Omad is a normal diet


Intermittent fasting is normal and I know the bro scientist would disagree only because calories has been in our indoctrinated makeup for centuries.

If you say you don’t benefit from intermittent fasting it’s most likely because you are not eating nutrient dense meals and that’s where true nourishment and satiation comes from not “calories”.

Look In the past before your beloved fast-food chains and restaurants it was normal to eat one meal a day and to fast mainly throughout the day and when the body wanted to be fed and nourished it was when the sun went down.

Think about it in nature you are not trapped in a cubicle all day snacking on GMO snacks all day you are tending the garden, the farm, and you have no time to binge on food. Yes, you snack here and there on fruit or nuts and the like but you feast in the evening and you go to bed soon after.

I like the nomad lifestyle because it makes sense in nature regarding the Homosapien. Fasting is apart of life and the body regenerates better when you eat once and conserve energy on rest. There is no need to eat 3-5 meals a day and 3 meals a day just seems ridiculous when you eat for nourishment and not for emotional numbing.

Feast once a day and then give your digestion a rest. I personally am not strict on my nomad plan but I eat Whole Foods. and for detoxification, it’s not for everyone.

Omad is for lifestyle not necessarily for detoxification. It would be hard to eat one giant fruit meal and have enough energy the next day but to each is own. It could work for you. For a season on just fruit during the detox phase you might need to graze on fruit because your adrenals are so asleep and you need sugar to give you energy but for lifestyle, after you fix your body I would recommend the one meal a day lifestyle and when you eat one meal I think it’s best to eat fats, carbs, and proteins and to eat until completely full and to eat foods your body is in harmony regarding digestion.

Just understand one meal a day is common if you look at history and how many civilizations ate and the Omad meal was Whole Foods not processed GMO garbage.

I also like nomad feasting one day and the other day a light Omad like just fruit to cleanse. If you are not bedridden and dealing with life-threatening health problems then I would recommend building one day on protein-rich foods (Omad) and the next day a light Omad of fruit only for detoxification. This is how I personally live in the matrix so that I can build and detox as a lifestyle and it’s my own personal balance on this journey of trying to achieve health in a chemical age of toxicity and trying to be in harmony with nature and living not only for this material world but also for spiritual evolution of feeling light and being centered in the now activating more energy that doesn’t come with being a glutton but comes with conserving energy so I can balance myself and learn to be present in the now.
