My interesting 30 day gourmet raw vegan diet experiment

My interesting 30 day gourmet raw vegan diet experiment

(Not an optimal diet)

This experiment was done by accident, do to frustration of poor quality fruit in the winter season lol. I felt the need to make it an educational documentation for my own personal experimenting with certain raw vegan diets outside of what I would call an optimal diet, which is a diet primarily of water rich fruit, and an occasional salad 2-3 times a week if desired.

What I noticed on a high fruit and high protein and fat based diet eating the gourmet raw food is that I was able to be sedentary and still keep my muscle, except I lost some definition and muscle tone, because I wasn’t working out of course to tighten my muscles. However I found out that I was able to retain strength, muscle and size very easy eating nuts and seeds, and this would not be my experience even with animal based protein sources, or plant based cooked protein sources in my past unless I was eating a lot of calories, and was working out to maintain mass and muscle.

2 1/2 years ago however my health shut down, and that’s when I entered my detox healing journey on a fruit diet, herbs and fasting the way Robert Morse ND teaches it. Focusing on kidney filtration, the lymphatic system, and a human diet, which I believe is nature’s diet for humans, such as a “fruigivore diet”

In the beginning of my healing journey I had chronic malabsorption issues, even on a sad diet my weight was falling off drastically. I had chronic systemic acidosis as well, such as chronic prostititis, interstitial cystitis, arthritis in my knees, massive candida issues, falling kidneys, and adrenal Issues as that pertains to sugar metabolism problems, mineral utilization problems, very low Neurotransmitters, low testosterone, muscle loss, sex drive loss and everything else that would indicate failing adrenal glands such as chronic fatigue, anxiety, shortness of breath etc.

Anyway I was able to reverse all of that at least in a way that I can say I won the day. I’m still working on my health, and still trying to replenish my gut and microbiome the natural way with eating raw foods, and with herbal botanicals. I damaged my gut to no end with pharmaceutical drugs, so it’s taking a lot of time to fix my digestion, and getting rid of the sticky sulfur in my gut, so I’m still working on that as a lifestyle of regenerative detoxification.

With that said lol, I probably should not be doing any experiments, but I’m a stickler for research and just do crazy shit, like 7 months eating only mangoes ?

Ok so the reason I’m calling this an “experiment” because I don’t believe nuts and seeds are optimal foods for the homosapien, or gourmet raw for that matter lol, at least not everyday I pretty much have been doing for 30 days, yikes I know ? I did learn something though doing this, but I don’t really think it was worth putting my kidneys and gut through the ringer, and I will not make this a lifestyle of course like I have for 30 days. I actually could digest cooked vegan Whole Foods much better, and far less gas and bloat. Food combining is a real thing my friends. The only real benefit I guess was an increased sex drive, but I don’t have a partner, so it’s not like I got to use it lol. I gained 10 pounds as well, and not surprised with salt, sugar, fat and protein combined, it shouldn’t be that hard to gain weight. I went from 135-145 lbs, and when I’m eating regularly on all fruit, and not fasting, I weigh about 130 lbs, and that’s my normal fruitarian weight with muscle and feeling strong.

What I learned is that regardless of the protein source, it’s easy to retain muscle on a high protein diet, at least it has been for me, without any working out at all, and even being sedentary, but is it worth it? Hell no!!! I just wanted to see first hand how acidic raw vegan protein sources such as nuts and seeds would be in my personal experience, and personal opinion. I know that Robert Morse Nd has said that nuts and seeds are acid ash forming, and I believe him regarding my personal experience eating them, regarding my experiment. I did eat prepackaged gourmet raw food stuff, organic, and the nuts and seeds said were activated, which means soaked and sprouted. Mainly to my knowledge the nuts and seeds were mainly almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, walnuts, flax seeds, and some peanuts thrown in the mix. To give you an estimate of calories in a setting I would eat, was probably like 3k calories easily, and that’s a lot of fat and protein.

Even though I retained all my muscle, what I did “gain” was a lot of gas, bloat, and inflammation in my knees and lower back. Like I said arthritis in my knees, failing kidneys, degeneration in my L4, tells you that these proteins were an acid hit on these already weak tissues I’ve been healing on my regeneration journey.

The digestion of nuts and seeds is a nightmare lol, and I just needed to find out for myself on this raw vegan diet first hand, and I already have issues with digesting veggies, and leafy greens, and nuts and seeds is just on another level of hard to digest plant foods.

