Don’t identify yourself with having a mental illness. Protect your subconscious mind and start manifesting healing. We all have mental illness in the sense that we have been programmed from birth and we have been damaged and hurt by people that have been damaged and hurt.
You are not your mind and you are not your past and you are not the future. You are living in the present moment whether you like it or not because you don’t know your beginning or end or what tomorrow will bring so live your life in expectance Instead of wasting it on worry. Grounding in nature and meditation can help with that.
Meditation to me is simply getting outside in nature barefoot and relaxing the mind with breathing and focusing on positive intention and finding things you are grateful for and manifest things you want to achieve. Ask the divine to help you find peace, love and harmony and when you let go and you give your weakness to the you-universe in your humility you will manifest the power to make the changes necessary.
Let go to find yourself! This means stop thinking about the negative things in your life and stop being ungrateful. If you focus on the good things and you let go of the bad then you will heal naturally and you will grow effortlessly. You are infinite potential and you have to believe it to receive it.
If you ground to the earth and your breath with nature you will relax the nervous system and you will help the adrenals heal. The electric currency from the earth helps cells communicate and this will help the head drain as well.
The heavy chatter in the head is only obstructions that you created by feeding your thought pattern with negativity. even positive thoughts that create obsessions can put a hit on the adrenal glands when you forget about the balance and that’s letting to of everything and being fully present in the movement and being thankful of the now. Meditation can help, breath work and grounding in nature and even moving the body with yoga and endurance Exercises can help heal the chattering mind and worry will soon go away and your smile will soon return.
Find more to do with your time and always hold space for those that energize you, love you, and support you because it’s those that help aid you in your healing and those that drain you will only stunt your growth in your healing and only add more anxiety to your load. Those that don’t push you to be a better person will only be a source of company to get you to fall asleep in your growth and bad company corrupts good morals and morals is all you have to help you heal and find peace.
You can only change yourself but humans being social creatures like every animal in nature it’s important to give and receive positive energy because it’s the negative energy that affects the mind and this is what contributes to mental obstructions anyways. Protect your subconscious mind as much as possible and don’t waste energy on the wrong people and on the wrong things if you want to heal emotionally and spiritually.
Be you and if your environment doesn’t like you then you are wasting your energy in that environment. Build with people that invest in your life and root for your healing and development and never be sorry for being you and if you feel like you have to fit a mold to get by then you will only create more mental illness because love heals all wounds and love is supportive, loyal and love is service in holding space and being a tool to help you connect to nature and your higher self.
