Keto carnivore diet lacking in any tangible long term health benefits, and common sense regarding our species specific diet


We have on recored that the cultures that consumed the most fruits and vegetables thrived the most, and lived the longest. We live in such strange times in 2018, that people think that plants are toxic, all sugars are bad, and that animal based ketogentic diets are the answer to longevity, and optimal health? This is truly scary, and humans need to claim their common sense, instead of being so damn gullible to all the propaganda out there.

It’s quite apparent that humans are seeing that meat and grains are not contributing to health, or the ketogentic diet, and this is why more people are going vegan then ever before. And the meat and dairy industry are in a bind, and hiring trolls, and funding this keto fad, to confuse the masses. We have articles like, “what If plants are toxic, and not really healthy”, and the like, and people buy into this silly crap, and it makes my stomach turn!

Do you really think nature made a mistake creating an abundance of fruit trees, and vegetables by mistake. You also need to ask yourself in nature what foods looks the most appealing to the human eye?, is it animals!? Hell no, is it grains, not at all, is it even vegetables, maybe the veggie fruit varieties, but not so much the leafy greens, or is it the fruit? It’s obvious that are species is not only attracted to the colors and smell of the fruits, but the flavors are most desired as well. I’ve never met anyone that doesn’t like a tree ripen fresh, sweet juicy mango ?

To my knowledge and research humans are fruigivores, and even apart from the research, and “studies” the more fruit you consume, the lighter you will feel, the better your digestion will be, and the less inflammation you will experience. Go on a fruit diet for 2 weeks, and then don’t eat anything raw, have a cooked meal of your choice (whole foods recommended) and tell me how you feel? How is your digestion?, your mood?, your energy levels ? And if you have pain, did your inflammation increase, or decrease?

Humans stop being so damn conditioned! And use your common sense. We desire fruit, it taste the best, it give you the most energy, (apart from detox symptoms), fruit digest the best, and you can eat tons of endless amounts of fruit, and feel pretty much fine an hour later, but if you over ate on grains, meat, and dairy, you would get sick, fall asleep, and feel more pain in damaged tissue!

You’re not a carnivore, so understand, that nobody is going to last on this diet long term, you’re not a ketogentic fuel designed species, because ketones are a backed up fight and flight fuel source, your body taps into for fuel, to keep you alive. You need fructose to fuel atp, and fructose doesn’t even require insulin to get sugars into the cells in humans, because it’s a perfect food for humans, and fructose is the main fuel source the human body runs on, not ketones. Ketosis is ketoacidosis, and the only land animal that truly is designed for a ketogentic diet are the canine species, and possible a few other species.

Humans are not herbivores, because we don’t have grinders to chew up the heavy raw cellulose fibers, or multiple stomachs to prosperity digest veggies raw, however, vegetables are still highly alkaline like fruits, and don’t damage the human body, they are just not the food in my opinion designed for the humans digestive tract.

Humans are not omnivores, because we all know that combining meat with carbs, is a digestive nightmare, and creates fermentation, Putrefaction, and even if you don’t combine the foods together, meat takes several hours to digest, and putting grains, and starches on top of meat even hours later, can cause this rancidity to take place in the stomach, and we don’t look anything like hogs, dogs, chickens, bears, etc, let alone have a similar digestive tract.

Humans are not starchivories in my opinion, because grains, beans, and tubers, and the like, need to be cooked, and we all know that these foods create fungal problems, and cause gas to take place in the human body, and these foods must be cooked to even digest them, and we know that no animal eating their species specific diet, has to cook their food to make it palatable, as well as able to digest it properly. I don’t think humans are naturally evolved species, that were created to cook ether, you can only make sense of this argument, if fruits and primates never existed. Just because humans discovered fire, and weapons to kill animals to use their fur to keep them warm, which is designed to keep that animal warm, and if humans were supposed to be in cold climates, then why don’t we have fur to keep us warm in these climates?, why don’t we hibernate naturally?, because it’s obvious that humans are not designed to dwell in cold climates, because humans are topical species, and if you have ever lived in the tropics, you understand that you don’t need clothes to be warm, because it’s even warm when it rains.

Just because humans have found ways in the past to kill to stay warm, find ways to discover fire, to cook the foods, so they can even some what digest it properly, doesn’t mean it’s natural, and something that makes our species an exception. Again let’s go back to our common sense regarding raw foods, vs cooked. When a person gets chronically ill, and they exhausted all their resources on “diets” the fruit based raw food diet, is the diet that moves them further in their healing, I wonder why that is!? ? because when you feed a human animal foods they are designed for, the body then can heal itself naturally.

Cooked foods will always cause a plateau effect, and this is why people heal more effectively when they turn to eating raw foods, the way nature designed foods to be consumed, and that food type for that species. No species, cooks their foods, except humans, and this is why it’s our species, that is in the most trouble with their health.

Can we know examine this with common sense!? Who cares what the health “expert” says!, forget about “nutrition” and return to your species specific diet, which is a fruit diet, with maybe an exception of some tender herbs, or leafs, and understand that your in the primate category, and we all know if we look in the past, before we damaged the earth to such a high degree, and before we pushed the primates up into the mountains to were they have no choice, but to eat like herbivores, and because we make it hard for them to live on fruit, because we take away their natural food source, for industrialism, and other capitalistic endeavors, that primates are fruigivores, and on recored know that once upon a time, they were on a diet strictly of fruit, and very little tender plants, if any, and humans happen to have 98%, not similar dna, physiology, and anatomy, but identical to the bonobo monkey, which is a fruigivore species.

Before you comment on what we have on recored of primates eating veggies and meat, you have to understand that they have to adapt to the foods they have access, to, to survive, and this is exactly what humans have had to learn to do, when they left their natural habitat, and dwelling place, which is the topical forest, the earth used to be, once upon a time.

We have plenty of fruits to eat our natural diet, and even when the fruits are not abundant, we can turn to the veggies, and do fine, just like the primates have to in nature at this time of humans compromising climates, regarding food availability, and they are not getting sick, like we are, in these “toxic plants”!

Please understand, that meat is not a food for humans, and the majority of land animals, are not meat eaters, and look into the common sense of your design, rather then being lied to by the industrial, and commercial business, that will fund “research” and propagated studies, to meet their interests, and wallets, because it’s quite obvious what we do have on recored regarding humans trying to live long term on ketogentic diets, such as the Eskimo’s, and their diets were so toxic based around meat, and blubber, that some of the natives that moved to western civilizations, actually improved their health from a SAD diet, coming off their native diet, and most of it was raw meat, so that alone tells you something about these raw carnivore diets, and the same thing will happen to them, when it comes to decline in health to this resurrected carnivore diet fad in the West, because the Eskimo’s have short lifespans, and also high rates of osteoporosis, and heart acidosis.
