This may seem like a broad ridiculous statement to a lot of you Raw is law people thinking that as long is something is raw it’s conducive to health and anything “dead” with kill you ? it is true no animal in nature cooks their food, and neither should humans if they want to achieve optimal health, however the way animals eat in nature is much different then how humans eat in a Babylon system in the concrete jungle. Animals in nature usually eat mono meals whatever that may be.
Humans try to create mock recipes that are “vegan based” or “raw vegan based” that mock a pizza, taco, burger, pasta, burrito etc. in order to do this successfully you need a mountain of Ingredients that should never be combined together, and when combined together tax the body on digestion, and can cause serious fermentation in the body contributing to fungal issues.
Raw is law is silly if you eat complicated food recipes! A backed sweet potato with some spices on it is far less taxing on the body then a gourmet raw food recipe full of fat, simple sugars and weird combining.
If your fermenting your sugars because their combined with fats and proteins (nuts/seeds) then your creating acidity in the body, and candida overgrowths, and at that point it would have been better if you just ate a cooked potato, or bowel of rice in my opinion. You want to create the least amount of energy in the body regarding digestion, and less work for the pancreas to brake down chemistry in the food to process and assimilate the nutrition coming from it.
I think a mono cooked starch is better on the pancreas, and body then a high fat, carb, and protein raw food concoction all in the name of “it’s raw” you want to combine your foods correctly if you want to achieve optimal health. Raw food is the best on the body, but we should still eat the raw food correctly, because weird food combining with raw food can become a disaster on the pancreas, and create a breeding ground for candida to proliferate and create metabolic waste in the body leading to health issues which would not make it a better option then a mono cooked meal that’s simple for the body to digest.
Mono fruit meals and green juices is how you want to eat on a raw food diet if your trying to create optimal health and achieve kidney filtration, and regenerate your body effectively. Too much raw fats and proteins from nuts and seeds can be just as detrimental on your health then certain out of balance cooked food meals.
Of course gourmet raw is better then the SAD diet and animal food, but I don’t think it’s superior to a Whole Foods plant based diet cooked with a large percentage coming from fruit in the diet.
People are much more likely to get fat on gourmet raw, then cooked low fat whole foods based. If your getting fat on gourmet raw food dishes then you’re not healthy, because holding onto fat is not healthy, so don’t think your healthy then someone eating cooked whole food plant foods if their fit, energetic and have no health issues just because your a “raw foodist”.
We want to be raw but you want to be fruit based not fat based. Humans are carbon based species designed to get their primary fuel source to feed their cells and body from simple sugars found in fruit (fructose) and even though a starch is a complex sugar source it’s still a carbon fuel source more compatible for the human species then fuel coming from lipids or nitrogen (proteins).
Processed starch is terrible, and is straight glue that plasters the walls of the colon and leads to acidosis and malabsorption. But understand chemistry wise, and fuel wise, a sweet potato is very similar and comparable to a banana, then a fancy weird complicated combined fatty raw food dish is, which means the body can use a potato more effectively for fuel and proper digestion, better then a raw food pizza loaded with fat, protein and other processed “raw” ingredients.
Please understand that I’m not trying to convey we go out and binge on cooked whole plant foods, NO just eat food simply in its raw and natural state such as mono fruit meals, green juice, or simple veggies fruit meals.
In my personal opinion though it’s better To cheat on a bowel of Quinoa or potatoes, then to binge on a heavy bad combined raw food dish, that is very high in salt and fat, hard on the kidneys, will create tons of gas and bloat you, and create tons of fermentation in the body.
Fermentation in the body is not a good thing, and you want to avoid this, especially if you have weak adrenal glands, and sugar metabolism issues, and fungal overgrowths, and a poor functioning pancreas and gallbladder.
Make your diet as high fruit as possible because it’s the best fuel source, and food source most compatible with your body. We complicate are diet too much because we have come from a lifestyle of eating highly processed junk food that’s highly addictive. Truly to thrive in a perfect environment the way we should thrive as a human species would be to feast on fresh tree ripen fruit, and nothing else, but we don’t live in that world so we do are best with what we have access to.
If your on a raw food diet to heal your body, then make it fruit based, and do your best to transition to 100% fruit and herbs if you can, and also implement fasting in your program, and focus on getting your kidneys to filter, and cleaning out your lymphatic system, and cooked food and gourmet raw is not going to encourage that so avoid it as much as you can.
After you heal your body and overcome systemic acidosis and you can’t see yourself balanced on fruit alone for many reasons because of your climate, and getting real low quality green and unripe fruit, then adding a little cooked mono whole plant food sources in your diet in my opinion is better then turning to gourmet raw of a diet of terrible food combining and foods that are high in salt, fat and protein, and processed “raw” ingredients.
The best option for humans would be to move to a tropical climate where you can grow your own fruit, and have the ability to pick your fruit ripe, so you can live on your natural food source as a fruigivore animal.
I know that I will get grief for “promoting” cooked food, but I understand the importance of food combining, and how acidic and unhealthy it is to create loads of fungus from fermentation form improper food combining, and having a “raw is law” mind set means shit when you’re not eating in a way that your body is designed to digest and process chemistry from foods.
If you can live on fruit alone, and are thriving, then you need nothing else, and I would encourage you to make no changes, and for best digestion eat your fruits by themselves, and if anything complex, just combine your fruits simply, and always eat your melons alone. It’s a simple google search in images if you need to see the fruit combing chart.
Mono cooked meals in my opinion is a better option then a complicated gourmet raw food dish, I used to think otherwise, but I changed my stance when I used my common sense, and all you have to do is look around at those that eat a simple fruit based diet with a little cooked food vs someone that eats gourmet raw junk food, it’s a night and day difference when it comes to vitality, appearance, and health to debunk the raw is law, as long as it’s “raw” your “healthy” BS!
