My personal experience with "natural salt" and low sugar content fruits ("veggie fruits")

A lot of us are still in denial when it comes to certain foods and what’s good and what’s bad. The beautiful thing about a fruit diet is the simplicity regarding the chemistry and how it perfectly aligns with the humans physiology and anatomy. You don’t have to change an altar the fruit in order to get what you need from it, to meet your satisfaction levels. Humans are not salt seeking species but rather sugar seeking species, and nature answers this question by providing us a variety of fruits that happened to be on the sweet side of chemistry not the salty side. Salt, sugar, and fat outside of the fruit kingdom is only an irritant food, and is addictive in my opinion. The dense heavy mineral chemistry in salt is not design for the human anatomy, because heavy minerals are not found in the food source that our species is designed for which are fruits, berries and melons. Salt is not an herb, and it’s not a food, and in my own personal conclusion it’s also not a medicinal “supplement” either. We don’t have a desire to eat a bowl of salt, and if we did this we would physically die. Anything we have to monitor quantity in my opinion is not a food source, because you don’t have to measure a specific quantity in fruits in order to avoid a potential blowback to the body such as death lol!

In nature when you see an attractive juicy vibrating fruit that falls from the tree it’s naturally attractive and pleasant to the eye of the human. When you experience the breathtaking flavors of fresh and ripe organic fruits, adding on flavor enhancements is the furthest thing from your mind, because the food doesn’t require any kind of enhancement in order to be consumed and enjoyed. The only reason why people are attracted and desire salt is only because it enhances the food that is not the most optimal for us, and not desired unless changed and altered. We don’t desire bitter foods, we naturally spit them out. The reason why we enjoy fruit so much is because mother nature has created a food to be pleasant to the taste, so in my opinion if it’s not pleasant to the taste and must be altered to enjoy them, it’s not designed for our bodies and we have no essential need for them.

After being a fruitarian of eating only fruit for over a year, I started to experiment with adding some natural salt to my avocados for about a month to see what I would experience. Trying to figure out why I was experiencing lower back pain which is related to the kidneys, heart palpitations, vertigo, headaches, and nausea were coming from? After giving myself a week of no salt and reintroducing it back in my diet, all these symptoms came back? I’ve eaten avocados in the past with no salt added and never experienced these effects. I already knew that salt was not a health food, or that we as humans have an essential need for this type of sodium, however I just wanted to add it to my avocados to enhance the flavor for balance. I ended up eating vocados with maybe more salt and I usually would add to it, and I got really sick from them, and so after that experience, I started to lose the desire for avocados. My go-to raw food dish was mashed up avocado with a little salt and an herbal spice, and I would spread that on sweet peppers, I really enjoyed this dish for a long time, but when I tried having it about a week after getting sick, my body naturally got extremely full and didn’t really enjoy the meal, I no longer have a desire to eat avocados, and the salty flavor is actually repulsive to me now. Well the craving for this dish came back, and when I went to have it, I no longer desired it like I thought I would, I couldn’t finish it, and the salt was no longer desirable. Instantly I started to experience vertigo and lower back pain and heart palpitations, so I am strongly convinced that salt is an irritant to the body, hard on the autonomic nervous system, over stimulates the adrenal glands, and is hard on the kidneys.

This never happens to me when it comes to sweet fruits I never get dissatisfied with them as long as their fresh, and properly ripe, I’m satiated and always finish my meal, and on top of that the food always digest effectively and comfortably. It only makes sense to eat foods that I desire, and don’t have to change and alter like veggies to get them down. When I eat other foods it’s only for balance to come down off the fruit because of the effortless digestion you get from juicy fruits and sweet fruits. I truly think the only reason why I desire the veggie fruits and the salt is because I want to get weighed down, because that’s what I have been used to my whole life before I became a fruitarian. but when this “balanced” meal becomes undesired, and when you have to add on irritants like salt in order to get the food down, it’s not worth eating and should be given up.

Humans are truly designed to eat foods grown above the ground at least in my experience I get benefits from the fruits grown above the ground which happened to be dense sweet fruits, or juicy fruits. The tree fruits seem to be the most vibrating as well. It’s obvious that when people get puffy eyes and edema it’s because salt is increasing water retention in the body which is the universal solvent to help fight off acidosis. The body is not designed to hold excess water, this is only due to it trying to protect itself. Puffy eyes is also related to congested kidneys, and anything that puts strain on the kidneys is definitely an irritant to the body, and should be avoided, because you don’t want to damage your eliminative organs to remove cellular waste on the daily.

If you crave salt it’s only because you have weak adrenal glands and your craving that type of stimulation, but anything that increases blood pressure higher than it needs to be increased is a stimulant to the adrenal glands, and will weaken their function to produce natural neurotransmitters that your body needs in a specific balance. Anything that over stimulates the adrenal glands overtime could cause them to stop producing these steroids and hormones naturally. I’ve come to learn with my own personal experience that if I crave something and then lose the desire for its flavor, then that is an addiction, and that happened to me with the salt and avocados, and that would only make it a substance at that point and an addictive additive.

Fruits, berries and melons are not addictive, their nourishing, there easy on the body, and they remove obstructions rather than create them. I no longer crave salt, or low sugar veggie fruits, but I also don’t hold to a dogmatic position to say that I’ll never eat veggie fruits again, however if I don’t desire them by themselves, then I have no business eating them, so I will stick to the fruits that I do desire which happened to be the sweet and juicy fruits. I have learned to eat a simple diet of mono fruit, and I’ve experienced eating fruits like the bill peppers and avocados and cucumbers and don’t enjoy them by themselves, so I will return back to the simplicity of mono fruit eating by itself, and learn not to weigh myself down with these harder to digest foods, and having to change an alter them to create a specific flavor profile because my instincts and Intuition are telling me that I’m creating an irritant to my body, and experiencing lower back pain, vertigo, nausea, and heart palpitations is enough to tell me that salt is a drug, an irritant to the body and not conducive to health.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
