Why do humans “eat” oil? For one oil is not a food, it’s an isolated lipid, and you can’t eat it because it requires no chewing ? we as a species need to get away from complicated thinking and complicated eating habits. Who cares if there are people saying that raw oils are healthy and they have “omega 3s” yada yada yada! Look to nature first, and always use your common sense first.
In nature before all these bs we created out of touch with nature, we were not making oils to get the “omega 3s” we think we need from isolated “food” sources, and nobody was dying from not getting something essential they need from an oil. Whole Foods is all we need. Spice, salt, oil and refining, and processing is a modern-day creation, and it’s only irritating the body and causing weight gain and health problems.
If the food for one needs to be dressed up all fancy to make it palatable then it’s obvious that it’s not natural, and should not be consumed. We all have habits in today’s world and need to find a sense of balance in today’s world when it comes to food we consume. (Just keep it alkaline!)
The more I think of it and observe the human’s natural diet the only food that tastes good by itself is fruit! What other food sources taste good cooked by itself or raw by itself. I mean we can say sweet potatoes, nuts, corn and maybe a few other foods, but nothing like the abundance and variety of fresh ripe fruit! Fruit truly is unique and can be eaten by itself, and they also fill you up, satisfy and hydrate.
Oils dehydrate the body, they slow down lymph flow, they may work as a good anti-inflammatory, but it’s not a food, it’s an isolated compound l, and it needs machines to create the oil. It’s not a sustainable food source.
For one we must understand that lipids are not an essential micronutrient for the human body apart from mothers’ milk when we are babies, and even mothers’ milk is not high in fat. The human body runs on carbon as it’s a preferred fuel source, and this is also obviously true when we observe plant food sources in nature if we were to put our minds in nature regarding what we would be eating.
Nuts are not a sustainable food source for humans (squirrel food) they contain a hard shell and would take a lot of work to crack open the shell to get enough nuts to feed yourself and family. It makes no sense that nature would create the nut for the human when nature created fruits so easily accessible, and readily available in the season especially.
Cracking open nuts and making oil out of them is not what any human was doing for thousands of years, because they were missing something on chronometer regarding an important nutrient ? they “need”.
Again oil is not a food, and it should not go in the body. One tablespoon of olive oil is about 120 calories and 14 grams of fat! That’s a lot just in a tablespoon! Now when someone adds oil to their food, because of course, they don’t eat it by itself it’s much more than a tablespoon. 3 tables spoons of oil are 42 grams of isolated fat! And if consumed cooked that’s 42 grams of rancid carcinogenic fat saturating your body.
If you’re consuming packaged foods, and cooked foods that contain oil you’re getting tons of this in your body every day several times a day! And we are confused on why humans are dying like flys!? Oil is a hidden killer in a lot of food people eat, and it’s highly acidic when heated up.
Oil belongs in a car engine, not a human body! Instead of looking to the recommended nutritional “needs” that are suggested by intellectual thinkers, look to nature first, and use your common sense, and also understand that civilizations for thousands of years thrived and succeeded without oil, and all these other isolated compounds your brainwashed to think you need them to get a specific “nutrient”.
It’s not about nutrition, it’s about the energetics of foods! Fruits and simple sugars are the best fuel source for the human body, and complex carbon a back up fuel source when the fruits are not accessible. But lipids are not important, and if they were, and protein for that matter, then you would find this in mothers’ milk, but you don’t, you find the opposite. You find carbs being the primary fuel, fats being the secondary fuel, and protein being very low and hardly even 1%.
When making oil, the fats are taken out of a product, for example, olives. This fat is then eaten without the other nutrients that are naturally only available together in whole foods such as olives. This makes oil hard to digest and means that a meal with oil, for example, a salad, takes much longer to digest than that same salad without oil. In addition, nutrients are often better absorbed in the combinations naturally available in whole foods, which is another reason why eating olives is much healthier than olive oil.
When we look at what people have done in nature for thousands of years, it’s obvious that oils were not apart of their diet and nobody died from not consuming it. You don’t need a scientific conclusion as to why oils are bad, it’s common sense it’s not a food. Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food. Food is whole, not isolated liquid fats devoid of carbon.
If you care about your health you will adopt a fruit-based raw food diet, and if you do cook your food, you will not use oils, salt, and sugar but eat them in their wholistic state. Oils will set you back from getting healthy and they are obstructions to the human body simply because they are not food. If it’s not food, and it goes into your body, in my opinion, there will be a level of damage you will create, and it’s not smart to create damage to your body I if you don’t have to.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
