Is smoking cannabis healthy?


Cannabis is a natural herb and a powerful herb nature produced. I believe it’s a medicinal herb like so many others to enhance and to support structure function to cells and tissue like any other herb that does that. The human body has cannabinoid receptors for a reason, and I believe these receptors can be activated and advanced with cannabis. Cannabis is a strong anti inflammatory herb that buffers acids in the body, and the CBD calms the nervous system and can possibly remove neurotoxins out of the body, or calm the adrenal glands which in return fights stress and fights acids. Any anti-inflammatory plant that helps with inflammation is a plant that buffers and helps the body remove acids out of the body, as long as the intake is not acidic.

Regarding chemistry combustion and fire to food or plant is acidic, which means damaging cells and tissue in the human body. The oils in cannabis even heated up by fire still create anti-inflammatory properties but this highly fired plant smoked still is acidic to the heart, lungs, and bronchioles. If it wasn’t then why is it that when you take a bong rip your coughing your head off!? This is not healthy and in my opinion, no herb nature produced should be smoked to get the medicinal priorities and would be more ideal ingested in its raw form anyways.

I’m not saying cannabis is unhealthy, I would never say that! What I am saying is smoking cannabis is unhealthy and not ideal to take medicinally. You don’t smoke herbs, you make an extract out of them or an oil would be best to preserve all the natural properties of the plant. When you burn directly with fire you lose the natural properties of the plant and create a chemical reaction which is out of balance, and this can cause dysfunction to tissue.

Smoking weed is mucus forming and this is why people hack up dark mucus when they smoke cannabis every day. When you smoke weed you create a resin from the plant and this accumulates in the bronchioles and this is why you’re couching all the time, and you’re hacking up mucus. Combustion is acidic, and smoking is a lot of smoke which means a lot of mucus accumulation in the body.

Cannabis should be ingested orally not smoked. It doesn’t matter if it’s a water bong or vaporizer, it’s going to be best used in its whole form made into an alcohol tincture or oil base.

I think that cannabis and the CBD properties are a good buffer to acids while you remove them out of the lymphatic system through kidney filtration. But I’m not sure if cannabis has any detoxification properties in the sense of moving the lymphatic system and helping the kidneys to filter the lymphatic system, and I personally never experienced any breakthrough, and I experimented the first month starting my fruit, herb and fasting detox. I believe many herbs do help this process but not sure on cannabis as long as it’s taken naturally. A fruit diet, fasting, and specifically known herbs encourage this process.

The THC in cannabis, however, can get you high or intoxicated as many of you know, and intuitively you need to know if this reaction to the body is benefiting your mind or altering your mind in a negative way. I personally felt out of balance specifically smoking cannabis in the whole plant form during my regenerative detox journey the first month a couple of y of years ago and my intuition told me to stop. The Smoking of this plant was going against my elimination process in a negative way I felt. A full spectrum hemp oil helped with the inflammation, but the plant smoked increased the pain for a good reason.

Cannabis oil can really help the pineal gland produce melatonin which helps the body rest, so for those that don’t mind the high you get from the THC then it may be a good option for severe insomnia when nothing else works while you focus on the diet that promotes detoxification that cleans the colon and drains the head of the acids that damage the pineal gland in the first place.

The Psychoactive effect of THC could also hit the receptors of the pineal gland (spiritual gland) and 6th chakra bringing more spiritual awareness, but it can also hyper stimulate as well which can be negative in the sense of creating paranoia, and with any hypothalamus and pineal gland imbalance could cause a mental illusion, and bring out brian dysfunctions like “Schizophrenia” I think this is because the plant has been hybrid and altered, and is more an issue with the strain of cannabis (sativa)

Cannabis, if it’s high in THC, must be used with caution especially if mental illness is apart of your family tree. I’m just saying use caution and to be intuitive but not making any objective claims until I do more in-depth research. What I am saying though is that SMOKING cannabis or any plant for that matter is acidic, mucus forming and not healthy.
