Fasting and time-restricted fasting with a short window of eating has been proven by science to be anti-aging and the most powerful way to regenerate damaged tissue in the body and to also keep the body fluid with cleaning itself properly.
Eat less and live longer. Learn to appreciate eating when truly hungry and Learn to give the body the nourishment it needs.
I love eating like anyone else but I also enjoy eating much more and eating healthy when I eat when truly hungry.
There are people that have a mouthful of negative to say about fasting and it’s only because they have not gotten the body properly hydrated and clean enough to really experience the benefits of fasting.
Those that have dealt with chronic systemic acidosis know the benefits of fasting especially when healing themselves with fasting along with a mucusless diet.
Fasting comes naturally when the lymphatic system gets cleaner and the more alkaline and hydrated the body becomes. When the body becomes cleaner than the average human that overeats and often dines on all the wrong foods you will come to experience feeling very heavy, fatigued, and inflamed when eating the wrong foods and overtaxing the body with more food than it actually needs. Don’t force-feed yourself to get enough “calories” and nutrition. Give your body want it needs and the human organism happens to be a frugivore organism so eat like a frugivore and avoid cooking your food-finding yourself under the constant “hunger” trap. When you eat dead food the more hungry you will become because you are creating a microbial environment for fungus, parasites, and worms.
2 meals a day max is all you need when you adopt a fasting lifestyle and intermittent fasting daily will help your body process and recover more effectively and you will experience the benefits of fasting when you limit your chew and allow your body to properly eliminate.
If you need to constantly eat to get “energy” your body is toxic because the cleaner and more hydrated the body gets you will experience more energy fasting and eating light rather than taxing the body on digestion around the clock because this is how you age more.
There are people with thyroid problems that barley eat much but are still very toxic and heavily congested. These types though when they do eat with a hypothyroid before making any dietary changes, eat poorly. High mucus-forming foods. You can’t have a thyroid problem without chemistry damaging the thyroid. Specifically, the interstitial spaces of the thyroid backed up with lymph and getting to this level of dysfunction due to the poor acid-forming diet grown up on.
Nutrition is important even more important when your body is full of trash however it’s about how you absorb nutrition, utilise nutrition and eliminate the byproducts that will determine how effective nutrition will have on your cells. When you fix these vital functions of the body and fasting and a mucusless diet helps assist with this process you will need less, not more chemistry to experience longevity.
I intermittent dry fast for 16 hours plus every day and I usually fast off chew for 1 day a week and when I eat clean and eat less and fast regularly I feel my best vs eating heavy loads of food several times a day and failing to give my body the rest it needs so it can eliminate waste better.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
