(the Mangotarian protocol) personal beliefs and philosophies for healing!
My current protocol consist of daily 20 hour intermittent dry fasting, two meals a day, and a 4 hour eating window. I truly believe that less is more, and simplicity is key to move the lymphatic system and to keep the kidneys filtering. I have come to experience that letting the body rest with intermittent dry fasting and limiting your diet to 100% fruit based which could include veggie fruits if desired, will be the most optimal diet, to encourage the body to heal itself most effectively. In my personal experience my body plateaus very quickly while eating vegetables, and that’s why I choose the fruitarian lifestyle.
I don’t believe that because the food is being manipulated, and that the quality is lessening that you need vegetables to compensate for what the fruit is lacking. At the end of the day humans are frugivores which means that vegetables are not going to help compensate for what fruits can’t if their lacking something. I think that if you live in a climate with low-quality fruits, that the herbal botanicals will give your body everything they need if the fruit is truly lacking something your body needs. Herbs are similar in chemistry to vegetables, but have way more electromagnetic energy, and are known to move the lymphatic system and enhance damaged tissue in the body. I’m not currently on herbs on my protocol only because it’s a season of saving money for me.
The first meal of the day will of course consist of mangoes! And I’ll have my lunch around 12 p.m then at 3 p.m. I will either have exotic fruit, bananas, or whatever I have that’s on the ripening table, however I like to keep my last meal a low water content fruit meal to set my dry fast up for most effective healing. You don’t want to have juicy fruits late in the day because this could over stimulate the bladder and make it so that you have to urinate late at night and even wake up a couple times during the night. You want to avoid having to get up and go pee in the middle of the night because this will affect your sleep, and impair the body’s ability to have deep sleep, which will create deep rest, for effective healing. I also believe the intermittent dry fasting should be set up for the evening into the following day. I believe this is how all animals fast in nature, they neither consume water or food When the sun goes down, and usually dry fast for several hours until they break it the following day.
When you choose to eat around 12 p.m, this is the body’s most bio-available time for the most optimal digestion! When you have your last meal at 3 p.m., and you stop eating around 4 p.m, I also believe this is a great time to allow the body to fully rest a couple hours before the sun goes down. I have noticed with intermittent dry fasting with this time schedule and dry fasting for at least 20 hours every day, has created an effective way to detox, and also to encourage effective kidney filtration, which is your marker to show you your moving acids out of your body. I of course have worked my way up to 20 hours every day, and would not encourage for a beginner, when you wake up with a moist mouth after several hours of dry fasting, this tells you that you have hydrated on a cellular level. However if you wake up with a dry mouth, this is just a part of the healing process, and eventually once you get your kidneys filtering consistently, and you remove the acid stagnation in the body, you will experience hydration even though you continue to eat less and consume less liquids.
I basically get the bulk of my hydration from mangoes alone and that usually consist of 5-7 mangoes depending on the size! So if you were to make mango pudding which I highly recommend for a nervonic and satisfactory experience that would equal to a 32 ounce jar of mangoes. The simple recipe of mango pudding consists of only mangoes, sliced up and put into a blender, you blend up the mangoes, pour into a 32 oz jar, freeze for 2 hours and you have mango pudding! In my experience the best mango pudding consistency comes from the ataulfo, Kent or kiett mangoes, I’m sure there’s some more lovely textures of mangoes that will make a great mango pudding that I have not yet tried. Living in Hawaii, and mango season around the corner, I’m sure I will discover many textures and flavor profiles to the famous mango pudding!!!
The Mangotarian protocol will always be evolving, but always with a simplistic structure. The base is always going to be fruits, herbs, and intermittent dry fasting. I don’t believe in supplements, and inorganic chemistry to rid the body of heavy metals, parasites, or what have you. I only think that enemas are appropriate for emergencies when the herbs are not helping to move somebody’s bowels that has been suffering with chronic constipation, other than that I believe that by expectorating with the foods, rather than innervating with other tools is the most balanced and effective way to aid in healing. I don’t believe in stool implants, urine therapy or any other man made solution to solve a problem that nature cannot fix when you keep it holistic and natural. I don’t believe in digestive enzymes, probiotics, or anything outside of the living foods category, I think that all you need are nature’s wonderful herbal Botanicals, dry fasting, and a fruit diet to provide the body the electromagnetic energy to accelerate the lymphatic system, and to keep the digestive system as simple as possible to help aid in the body healing itself. It’s just a matter of time with this simple approach that the body will break itself down, and rebuild itself back up. I’m not against water fasting, however I believe the dry fasting is a more effective tool because most people have very sensitive bladders and are able to get rid of the acid sediment much more effectively then water fasting.
