There are so many reasons why it would be important for you to make this decision. Not only will it benefit your health, you will no longer support the death and suffering of innocent sentient beings who have every right to live just like your pets you have in your home! It’s better on the environment which in return is better on human health, and animal consumption is linked to the 3 most chronic and degenerative conditions humans are facing in todays world such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
It’s almost guaranteed that you will experience better digestion, more energy and overall health when you remove these highly constipated acidic foods from your diet, that only create pus and mucus all throughout the body.
Protein myth
There’s no essential need for any kind of animal protein, this is just a myth that is been falsely taught! Animal protein is actually linked to cancer and plant protein is not, but in all reality the body doesn’t really use and utilize proteins, it breaks down proteins mainly as a waste product, and utilizes the amino acid’s that come from the plant. And for those that are stuck on thinking they need all this protein, there are plant foods that have not only more bioavailable protein for absorption and assimilation, but higher amounts then that of an animal product, such as nuts and seeds.
Animal calcium is best myth
Calcium is another myth, and thinking we need another species milk to get calcium as an adult is absurd, and the weirdest thing that humans do regarding diet and “health” For one we have no essential need for any kind of species milk after were weaned off of our own mothers milk, and two from another species that produces it.
All leafy green plants contain loads of calcium including the herbs, and this is where all the animals get there calcium, and humans are no different that need another species milk, not understanding all the other by-products of the milk that are not conducive to health, but constipate, create mucus, create acid stagnation, and contribute to all kinds of cancer such as prostate, breast, and also conditions like osteoporosis, which is connected tissue damage, from the body actually stealing calcium not replacing it.
The need for eggs to get choline.
For one I’m not too keen on the whole nutritional concept the way it has been taught, I’m more interested in the energetics of the food, the actual chemistry, and how that relates to the species specific diet, and the foods that contain those specific ratios of nutrition, rather than a chart of nutrition coming from sources of foods that aren’t even designed for the human species. But just for arguments sake, let’s look at the myth of needing choline from eggs, and not being able to get it from other sources. (Plants)
It has been said that choline is an essential macronutrient and best found in eggs and organ meat, however you can get it from plants even though I don’t play in the world of “nutrition” some of you do, and if so do you can get this nutrient from Brussel sprouts, Cauliflower, broccoli, Split peas, chickpeas, navy beans etc. All these so-called essential nutrients most of them can be found in plants, and it’s the food that your designed for that’s going to determine the nutrients that you actually need, and in the clean highly functioning body to where all your systems are functioning and working properly, your body will make most of them on it’s own.
K2 vitamin in cheese
Vitamin K2 is only found in animals, but this doesn’t mean that the body doesn’t convert vitamin K Into vitamin K2 on its own, as long as you fix the bacteria in your body, such as cleaning out the terrain, the body will make Vitamin K2 by itself, so as long as your eating plenty of plants that contain vitamin K1, and you fix and create a healthy gut bacteria with plants, your body will use healthy bacteria to convert vitamin K1 into K2.
People should not put their focus on the nutritional theory, simply because if your going to a source to get one vitamin, but yet the whole structure of that food itself is full of all kinds of chemistry that’s mucous forming, acidic and constipating, you’re trying to treat a problem without getting to the root cause of it, and animal products constipate, clog up the body, and plants clean out obstructions from the body.
This is why healthy vegans dont run into any of these so-called nutritional deficiencies, because they simply do not exist when your body is functioning properly, and is properly removing metabolic waste through the bowels and the kidneys.
Iron is best found in meat myth
Best plant sources of raw food iron
hemp seeds or hemp protein, raisins, cashews, kale, pumpkin seeds, kañiwa, spirulina, prunes, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds, and Avocados.
Best sources of iron found in herbs
Yellow Dock, Dandelion, Nettle, Bilberries, and Parsley.
