Stagnation is always an obstruction! The physical body is designed to move, so get it moving, if you want to achieve health and vitality. Stagnation is not tied into the human body’s physical development for health. If you loose your health, or mobility, then resting for a season has its place, It does in regenerative detoxification, you don’t want to burn yourself out when your body wants to rest, however, you can still move at a moderate pace, because it’s apart of your being to move, to stretch your body, and bring circulation to your cells for lymphatic movement.
Humans have caused dysfunction to their physical body with chemistry that is acidic, and causes stagnation, and obstruction to the physical organism, but also they have caused double the damage to the physical organism by sitting in cubicles, and houses in a sedentary lifestyle. This is also acidic!
Back in nature before we created instant convenance, and a Babylon system, we did not stay stagnant and sedentary. In nature you would always move, you would walk long distances, you would gather and build, and be full of muscle to protect yourself. The reason you’re not strong is because you have created a lifestyle of stagnation with acid and mucus forming foods, and being to stationary.
If your on the path of regenerative detoxification, you will feel weak before you will feel strong, this is your time of braking down the body from all the dirty water, toxins, proteins, acids, and the sewage waste that has accumulated in your body from the parasites and microbes that have taken precedence, in your gut, and head! Because of this you may need to rest for a short season, but not for long, once that energy comes over you, and you remove the blockages in the body’s eliminative channels, I would get moving, and make it an essential part of your life!
You must understand that your lymphatic system your (detoxification system) does not have a pump to move metabolic waste out through the skin, and out through the kidney channel. You need to move your body, on top of an electrical living foods diet, in order to move lymph, and push this waste to the kidneys for elimination.
When your energy returns, move your ass! Move your body in an intelligent way, don’t pound the weights in a way that puts a beating on your body, and I would highly avoid this for those of you that have a parathyroid weakness, and already have connective tissue weakness. Stretch, and use your body as a weight to build muscle, flow like water when you move, like the dragon Bruce lee once would say! And when you create lactic acids, make sure your kidneys are filtering, so you don’t move acids around to damaged already weak tissue, causes from systemic acidosis, but this doesn’t give you an excuse to be lazy, and sedentary, because this will do you no favors for your mental health, because your designed to move outside, and to be one with nature! Once you get your kidneys filtering, I would move as much as I am able to, because you can move lymph that much more, because when the kidneys are open, you will remove the new waste, and old waste, as long as you’re not putting in more acid forming food, and the bulk of your diet is coming from fruits, berries, and melons.
Movement in nature is medicine! It will calm the mind, and help you overcome anxiety, negative mental chatter, and depression.
If you want to build muscle, then put in the work, and do it everyday! Pushups, dips, pull ups, and moderate weighted dumbbells is all you need, and get creative with movement like martial arts and yoga. In a natural society, nobody is trying to be the worlds strongest man lifting more weight then the body can handle, just move your body, and move your muscles in a repetitive manner, and you can build muscle, and give your body clean fuel, so you can keep the muscle and strength long term, and not burn out your colon, and damage your kidneys and adrenals, and create all kinds of dysfunction to the endocrine glands, which will deplete the body’s ability to create proper hormones, because the adrenaline shut down the very gland that makes them (ADRENAL GLANDS).
If you don’t move it, you loose it for a season! I know this to be true! I had muscle before my detox, and i lost my energy, strength and muscle, early on in my healing and detox. I also made a mistake, and sat on my ass, and was very sedentary, and this is another reason I got so weak, and lost my muscle, when my energy returned, and I felt stronger, I started moving, and started working out in the way I described above, and my weight and muscle has returned! It can for you as well, eat clean fuel, and get outside and move, if you get your kidneys filtering, you can remove the pain and inflammation, so make it a goal to get your kidneys filtering, before any muscle building program, but light stretches, yoga, and brisk walking anyone can do, and should do, because this may actually help you to get your kidneys to filter, became movement in nature heals the adrenal glands, and it’s the adrenal glands that sit on top of the kidneys and control their function.
If your about natural health, then it’s much more then what you put in your mouth, or even more then fasting completely, you need to move, and get in the natural light (sun) you need to get that breeze blowing in your face, and set your eyes in the beauty of nature, and quite the mind, and meditate with your mother!
Just get outside and move! Stretch and be a child content with movement outside! It’s vital for mental health, and in my opinion vital for your physical healing. Being sedentary will cause depression, weakness to your physical body, and sitting in artificial light, in WiFi will fry your brain, and put you more in a zombie like state.
You can get outside for 30-60 minutes and longer possible everyday, there is no excuse, you can get up early before work, and you can get outside after work, just make it happen, be positive, and watch your health development improve!
