The one thing that humans are so used to doing when they get entangled in stress, is to suppress, and numb the emotion, and getting at hand with tasty cooked foods.
Stimulating cooked foods will bring you down to a level of escaping the current reality. Cooked foods will create a stimulation of sedation that help you forget about the emotion and obstruction that you should be facing head on, so that you can master it in the present moment, except the reality, and become a stronger person, when your dealt with the trial of life.
A raw food diet void of all cooked foods will not create this stimulation of sedation of getting lost in the nirvanic state of flavor, and suppression of the emotion that you should be working through to experience more awareness, and higher consciousness.
It can be tough when your elevated in this state of consciousness, when as humans in a society, and world we live in, is full of suppressing these emotions with pleasure traps to indulge in right at are feet, whether that be a chocolate bar, a cup of hot coffee, processed foods with flavor enhancers popped in the microwave, alcoholic beverages, drugs, and the list goes on when it comes to the instant numb effect that doesn’t take place when your on the raw foods, because the raw foods elevate consciousness, they don’t numb emotions.
Life is a transition, and nobody is perfect! We will not be perfect, and god like overnight. It takes time, and effort, and trial and error, and it’s ok to fail. It’s about learning from failure, excepting the failure, owning it with humility, and moving on.
Don’t beat yourself up if you’re not a perfect “raw foodist” if you want to adopt a label of eating, but be carful because life is more then a diet, it’s a journey of finding your higher self, and living foods can encourage that, but it’s being humble, and excepting weakness, and moving forward after the conviction of loosing control, when numbing self with cooked foods that sedate and create obstruction, is very important for your mental health!
I think the raw foods will teach you to deal with the trail, because the raw foods don’t numb and sedate! They elevate and detox obstructions that we face in the physical body when it wants to clean itself on an emotional, and spiritual level, because your spirit wants to transcend, but you also must ground as well, because life the way I see it should not be a race, but a marathon of expression, and art, and being the observer, instead of the dictator of instant results and “gratification”
Because this journey is not easy for any of us, here on earth in a physical body, we must except failure, and stop the I’m not good enough, and I have an “addiction”…. and whatever else negative phrases we come up with, that creates a none self love. Just except the failure, smile and laugh, and learn from it, because a lifetime of being conditioned, and taught to suppress, and find instant “gratification” with stimulating and sedating cooked foods, it will take time to fully give them up 24/7 for years at a time, and who cares about the numbers, because I’ve been a raw food…. for this amount of years, and look at how good I am, this mentality is only full of ego, and self “promotion” because we all fall short in life, and that’s why it’s important to stay humble, because like that passage says, pride comes before a fall, and that fall is good, because it teaches you that you’re not perfect, and it’s un realistic to try to adopt that kind of identity in an imperfect world, living in a conditioned imperfect body.
Just let go of the titles, and learn and grow. It’s best to be on the raw foods because you can involve, and become a stronger being of light, but who cares if you’re not perfect all of the time, and if you suppress, rise above, and don’t make it a habit, because your a powerful being with infinite potential, and because this is a teaching, and learning journey, don’t manifest perfection right of the bat, but instead let the teaching humble you in a state of receiving the learning, and eventually you can succeeded naturally in time, and it won’t be a rat race of beating yourself up when you fall short, because who cares! Life is a transition not a race of perfection.
Sometimes you need to ground, and sometimes you need to elevate, but let “perfection” if its important to you to obey that conviction, and inner voice of intuition teach you through your failures, like a loving parent would, and look to the struggle with a smile of learning, instead of being robbed of a modality that was taught to you, that it’s not ok to fail!
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