It’s important to understand that the adrenal glands are what are responsible for your mineral utilization, and iron being one of them, so when you fix your adrenal glands you should have no issue getting the utilization from iron found in plants, and you definitely don’t need to go to animal products to get your iron, because you’re also getting the byproducts of all the acid waste that comes with it, and for one the human body is not designed to digest and assimilate dead flesh from any animals, and two we should be happy about this, so that we don’t feel the need to kill an innocent being that has every right to live like we do.
Zinc best found in animal tissue not plant myths
Here are some specific foods high in zinc: pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds (or tahini), cashews, hemp, almonds, quinoa, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, chickpeas, and green peas.
Again zinc is another mineral that the adrenal glands are responsible for Allowing the body to utilize and assimilate this mineral, And with high functioning adrenal glands, you don’t need to seek out food sources to get your zinc, because you will be able to get them in fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds when your adrenal glands are functioning properly.
B12 is only found in animals myth
B12 is derived from the soil- not animals.
To resolve this issue with b12 the best way is through regenerative detoxification and to fix your adrenal glands.
The adrenal glands, due to their production of mineralocorticoid steroids, are involved in the utilization process of most of the body’s minerals (a notable exception, being calcium). The trace element, ‘cobalt’ (which is utilized by the adrenal glands), serves as a precursor to vitamin B12. It is for this reason, we suspect adrenal gland weakness when someone has low blood serum B12. Certain bacteria located in the intestines are involved in converting cobalt salts into vitamin B12, thus we also address the intestines. Supplementing with B12, whether through injections, sublinguals or skin patches, never resolves impaired adrenal gland function nor does it restore an environment that is conducive to flourishing gut bacteria. Interestingly enough, this also makes it obvious that consuming animal products doesn’t exempt the individual from experiencing B12 problems. (notes from grapegate.com)
Vitamin D is best sourced from animals myth.
Vitamin D is best absorbed into the skin through the sun, not found in animals that are getting their vitamin D from the sun. However because humans have migrated away from warm climates close to the equator and the tropics, they run low in vitamin D, so feel the need to eat animal products or take supplementation. But the truth is you want to move to a climate that is sunny because thats the most bioavailable vitamin D your body will get, and you’re not promised to get this in supplements that will not actually absorb well in your body, and it’s definitely not worth going to animal food getting all the other negative affects from eating them, when you could this essential vitamin from the sun. However if you live in a cold climate and run low in vitamin D, vitamin D scores pretty high and mushrooms, so if it was me I would just utilize mushrooms in the form of a tincture, tea or eating them in a salad.
Shiitake mushrooms are a good source of vitamin d and also alfalfa grass. Field-grown alfalfa exposed to the sun was found to contain 1920 IU of vitamin D2 per kilogram (2.2 lbs). But that’s not the biggest surprise. Is there a vegan vitamin D3 source? It turns out there is one pure plant (non-fungus) that is. The tests showed that same amount of alfalfa contained 25 IU of D3! How does alfalfa make D3 or where is it coming from? No one can say for sure, though it appears to be producing it internally. Another explanation may be a symbiotic bacteria which lives and grows on the hay which is responsible for creating its content.
Not getting enough omega 3s in plant myth!
You can get plenty of omega-3’s found in nuts and seeds, but my stance on getting your vitamins should be found in foods that your biologically designed for, which are fruits sense humans are fruigivores, so I would go to your natural food source to get your omega-3’s if you want to best absorption, and get the best bioavailability, and assimilation of this nutrient.
Fruits high in omega 3 are berries, mangoes, and honey dew melons.
Even though I believe that the nutrition concept is a distraction because it’s recommending nutrition found in foods that are body isn’t really designed for in the first place, I’m trying to make a point that you don’t need to go to animal foods to get these vitamins and minerals, and the best way to go about this is to fix your body through regenerate of detoxification, focus on raw living foods based around fruit, because this is the humans natural diet, instead of thinking that your going to get some kind of nutrition deficiency, unless you eat animal products, because this is an absolute myth.
Do yourself a favor, and cancel your debt to negative karma through eating dead animals, adopt a plant-based diet, and work your way up to transitioning to your natural diet, which is a raw food diet based around fruit, berries and melons.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
