Food combining even though it makes the food taste great, if you combined improperly it’s not the most compatible with how are species is designed to eat. Our body is designed for simple digestion of fruits, berries and melons. When you combined fruits together, it puts more of a burden and strain on the pancreas and digestive system. Fruits are created to eat alone. When you mix different types of fruits together that are very different in texture and chemistry, it’s going to cause a strain on digestion. Especially if your eating low quality unripe fruit and mixing them with other fruits, this could easily cause fermentation in a body that has been compromised with acidosis. If you have weak adrenal glands and don’t metabolize sugar well, on top of a damaged pancreas from eating starches and proteins your whole life, in order to rebalance the body into repair and fix the pancreas and remove the acid stagnant in the GI tract, it’s better to eat your fruits alone, which means one fruit at a time, and not mixing them together. You will find yourself digesting your meals much quicker if it’s just one fruit at a time, also when you encourage the body to digest efficiently, you will also help aid in the body’s ability to target the energy towards healing rather than spending so much time digesting food. Mono fruit meals are not only the most compatible with our species design, but they will also facilitate more detoxification and also put less of a strain on the body for digestion. The body spends a lot of time focusing on digestion, so when the body is putting energy towards digestion, you’re not utilizing energy to replenish your cells primarily, I believe that is done when fasting.
When it comes to consumption of food when healing, in my opinion mono fruit meals, herbs to enhance organs and glands and to help clean the lymphatic system, and intermittent dry fasting is the most effective tool to avoid heavy digestion, fermentation, and dealing with uncomfortable symptoms due to combining too much foods together. Give your body a rest by simplifying your meals to one fruit at a time, and you will be able to experience the beneficial outcomes, as well as utilizing an absorbing and getting more bioavailable chemistry from that food.
If you train your body to eat simple, and you want to train your body to be most compatible with nature, by eating mono fruit meals, for long enough, when you introduce more complex foods in your diet your body will soon tell you that it desires the simple mono fruit meals, because you will experience the heavy digestion, bloaty like symptoms, and possibly find yourself fermenting your foods which is not a good thing, because fermentation will feed fungus and crate candida symptoms.
If you think about it this is not about being strict, or militant with your diet, always listen to your body and know what you could handle, but understand that most animals in nature eat mono meals, and humans are the only ones that cook and complex there foods, and we wonder why we have these uncomfortable digestive issues? You never want to mix a starch with a protein, acid fruits with sweet fruits, vegetables with fruits, and you also want to avoid mixing fats as well with sweet fruits. When you learn to enjoy nature’s flavors and their simplistic forms, it won’t be difficult to create this habit of eating. I lived on mangoes for 7 months straight and the beautiful thing about fruit is that every fruit has its own unique flavor profile, and they never always taste the same. You truly will know to enjoy the true flavor of the food when you eat it by itself anyways, when we complex and mix, you never know and can appreciate its natural flavor. I really trained my body for simplicity, and I definitely feel a blowback when I mix my fruits together. If mixing your fruits or your vegetables together are most optimal then I don’t think I would ever run into any issue because I don’t have this issue when I eat mono fruit meals by themselves. I also don’t believe that I caused my body to be sensitive, but rather I just train my body to eat the way it’s designed to eat. because if I did create a sensitivity, I would be out of balance and not in touch with nature, but when you analyze nature all species eat mono meals, and when your human and you eat mono meals you also feel better and achieve the most optimal results as well.
At the end of the day humans are obsessed with eating and trying to create a masterpiece flavor in the food, when really if you just get a tree ripen juicy organic fruit, there’s nothing you need to do to change the way it taste, but instead simply enjoying the flavor by itself. When you experience eating quality fruit anyways, it doesn’t even cross your mind to mix them together when you take a bite, because you don’t want to miss out on that flavor that is so enjoyable. We need to get back to simplicity, not get obsessed with eating for pleasure but rather eating for nourishment.
You could regain a new discipline, and actually enjoy it, if you just get outside of your mind, and understand how easy it is to possess these traits. The more you feed your mind with I could do all things, then you will achieve the outcome and discipline. Discipline really is just a matter of perspective anyways, it shouldn’t be a discipline to eat sweet juicy fruit by itself anyways, the reason why it has to be a discipline is because humans complicate things, because we have bread an addictive lifestyle, and that’s why we create these obstructions, and problems, when it comes to the spirit, physical body, and emotional state.
You always want to enjoy your meals, and give thanks, but also your body deserves the most optimal digestion and if your trying to heal, mono meals could really help to benefit the way you feel. Fruit definitely stirs up metabolic waste in the body, and facilitates and detoxification which could be an uncomfortable process during the cleansing face, however if you are clean and still having trouble digesting your fruit meals, it’s most likely because you’re not eating mono fruit meals and your combining improperly. Instead of offering you a solution on how you could combine your fruits properly, I however would suggest just eating your fruits by themselves, especially when it comes to healing, regeneration, and detoxification.
Your taste buds do change when you create these new habits, and when you simplify your meals. Just give your body some time, and the effort will pay off, and it will no longer be a chore to eat this simple, but you will actually look forward to it and enjoy every meal you consume. Eating bananas by themselves taste good, eating mangoes by themselves taste good, eating watermelon by itself taste good, eating grapes by themselves taste good eating all your fruits are going to taste good by themselves if there properly ripe and ready for consumption.
If you really want to put less wear and tear on the pancreas, and heal it, if it’s already damaged, I highly recommend adopting a diet of eating mono fruit meals, so that at least in the future if you want to mix your food you will have a stronger pancreas then trying to complex your meals now trying to heal it, because when you cause the pancreas to work overtime, you are using up energy and time for it to heal effectively, and just will have to go the slower route because of stubbornness, or an unwillingness to transition because of the habits you have created with complexing your food your whole life which is understandable, but if your focus is on healing and getting results then this can truly benefits you a great deal.
Mono fruit meals are most optimal for detoxification, the most compatible with how we should be eating, and when it comes to the foods were designed to eat that we already truly desire are fruits, berries and melons, if you don’t enjoy fruit simply the way that their created, it’s most likely because you have created an out-of-balance eating habit, you might be full of parasites and worms, and need to do some deep cleaning and I promise you when you do this especially finding a climate that produces quality fruits, you will be able to find the satiation your looking for on top of facilitating in healing and regeneration in your body. The beautiful thing about fruit is that it’s enjoyable, and it also cleans out the body, aids in detoxification. Just eating some raw broccoli, spinach, or lettuce by itself is very difficult to enjoy, proving that we don’t have a natural desire and attraction to vegetables, but from a baby, a child an adult, everyone pretty much can enjoy a bowl of grapes, an apple, an orange and especially a juicy ripe mango LOL. When we put these perspectives in the form that is compatible with nature’s design, everything comes to common sense, proving that we’re not a vegetable seeking species, so I don’t recommend mono vegetables because it will be very difficult to truly find your satiation and satisfaction, and this will also be very difficult to digest unless you grind it, blend it, steam it or juice it. A mono fruit diet if your trying to achieve the most optimal diet designed for you is the diet for humans in my opinion, and if you get back to eating the way your design to eat, you can improve and heal digestion, absorption, utilization, and eliminate your waste, also facilitate in the most optimal detoxification when it comes to consuming food, fix your damaged body, and be on the road to optimal health, and also achieve longevity and vibrancy.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
