minerals and vitamins and specific nutrients play no part when it comes to rebuilding and regenerating a damaged body! If anybody gets remedy and recovers from damage to their health, it’s simply because they remove the obstructions that block the flow of energy that create a state of dis-ease in the body, which happened to be cooked acid and mucus forming foods that are corrosive and back up the lymphatic system.

I know that the less is more concept is very hard for people to get behind, to fuel your motivation, because we always want something to feel secure thinking that a magic potion remedy is going to aid in some special way! People getting fixated on not eating specific foods because GMO and hybridization and mineral depleted soils Etc, this is all wasted energy! Stressing out over mineral depleted soils and low quality foods is a waste of time in the less-is-more concept. What you must understand about minerals, is that your adrenal glands are responsible for the utilization of minerals, so you want to focus on healing your adrenal glands and that’s by simply getting out of the way and adopting a simple living foods diet, and focusing more on fasting and getting your kidneys to filter, and draining the lymphatic system so that your adrenal glands will allow you to properly utilize the little amount of minerals you actually need. It’s not about quantity in my opinion it’s about efficiency and when you clean the body you will get more bioavailable activity which means you don’t need more but actually less. If you don’t fix absorption and utilization it’s not going to matter whether you have a perfect diet, and a delusional concept of thinking your getting “perfect food” even if it’s grown on your “perfect soil”!

All this worry and stress over food, in all reality doesn’t add up, even though a lot of it’s true, but when you clean your body out, you experience the opposite, because you start to absorb just enough nutrition from the little amounts of fruits and vegetables your eating and you find yourself satiated in satisfied on very little. If the food was that bad this couldn’t be a reality, but it is a reality, and most people that have focused on detoxification and regeneration on a simple fruit based diet with fasting are experiencing this even eating poor quality food. This proves my less is more theory is correct and focusing on perfect nutrition is an illusion. If you clean your lymphatic system and get your kidneys filtering, and consistently pursue a mono fruit based diet, and you hydrate on an interstitial level, you could get by and feel great with no deficiencies even on store-bought conventional fruit, and people are doing it so heck with this perfection concept and focusing so much on the food when in all reality the food plays no part, but removing the junk food does because it aids in the body healing itself.

And please stop saying that fruit is depleted of minerals and nutrition, because all the food is!! If people are clearing up these deficiencies on water fasting and dry fasting then why is everybody so fixated on food? We do not live in a perfect world, and we could only do our best to get back to nature, if you adopt a simple fruit based diet of eating mono fruit meals, properly combining your foods, and even having a simple salad for dinner if you desire, and you dry fast everyday for 16 to 18 hours, and even take extended breaks from food with dry and water fasting, you can experience vibrant health, which matters the most not what people are saying about the food supply, yes we know that the food supply is messed up, and that GMOs are not healthy, and the hybridization of fruits destroy the natural chemistry of the food, but still when you remove the junk food, and you clean out your system, you will benefit regardless of the fruit your eating, just try to buy organic, and try to eat less, by cleaning out your body and become more satisfied on little. Nobody’s dying from deficiencies on a living foods diet, the only reason why anybody would die from a deficiency, is because of a backed-up sewage system in their body and not filtering through their kidneys and moving the junk out of their system.

I lived on mangoes alone for 7 months, organic and conventional mangoes, and I didn’t leach out minerals from my body because of the mineral deficient fruits. All these concepts make me scratch my head and laugh when I actually lived this out! Even my blood work showed improvements and no signs of the so-called deficiencies that only exist again in a backed-up lymphatic system full of sewage waste blocking the flow of energy creating these imbalances. I also felt much better on this diet, and I was only eating mangoes, and I’m trying to build back the discipline today, that I once had during that season. When you experience the less-is-more for detoxification and regeneration, you will feel better, and you will also feel better when you eat less and fast more, proving that it’s not about the food, but it’s about efficiency and allowing the body to utilize the most energy at can, and that’s not on processing and digesting plant matter.

All you have to do is Adopt a 100% raw food diet with at least getting the bulk of your consumption from water-rich fruits at 80% to 90% and the rest I would recommend a simple salad low in protein and moderate amounts of fat found in your fruits like avocados or olives, even though these fruits are not as ideal as the water rich higher sugar fruits, it’s not going to matter, when your eating less and fasting more if you desire to have a little fat or a salad, but you don’t need any of this, you could find your health and remedy on just one fruit for a long period of time like I experience with mangoes.

The goal isn’t finding the perfect food, but just listening to your body, and eating when hungry and stopping when satisfied, and focusing on removing obstructions, and eventually you will find yourself eating less, and listen to this, and don’t be afraid to limit your so-called calories, because your body is smarter than any stupid chronometer or calorie recommendation.

You could waste your time focusing on all the flaws that this world has created, or you could just learn to experience the reality of health, and that’s by consuming less and simplifying your diet to mono meals. You don’t want to look for ways to tax your system with neurotoxins by intentionally buying conventional food, you do your best to find the best, but at the end of the day when you simplify your diet to 100% raw and mono fruit-eating, and you focus on the fasting, eventually you will realize that you don’t need to spend a lot of money on food, and that your actually experiencing health regardless of all the claims and negativities regarding the soil and the food quality, so go by how you feel not by what everyone is saying, and I’m very confident that when you eat less, and fast more, and remove obstructions through the kidneys via kidney filtration, the pain, fatigue, brain fog, and all these uncomfortable symptoms will go away much quicker, rather then taxing the body trying to get specific nutrients and minerals could ever help you to experience. You could blast your body with a varietiy of food because of fear of mineral and nutrient depletion, and good luck feeling better doing that, or you could focus on elimination and less is more, and getting in touch with fasting and abstaining, and then tell me how you feel, because I guarantee it when you focus on less, you will experience more benefits versus taxing your system with supplements, a variety of fruits and vegetables, and spending extra money on these marketed super organic foods grown in these delusional perfect soils, or you can just do your best in the world that your living in, and realize that you could actually feel better than you ever have eating the low quality food you have access to. Just get your kidneys to filter, and less will increase this, don’t fall into the trap of yo-yoing, and doing “cleanses”, but instead just fast and live this as a lifestyle, which is the most important thing you could ever do in a world of mineral and nutrient depleted soils.
