Raw milk is better then pasteurized milk without question. Raw milk is on the alkaline side, and pasteurized is straight up acid. Milk whether it’s raw or pasteurized is a foreign protein to the human body. Anyone who thinks raw milk is good for the human species has lost their way with the simplicity regarding the humans natural design, when it comes to the food designed for them, and is caught up in the mind, and creation.

The simple facts are that humans are designed for human milk, not milk from another species. Pretty much everyone losses the enzyme lactase to brake down and digest lactose after the age of 2. Raw Milk has enzymes, so it’s going to be easier to deal with, rather then drinking pasteurized milk would be.

Humans are not baby calf’s, so why drink from a cows utter!? You might as well drink humans milk, if your lost in the world of “nutrition” and intellectual constipation. Milk is a protein, and protein is hard on the kidneys. When you damage your kidneys, your lymph system backs up, and you run into what Robert Morse ND calls interstitial lymphatic constipation.

Humans are fruigivores, so get over the “nutrition” fad, and focus on nutrition that’s designed for you, in its proper ratio, because it’s not about nutrition, it’s about your species specific diet, and I got news for you, no species drinks milk after they are weened from their mommy’s tit!? But humans are smarter in their infinite wisdom huh?

If you really think raw milk is good for you, then you’re not looking at nature’s design, and hit your head buried in books of silly talk.

The only food humans should be eating are fruits and vegetables, and in all seriousness, humans are designed for fruits, berries, and melons alone, but it’s difficult to make that a reality in a world that produces junk unripe fruit, so you get the best you can, and have a salad for balance, and a little more variety, when the fruits are not abundant. But you don’t eat outside of your natural diet to get “nutrition” you only do that, because you have walked away from simplicity, and now caught up in the mind of creation.

I’m sorry to tout my discipline regarding my past on fruit, but I only do, to convey a point on nutrition being hype, and a modern day sells pitch, and good way to instill propagated fear to control the masses. Anywho, I lived on mangoes only for 7 months, I relayed solely on the nutrition from the mangoes, and I ran into ZERO deficiency! In fact I fixed the “deficiencies” I had with iron and zinc, and these are minerals that the body can’t utilize when the adrenal glands are down, because it’s the adrenal glands that are responsible for the utilization of these minerals, and this is why you cannot talk about deficiency before you fix digestion, absorption, utilization and eliminate your waste properly, and it’s going to take a good detox to fix that, and raw milk will never get you there, it will only give you a honey moon phase of feeling stimulated, and empowered from the proteins, and natural hormones from the cow, goat, sheep, or whatever other species you drink milk from. I think monkey milk would make more sense, but even better would be to leave the animals alone, because you have zero need for their fluids, and body parts, and anyone eating them for “nutrition” will deal with karma in this life, or the next, because you don’t exploit animals for personal needs, because you have no need as a fruigivore species, and all animals should be treated the same as the human animal, because they have a soul that never dies, just like you do.

If you think raw milk is good for you, you should eat more fruit, detox and drain your head, because you have lost your way with basic common sense, and are stuck in the world of nutrition, rather then looking at health in the lens of regenerative detoxification, because less is more when you clean out the swamp in the human body, and you will require less nutrition in regards to the ratios, when your body is clean and alkaline. I’ve been on a high fruit diet for years now, and I ate only fruit for 2 years straight in my past, and I have no deficiency, and I’m not weak at all, I have muscle and feel very strong!

If your loosing patients on an all fruit diet or 100% raw because you lost your muscle, strength and a lot of weight, your forgetting that your body is in nature’s repair shop, and it’s being stripped down for a new paint job, and it just takes time for that to happen, and I’m not just saying that to push some kind of “fruit agenda” I’m living this out in real time. I got really skinny on fruit 100% raw, and I put on the weight and muscle the same way the diet took it off, and I live on 95% fruit 95% of the time, as a lifestyle.

I’m debunking the myth that you need animal products to have muscle, and strength, and I haven’t had an animal product in several years, and when I did drink raw milk in my diet lifestyle, it didn’t take long until my creatine levels jumped to 0.09 which means in my opinion, on my way to kidney failure, and regardless of the numbers, I felt my kidneys failing when my lower back was going out. I got rid of the raw milk, and the proteins, and I saved my kidneys, got them filtering, and got rid of the lower back pain ? interesting huh ? not really!! Your a fruigivore, and that means as an adult, the last thing you want is animal products, and their milks, because you are designed for a food that is completely the opposite of them.

Stick to fruit, understand that fruit will allow the body to strip down, and detoxify for a season, and you must have faith in the process to experience the results, because you damaged your body, and now that your on the highest energetic living food nature produces, the body will not build up, before it brakes down to get rid of the damages you created on these proteins your whole life, so retuning to them, before the body can rebuild itself naturally on the same diet that took of the weight, due to full body regenerative detoxification a fruit diet creates, is a big mistake, and you will find yourself regretting it, and will be sending me a PM down the road for help, because you damaged your kidneys and adrenals on proteins, and you have become constipated, and unable to remove your digestive waste, because milk is highly mucus forming, and the most constipating food for humans, and not designed for any species after the are weened from infancy.