The water we have access today is not properly structured, has environmental pollutants, in organic chemistry such as fluoride and chlorine, is mostly acidic and out of balance. The natural distilled structured water can be utilized in the fruits & the coconuts alone. I do not drink water outside of fruits and coconuts, and is not recommended on the mangotarian protocol. Its best to use fruit juice, or raw coconut water for your herbal tinctures, and when taking herbs in capsule form to empty out the powder from the capsules and to add them to the juice, and all you need is a little shot glass to get them down and then you can chase with some more juice if you can’t handle the flavor.
I don’t believe that fruit juice should be a staple, but I’m not against it either. We want to do our best to eat are fruits whole with the fiber intact and at least a smoothie doesn’t get rid of the fiber. I believe the prebiotic fiber is important for the bowels to create a healthy ecosystem of healthy bacteria. However I believe the fruit juice is an excellent option to help pull out stagnant plaques that have built up in the body from a non optimal diet in the past, and also an excellent tool to give your body a rest from digestion, especially when your having stomach discomfort and can’t tak in any food matter. Fruit juice can be used as a powerful solvent to pull on the bowel walls especially used with the GI broom, which is an astringent herbal bowel formula that Robert Morse ND created.
The only methods that I’m not against outside of fruits and herbs for detoxification are the clays and pyslum husk used to pull-out mucoid plaque. I don’t think they should be used as a maintenance tool for healing, but rather just in the beginning phase of your raw food transition to help pull out excess plaques, and then to use the herbs and the fasting to allow the body to expectorate the rest. Also when using an enema for emergencies, I believe that distilled water, adding in herbs and a little lemon juice is the best and effective way to use them. I think that coffee enemas over stimulate the bowels and weaken them overtime, making the body dependent on them, can over-stimulate and damage the liver, and it’s hard on the nervous system and adrenal glands. Caffeine is a stimulant and not a health remedy. I also don’t believe in aggressive liver and gallbladder flushes using lemon juice and oil, in my opinion getting out hundreds of stones doesn’t make much sense understanding the size of a gallbladder and making it physically impossible to hold, so I’m skeptical in thinking that these are actual stones. My Approach with getting out gallbladder stones would be to just use the juice and the herbs, because spasming the liver and gallbladder with lots of oil is not a good idea, and oil in my opinion should never be ingested, because there’s nothing in nature that would point to humans eating oils since their man-made and isolated fats that contain no other essential micro nutrient other than fat itself.
These are my core beliefs and philosophies for healing and should be done on a frugivore diet, because humans are frugivores, we should take advantage of dry fasting, use the herbs for our medicine, and eat our foods 100% raw fruit based for the most effective healing of the body. As far as I go in the fruit kingdom when I want to find some balance, and I’m craving something savory, is I will eat the veggie fruits such as your cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, avocados, sweet peppers, or any other veggie like fruit that contains a seed, they’re not very astringent, so not recommended for aggressive detoxification, but rather used for more of a balancing fruit when you want to slow things down and find your balance.
I’m not against vegetables, and don’t believe that they are harmful to the human species in any way, I just don’t believe they digest well because of our frugivore digestive tract, and that’s why man has created the steamer and juice extractor because of running into this problem trying to ingest raw vegetable matter comfortably. There is nothing about the human digestive tract that is designed to digest vegetable matter, so when somebody’s on a 100% raw food diet, in my opinion I think that vegetables should only be eaten in moderation if your really trying to create the most optimal digestion which will aid in the most optimal regeneration. I think veggie juice, can be used as an effective tool in the very beginning of the raw food transition, because of the chlorophyll that helps to rid the body of parasites and fungus, but after awhile you will soon find yourself plateauing on veggie juice, because of the lack of astringent power and electromagnetic energy that you truly only find in the fruits. If your going to eat nuts and seeds, I highly recommend you eat in moderation and only used as a tool to help you from cravings during your raw food transition, however I do not believe that nuts and seeds are an optimal food source for humans, due to the heavy digestive power, and because there are phytic acids, and enzyme inhibitors, and too hard on the kidneys and bowels. Nuts and seeds are designed for squirrels not humans.
My Mantra is!
Get back to nature my friends, get back to the diet your biologically designed to eat, tap into your intuitive consciousness, let your instincts guide you, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