One thing I want to note, on a positive note, is that I learned that when you deep clean the body, by filtering your lymphatic system, cleaning out your bowels, and you improve digestion, absorption, utilization, and eliminate your waste, you can create a body that’s more efficient, and benefiting from chemistry more effectively, such as retaining muscle easier by fixing the thyroid, adrenal glands, and the small bowel that gets clogged up that causes malabsorption.

I was a hard gainer in the past, and it was very difficult even to hold any weight on my body, or muscle unless I would eat animal proteins, take supplements, weight gainer powders, and bust my ass in the gym everyday, but here I am not loosing any muscle, just muscle tone from being sedentary. So I believe that on a positive note that I learned something good, and bad. The “bad” thing is I will have to go on a detox for the next 30 days most likely with herbs, SFV, and mono fruit eating, and dry fasting, because I do believe I put a strain on my digestive tract, pancreas, gallbladder and kidneys.

I did continue to filter on this diet, and no constipation, and I would not be able to have those results in the beginning, of my journey when my kidneys were in really bad shape, I couldn’t even filter on fruits and green juice, I needed fruits, herbs and dry fasting for a year straight or longer to experience consistent kidney filtration, and strong adrenal function. Now I can drink water, eat late, and eat anything raw pretty much and I still filter. I think however most likely if I continue to eat the gourmet raw vegan food, overtime I would clog up the kidney with all the proteins and fats, and when the lymph system backs up is when you loose filtration, that’s when you run into problems with your health of course, and systemic acidosis is around the corner.

Well this high raw plant protein experiment is over, and I do not recommend it for anyone trying to be on a raw vegan optimal diet keeping the lymph system clean, and eliminative organs clean. Let me be the nut, no pun intended? I did the high fruit 20-30% cooked vegan food experiment, and we all know that ended after I broke that addictive habit, and of course found out that the fungal issues were out of control, felt low consciousness eating dead foods, and new overtime if that continued I would create an elimination nightmare, because cooked proteins, and starches, and cooked fats are very corrosive to the human organism.

Not going to experiment with any diet outside of a diet that promotes detox, that’s not on the vegan plant kingdom, because animal tissue and their milks, and hen periods, are not foods to me, and never will in my state of current awareness and consciousness. Animals are companions, and expressions of god, not for nutrition and consumption.

The only 2 experiments I guess I can do, and, 1 I probably should avoid would be fruit, and high amino acid plant sources like greens and Alfalfa sprouts etc, and working out to see what muscle I can gain or strength being more important and flexibility, and to do 30 days on fruits, veggies, and my own raw organic nuts and seed dishes along with 30 days of working out to see how much muscle I can gain by working out, however I don’t think that nuts and seeds are going to benefit my kidneys and GI tract, so I should probably avoid the 2nd option lol ?.

I’m also not going to do a raw vegan keto diet, because that required nuts and seeds, and any other diet that’s not fruit for breakfast, because the only other option would be one meal a day high in fats and greens, but not in protein, and I would have to try and hydrate with distilled waster throughout the day, but in my experience it’s the fruits that really hydrate, and that’s why after a fruit only diet for 2 years, I’ve always have had fruit for breakfast regardless of the dietary changes I’ve made for experimentation, because I learned that hydration is at a fruit level, and when you become cleaner on fruit, you learn this, and water is not hydrating.

The facts the remain here about detox and lifestyle a fruit dominate 100% raw food diet is the best, lower in fat and proteins, and the more fruit the better. I never thought that I would experience better results with any other diet apart from a fruit diet, and my goal is to make it back to a tropical dwelling place, so I can feast on fruit alone 90-100% of the time.

A lot of these experiments were breed out of frustration, because of not getting good mangoes and quality fruit in the winter time, so why not document my experiences for education through these platforms to help humanity, like I have, and will continue to do. When it came to healing myself, I did not mess around, I stuck to fruit, herbs and fasting until I got out of hellville, and then I started to experiment, and with all these experiments I will say that none of these “diets” so far have been anywhere close to being optimal, and beneficial regarding a close to 100% fruit diet, and I don’t think any of them will be, and with the science, and healing benefits, and my own personal results, it only strengthens my confidence that humans are fruigivores designed for fruit sugar, nor proteins, and high lipids, or even vegetables for that matter, but are the most refined fruit eating species in nature, it’s just a struggle to get good fruit picked ripe anywhere in Babylon, and that’s why it’s important to get back to nature in the tropics were you can thrive on your natural diet, whether thats for detox and healing, and for lifestyle as well.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
