Intermittent fasting

Intermittent fasting

(My personal story that led me into it)

Intermittent fasting has been a lifestyle for me for over 5 years.

It all started when my health declined and I was suffering from chronic fungal problems, chronic prostatitis, and arthritis.

Dealing with pain in my prostate and rectum area I soon discovered how sensitive I become to foods and drink not understanding at the time how acidic certain foods are and processed drinks. on my discovery of finding a remedy, I just started fasting naturally to avoid triggering inflamed tissue in my body mainly the prostate being so inflamed and that’s a perfect location in the body for when peeing and having bowel movements would trigger the prostate and especially when the food was cooked and acidic.

So I naturally avoided eating because peeing and having bowel movements was a nightmare at the time because my lymphatic system was so backed up in the prostate and colon and the Uric acid load from the fungal overgrowth was not coming out because I wasn’t aware at the time on how to address that.

So I would naturally eat 1-2 meals a day and I would usually have a meal at the end of the day and either dry fast or fast on liquids (juice/water/herbal teas) until late afternoon or evening. It became a natural lifestyle for me and then I soon learned about regenerative detoxification from experts like Robert Morse ND and Professor Arnold Ehret’s books and I healed myself addressing the cause and changing my diet. It was the fruitarian diet that encouraged healing and elimination for me.

To this day I intermittent fast and I’ve done a lot of long term time-restricted dry fasts and one meal a day for mainly just a lifestyle with 2 meals at tops unless I had some odd cheat day so maybe 3 meals once in a blue moon.

My eating window is usually 2 hours and no more than 4.

I have found personally that the body runs on oxygen and hydration for fuel not eating for calories and when the colon gets cleaner and you don’t have a fungal or parasite problem you just don’t have a need to eat all day long and intermittent fasting for 18+hours a day is just what your body naturally wants.

Yes we have a digestive tract built to break down food matter and we have a blood system that deals with feeding our cells with nutrition but how much food do you really need? And what food are you putting in your gut? And how chemistry affects your cells and lymphatic system?

If you feel good, you have physical and mental energy why are you forcing yourself to eat? Does it make sense to deny your body’s singles? Eat when hungry and stop when satisfied and if you put the right food in your body and when the body gets clean and properly alkaline you will not have a constant “hunger” need and fasting will just make sense.

Fasting on water or juice or nothing for a short season I’ve done that to but intermittent fasting can be done as a lifestyle and to me giving the body a rest to process a regular amount of food which is not 3-6 meals a day, haha you will keep the body clean so it can do what it’s designed to do and that’s to clean and repair and to rebuild new tissue built on alkalinity and hydration which is why the raw foods are the best and the fruits are the foods designed for humans. Low protein cooked foods like tubers and your pumpkin varieties would be second best for back up or for transition and learn to eat simple and really intermittent fasting is not really even a “fast” for a lot of us it’s just a lifestyle of naturally eating less and not eating when your not hungry even if that means an entire day without eating.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
