First thing you need to understand is that the body produces its own melatonin for a reason. That reason is to help you sleep when your body needs to rest. Naturally the body should produce a healthy dose of melatonin when the sun goes down preparing your body to rest. Why does the body need to rest? Because that’s how it cleans and detoxifies itself, and so it can remove unwanted inflammation from the body, and repair itself to function for the next day.
A big reason humans struggle to sleep is for one because they are stationary, and two, they are to jacked up on stimulants. If you move around, and exercise more during the day, then your body will produce more melatonin in the evening preparing your body for rest and repair.
The problem is the brain is to stimulated from the stimulating foods, and drinks and the stress wires the mind, and it can’t shut off. Exercise during the day, eat healthy, get off the wirey caffeinated drinks, find a quite place to shut of your mind in nature before or after work, stop eating when the sun goes down, and detoxify your pineal gland!
Ok so the reason why your body is struggling to make melatonin is because you have damaged the gland that is responsible for making it (the pineal gland) the pineal gland is the “third eye” in the middle of your eyes. It’s the spiritual gland. This gland is why you have dreams at night, and are able to fall into rem sleep.
So why would the pineal gland become damaged? Because it’s becoming radiated with artificial light, WiFi, smart meters, computer screens, acidic foods that damage the brain, the toxic water that is full of chlorine and fluoride, the sleeping pills, the smoke that goes through the sinuses right into the brain from all the carcinogens in the cigarets, and other carcinogenic compounds from the cooked meats people eat from the stove and barbecues.
The pineal gland becomes saturated with acids, mucus and calcification, and then it struggles to produce the very chemical the body needs to fall asleep (melatonin).
So why is it bad to take “natural” melatonin pills? Well for one just because it’s not a pharmaceutical sleeping pill doesn’t mean it’s “natural” it’s still an isolated compound created in a lab that is synthesized to high concentrations to help the body produce a chemical for a specific function. This is not natural at all. You never want to cause a gland in the body to make over amounts of chemicals to help the body do something your lacking. This is only treating a symptom, and also waring out the gland and making it depended on a pill to do its job. Anything your body become dependent on becomes for one an addiction, and two it causes the gland to become damaged, so that it stops making the chemical naturally by itself in its proper balance.
Melatonin supplements will ware out the pineal gland overtime, and make it harder to sleep in the future! Why create more acids to build up in your brain? Your pineal gland is located by the brian, so if your causing damage to that gland, then acids will build up in that area, and effect other important functions of the brain such as the pituitary, hypothalamus, medulla, mastoid, cerebellum etc.
It’s not just a harmless “natural” supplement. Get to the root cause of why you’re not producing melatonin, and why your suffering with insomnia. Change your lifestyle of damaging your whole body as a system, because guess what? If your having issues in your head, then your also backed up from head to toe (acidosis)
Change your eating habits, and clean out your lymphatic system with fruits, and herbs, get your kidneys filtering, get off the stimulants, get your head sweating, and get outside in the sun (natural light) sun gas in the morning, protect your eyes from artificial blue light from your lighting in your house, computers, and cell phones with blue light blocking protective glasses, don’t drink dirty water, keep the lights off at night, and light candles instead if you have to, meditate and work on that spiritual gland to strengthen it, make sure your cleaning your colon good with fruit and living foods, and your head will drain, you can decalcify the pineal gland, and your head will drain from the acids that damage it, and the body will naturally produce melatonin so you don’t need to bandaid an issue to return down the road, and potentially cause more insomnia, and other head related dysfunctions, and you will be much happier and also much more awakened with a clean high functioning pineal gland.
Diet is so important! Alkaline forming foods are so important, getting your kidneys to filter is so important, hydrating your body will the fruits is so important, getting outside in nature is so important, and removing yourself from these obstructive habits of treating symptoms is so important, and allowing the body to clean and repair itself on a diet that allows this process is so important, because if you’re not hydrating and alkalizing your body, your dehydrating the body, and backing it up with obstructions, and when you back up the body with obstructions, you shut off function to important glands that make chemicals for bodily function, and when you do that, you will have to make drastic changes down the road, and you don’t want to wait before it’s to late when you can make the changes now.
Fruits and herbs are medicine for the body, detoxification is the answer to fixing the problem for good, adopting a raw food diet based around fruit is the solution to fixing these problems, and pills are not the answer in the long run.
Use the herbs to help you sleep while you get to the root cause of why your pineal gland is down, and it’s down because of acid chemistry that comes into the body and failing to eliminate it. Herbs will enhance, active and clean the body. Supplements don’t get to the root, they only mask and suppress for another day. Herbs are foods, and wholistic in their chemistry (THEY ARE NOT SUPPLEMENTS) they will help the body make healthy amounts of chemical compounds in the body, and they have a perfect ratio of nutrition, and natural chemicals in them that works with the body in a balanced fashion.
Herbs to help you sleep while you detoxify would be the flower herbs. Herbs that are sedative in nature like Passion flower, kava, valerian root, moonshine yarrow, lemon balm, mulungu, chamomile, California poppy, Lemmon grass, linden flower. Catnip, hop strobile ect. There are so many you can experiment with, and research that are natural, and wholistic and won’t overwork the pineal gland, and cause it to stop making melatonin.
If it was me I would get rid of the melatonin pills because they are addictive, and will cause dependency, and you won’t be able to fall asleep with out them, and then down the road you will have more issues, and also this can cause more insomnia down the road. A fruit based raw food diet overtime will strengthen the pineal gland, and also give you vivid dreams, rapid recovery, less sleep, and more energy the next day, and fruit cleans you daily, and gives you the real energy you need, not coffee and caffeine. What you suppress today, you will revisit down the road!
