The magnetics of fruit regarding energy is off the charts regarding chemistry in foods. You should never have issues with energy from fruit. So many of you do because your adrenal glands are in the dumps and most likely your thyroid gland on top.
Sugar metabolism issues are the main contributors to why you would crash and burn on fruit sugar, or any sugar source for that matter. When the adrenals go down you loose Neurotransmitters and you could have issues metabolizing sugar as well. If you have no Neurotransmitters then you have no energy to activate the autonomic nervous system. If you don’t metabolize sugar then the sugar can cause excess fermentation in the body which could feed candida and then you deal with uric acid loads in the body. All this causes chronic fatigue as a result.
The thyroid when it goes down and causes hypo function then your metabolism gets out of balance and you become a slow oxidizer regarding how you metabolize your foods. This causes slow digestion which robs the body of energy and also when your metabolic temperatures go low then you don’t sweat and you hold onto your metabolic waste which can also contribute to fatigue.
Now how do you fix this because the fruit is neither a sedative it stimulates. Acids are stimulants and fruits are alkaline. Proteins and caffeine and the animal tissue and high protein complex plant sources will stimulate the body but this in return puts more acids in the body which can affect glands like the adrenal glands and thyroid gland and cause a burn out down the road.
You may feel more tired in fruit but you need fruit to move and clean lymph so you can pull out the acids that are breaking down your tissue causing dysfunction. You don’t want to avoid fruit because they are not stimulating and you don’t want to avoid fruit because you don’t metabolize sugar well. You want to get your kidneys to filter and out in the time and with time removing the acids out of the body your adrenal glands will turn on and you won’t deal with sugar metabolism issues.
What happens is that humans are stuck in calories as a focus and they have shot out adrenal glands and a lymphatic system full of terrain that is not going to come eating food all day. You can on watery fruits but this is not ideal when you have low functioning adrenal glands and sugar metabolism issues. You want to focus on pulling out the sewage and fixing absorption and you won’t need all these calories you have been brainwashed you need. You want to have small fruit meals throughout the day, and you want to rest in the evening and intermittent dry fast so until the next day to about 12 noon if you can do you can filter your lymphatic system through your kidneys so you can remove the acids causing the dysfunction to occur.
If you don’t have sugar metabolism, low Neurotransmitters issues and a healthy functioning thyroid and you’re not dealing with malabsorption issues then you know very well that raw foods, especially fruit, give you an energy buzz like crazy and sometimes more energy than you actually need and need to ground because it’s hard as a human living in a Babylon society to deal with this energy vibration, vibrating on a diet of only fruit. This is easy in the tropics away from toxic societies and will actually have a nice balancing experience in fruit only in the tropical sun.
Focus on the herbs that turn on structure-function to cells that help the adrenal glands turn on while you focus on kidney filtration to pull the acids out of the adrenal glands inter-cellularly. The Berry’s are known to enhance the endocrine glands and herbs like Siberian ginseng, licorice root, ashwagandha, holy basil, parsley, and Rhodiola Rosea can help enhance the adrenal glands while you’re in the process of regeneration.
Many say should I avoid the fruit with adrenal issues? No, you can’t and you’re not going to find energy in any other healthy foods because the fruit is the highest energetic food and it’s also a simple sugar and digest quicker which means it should be the least problematic to the adrenal glands. Also, food for thought is that you don’t want to eat overt fats on a fruit diet with adrenal fatigue and you want to focus on the juicy fruits rather than fruits like bananas. You want to focus on the fruits that digest the easiest which are the juicy fruits and you want to focus on the astringent fruits in the sub/acid and acid category to move lymph and to better open up the kidneys. It’s a quick google image search away friends so don’t ask me to list all the sub/acid fruits and acid fruit varieties.
Starches are a nightmare if you have sugar metabolism issues and high candida loads on the body and these foods don’t move lymph, and they cause mucus residues to accumulate in the body which blocks the flow of energy and cause lymphatic stagnation in the body which will do you no good with fixing the adrenal glands and possibly the thyroid gland that’s causing chronic fatigue. If your thyroid is hypo-functioning then you can get herbs to help enhance your thyroid but if you have a hyperthyroid then you don’t want to stimulate even with natural herbs because your already dealing with hyperactivity already and it would be best to just avoid herbs that stimulate the thyroid. If you need a bump to a hypothyroid then you can take herbs like kelp, Saw Palmetto Berry, and Schizandra Berry.
Don’t blame the fruit just clean out your lymphatic system and fruits are the best for that, stop trying to treat the effect and go after the cause, give it some time and patients and when the kidneys filter and you maintain a simple fruit diet with herbal botanicals and fasting them over time you will overcome this fatigue fruit issue, and experience great energy from fruit and understand why it’s the highest energetic food you can consume and much more energetic then raw veggies and way more energetic them any cooked food option. Focus on the kidneys and adrenals and be a patient hue-mans and things will pay off for you, but if you don’t put in the work then you will not see the other side!
