2 years ago I woke up with a severe burning sensation in my urethra, acids coming from my kidneys, and bladder. I was eating a high protein diet, eating processed foods, and abusing prescription pain killers, stimulant medications, and energy drinks. I thought I was invincible, and would always feel amazing, because I had “good genes” but i was ignorantly mistaken. I was so scared, and did not know what to do, but my instincts kicked in, and I immediately changed my diet and got of the toxic painkillers, prescription drugs, and the sad diet. I started to experience a lot of stress, and suffering do to the symptoms I was facing, and really put a lot of damage on my adrenal glands, and ended up getting horrible chronic fatigue along with chronic pain. At the time I knew about juicing, and raw food, sense I was vegan for 6 years before I fell back into a sad diet, so I had some knowledge to know what I had to do. I went back to vegan, then I started buying into the whole candida bs we see so often on the internet, so I went on the “anti candida diet” at the time, I did not understand that protein is the major cause of this if not the main cause of kidney damage, and it was kidney damage, that gave me the chronic prostatitis/ cystitis symptoms from the beginning, as well as continual consumption of acidic foods, and prescription drugs.
I got internet brainwashed about treatment based thinking, rather then regenerative based thinking through detoxification. I started yo-yoing with diets, such as the ketogenic diet, paleo diet, and just a standard junk food vegan diet. Nothing gave me the relief I was looking for. I did get some relief eating a Whole Foods plant based diet without salt, sugar, and oil but later started to plateau, and I got even worse candida symptoms due to the high starch content, creating a lot of fermentation due to poor sugar metabolism issues.
Thankfully I discovered Robert Morse on YouTube, and I was fascinated by his teachings, and how he broke things down so simple, and it made so much sense. He had confidence, and passion, and experience expressed in everything he said. Fruits, berries, and melons! And herbs! He would preach, and the great lymphatic system, and the door way of the septic tank, the kidneys, and trying to inspire kidney filtration, to filter out the acid stagnation creating lymphatic constipation.
At the time my body was so toxic, I could only eat bananas, dates, and lots of green juice, so that’s what I did. I started watching dan McDonald the life regenerator on YouTube, and got passionate about juicing, and raw foods, and I watched Robert Morse everyday all day, and educated myself about fruits, herbs, and the great lymphatic system.
In the beginning of dealing with chronic prostatitis, Malabsorption, chronic gi issues, along with a weak pancreas, and endocrine glands, neurological issues, almost loosing my kidneys, degenerative disk in my L-4-S1, chronic candida, very low blood pressure, chronic pain, vertigo, arthritis in my knees, blurry vision, etc. I had to take things slow, because I had a very toxic lymph system. I had to transition to a raw food diet. I had a 40 oz green juice for breakfast, a banana smoothie for lunch, and steamed veggies, and sweet potatoes every night, and I took herbs for my gi track, kidneys, endocrine glands, and I sipped on heal all teas for about 3 weeks, until I jumped into green juice, and fruit only. Everyday I was determined to get my kidneys to filter so I could get rid of these acids that’s were creating me so much pain. I had burning pain in my scrotum, urethra, tailbone, and sigmoid really bad, and before this I had burning, and stinging after urination for a year straight!!! I went through hell! My sex life was ruined, and I could not even sit in a chair or drive longer then 20 minutes without loosing my mind dealing with such discomfort, and pain! After about 1 months on a fruitarian raw food diet, I started to filter, I drank tons of kidney teas to inspire this. Soon the pain started to get less, the more I filtered these damaging acids, the less the pain was and, less the flair ups lasted. I still have some burning pain in my tailbone area but 95% of it is gone, and the flair ups don’t last nearly as long as well. I can drive in my car for hours now before I start to feel any lower back pain, I can lay in my bed in one position much longer before minor pain kicks in, and I can finally sit without loosing my mind feeling pain between my legs! I used to have chronic vertigo, brain fog, bad lethargy, candida and hyperglycemic to were I could fall asleep after a green juice or a fruit meal.
Now I can enjoy a fruit meal, and have enough energy to get things done, and work 12 + hours a day and I’m no longer bound to my bedroom anymore. I can tell you this my friends! Detoxification takes work, and dedication, faith, passion, and determination to heal, and giving up because of addictions, and emotional problems to cooked food that I had very badly is, no longer an option for me on this healing path, and journey. I used to be addicted to pizza, and chocolate, I would eat an entire extra large Hershey’s symphony chocolate bar, and an entire large New York style pizza to myself every day for months, talk about malabsorption, and not being satisfied with anything I ate, and no matter how much of it to.
I can understand the battle with being addicted to cooked food, and junk food, but being a slave to a master that hates you, and destroys your body is not worth it! 8 months ago I started eating mono fruit meals through inspiration of Anne Osborne the 100% fruitarian pioneer, and decided to give it a try. I already had bad digestion problems so I figured, if I can find a cleansing sub-acid fruit to move lymph I really like, and I can get an abundance of them, I’m just going to eat them everyday, and see what happens. MANGOES was calling me, and they were a fruit if really sweet, and ripe my body can handle well! So I started eating supper ripe mangoes that gave me back that loving relationship, I once had long ago but it was like eating desert all day! My digestion improved, my vertigo, and brain fog started going away, the pain was much less, I started to filter good everyday, instead of every other day, and I was releasing so much mucus through my bowels everyday. I started to detox on another level for a couple weeks, but then it just became normal everyday diet that I got used to, I became a mangotarian!! Lol. I can tell you this in my experience, I feel better on long term mono fruit feast, and my cravings for cooked food, and even other fruit have become none existent! If I can feel content on one fruit for 7 solid months, with herbal botanicals about 5% of my diet, and dry fast for 19 hours everyday! I think I am getting a lot of cleaning done in this very toxic acidic body. Just last month I finished 7 months on a mango diet so all things are possible when your determined to heal yourself.
Never let fear get in the way, and another person to tell you, you can’t heal, and accomplish an “impossible” task. Keep things simple, and understand your species specific diet, and enjoy the ride to wellville!
