Perfectionist mentality regarding diet in a far from perfect world we live in today

One thing that I believe is very important, that I stand by, is (transitioning) to an optimal natural diet and lifestyle, and to not adopt a perfectionist mentality, when it comes to one.

Most humans on this earth plane have grown up eating processed foods, or foods high in animal products, and we are seeing the consequences of that when it comes to the decay, and decline, regarding the human species.

We must walk with balance, not perfectionism. As a practitioner and specialist, I understand that I have specific beliefs, and specific results, and benefits regarding how I healed myself. I suffered from chronic prostatitis, lower back pain, and interstitial cystitis for 2 years, before I reversed it. I healed this condition, which to me is a condition of acidic stagnation in specific tissues, and not filtering them out, and continuing to add on the load in my body. Anyways I healed this condition with fruit, herbs and time restricted dry fasting.

I never had anyone write me a protocol, or work with me professionally. I learned how to do it by the guidance, and knowledge of Robert Morse’s YouTube videos. I took about 3 months to transition to an all fruit diet, coming from a Whole Foods plant-based diet I adopted, after destroying my health on a meat-based diet, and a lifestyle of drugs and alcohol.

If I didn’t have such bad pain, and anxiety due to the pain, I would have taken my time on a transition diet, like the one professor Arnold Ehret teaches in his book, the mucusless diet healing system. And I would not have made it a race to get to fruitarianism. The reason for that is, because, without mental balance, foods, diets, and raw food onlyism becomes a dogmatic religion, and this can become problematic in a stress-induced, rat race type of society we live in, and you don’t become a master overnight, you have to work the steps, by growth, and learn from trial and error.

Because we live in a damaged world, with damaged foods, by the corporations that control it, I think it’s best to let go of diet perfectionism, and always be intuitive, and do what’s best for you regarding the foods you have access to.

When it comes to life-threatening serious health conditions people are dealing with, my focus as a practitioner is to spread the info that works for cleaning the lymphatic system, and getting the kidneys to filter, and in my experience, and the knowledge I have learned from Robert Morse ND that the best way to go about that, is a fruit diet, herbs, and fasting to get to wellville, and to adopt this diet, and lifestyle as long as it takes to get yourself well. However, I don’t see the need to push a perfectionistic diet approach for daily living, and for those that should transition carefully because they are not dealing with chronic pain and chronic systemic acidosis that is life-threatening.

Petty much what I’m saying is that I’m no longer interested in pushing a fruit only diet as a priority 24/7 365 days a year, because I see clearly that fruit is not abundant in most places all year around, and it can be difficult for most people to thrive on just fruit all year around, because of this issue in the world today of radically damaging the food with chemicals and the premature picked unripe fruit that’s sold in the grocery stores, and climates people are living in. This modern-day grocery store fruit can radically damage your teeth, and eating unripe fruit can also acidic, and the glyphosate round up weed killer that’s is sprayed on the fruits are damaging to the central and autonomic nervous system.

If you want to thrive on all fruit for the rest of your life, then I would go move to the tropics, and feast on tree ripen fruit, the way nature intended humans to eat them.

I believe for healing chronic elements, regarding systemic acidosis, that fruit and 100% raw is essential, and to my knowledge from the science, and research I have gathered, that humans are frugivores, and will believe that until I’m proven otherwise with tangible evidence. But either way I know that fruit is a cleansing diet and a very aggressive one for that matter, and for healing chronic elements, it can take a fruit diet long term to reverse these chronic conditions.

If you’re not dealing with serious health conditions, then don’t rush from a SAD diet to a fruitarian diet super quickly, or do whatever you want, but I don’t advice it, it recommends it.

I think if you can thrive on just fruit for decades, then I think that’s incredible and my goal as I transition to the tropics and possess land I can grow my own food on. It’s very hard to eat your natural diet, living in unnatural habitats.

The good news is, you can still move and remove lymphatic waste from your body, and reverse chronic health elements that plague the human body on low-quality fruit, I did, and many people are in this community, but long term years after fixing these issues, some are running into problems with maintaining optimal health long term, and I believe it’s because the fruit we are trying to thrive on, is lacking power, and I also believe that ALL THE FOODS ARE AS WELL. But the one thing about fruit, that separates all other foods, is that they are designed to be eaten ripe, not unripe and radiated. So after you fix yourself with a fruit diet, I wouldn’t create an eating disorder that you can only eat fruit, because you so badly want to stick to your species-specific diet, because, for one in today’s world, it’s hard for any species to do that, and like I said if you’re not living in a tropical climate, that produces tree ripen fruit all year round, then don’t stab yourself in the foot, and force yourself, when you don’t have to and can add in steamed veggies, and sweet potatoes or a raw salad if you can digest it properly without probiotics and digestive enzymes lol. This is what I would do until I am able to make the transition to the tropics to grow my own fruit that’s organic and picked properly ripe, to live as a total fruitarian, and I will make this happen in time!

You need to modify your diet, the best way you know how, based on the situation your dealing with, regarding the foods you have access to, and if you’re not in a desperate situations limiting yourself to just fruit, because your in serious trouble, and need to pull on your lymph system and drain the swamp fast, before you start drowning in it, then let go of the perfectionist mentality, because it’s possible that you can create new problems to your health (STRESS) with your limited view on perfection, trying to eat a diet that’s not quite conducive to producing natural foods, like fruits that should ripen on the vine nutritively, and one of many reasons why I think fruitarians are running into teeth problems, eating unripe fruits, and the unripe acid fruit varieties, being the worst enamel strippers of all the foods!

Without question in a perfect world, with quality natural foods, raw foods are the most ideal, because fire to foods is a modern day creation if we think millions of years ago. However if you put fire to foods, because your so limited to organic fruits and vegetables, and can at least get organic tubers, and more alkaline grains such as millet, quinoa, and amaranth, I would not be afraid to eat them in small quantity’s, when it’s a struggle to get quality fruits and vegetables, because in my personal experience when I eat none organic vegetables, and fruits, I don’t feel my best, and I also know how to distinguish what a detox reaction is, and what poisoned foods are.

This is why I don’t limit myself to unnecessary stress at this time in my life as a 100% raw foodist or fruitarian 24/7 and have become flexible with my diet lifestyle. When I’m not trying to evoke a detox on a high level I stick to all fruit, but my diet is flexible now, and especially in the winter. Sometimes I’m 100% fruit, sometimes I’m just 100% raw, and sometimes I’m 80% raw/high fruit, and 20% cooked, whole plant-based.

My heart is 100% raw mainly fruit, but I will not force myself, at this time in my life to have this perfectionist goal, living in a climate in the winter that limits me to a small variety of organic fruit and vegetables, so with mental balance, and breaking free from the anxiety of fruitarian perfectionist, I don’t beat myself up, when I eat foods that I believe is not species oriented.

The earth is not a tropical forest anymore, so you have no choice but to adapt to your climate, and there are plenty of plant foods sources, when the fruit is not abundant, and if it’s so important to be on just fruit, or 100% raw, then move to the tropics, and make it easy on yourself if you’re able to make that happen, and it’s an intuitive calling, and makes sense for you.

For those of you in serious trouble, get your body cleaned out on the fruit you have access to, and get it done, but it’s not important in my opinion to fix yourself on fruit, and then try to live on it years after, if your running into digestive problems with none organic chemical sprayed unripe fruit, and your damaging your gums and teeth, because you feel locked into your perfectionist fruitarian belief system, and I understand the struggle, because I deal with it to. I’m not going to salve myself to an unrealistic exception ether, if I can’t get organic vegetables, and organic ripe fruit all year around.

I don’t believe animal products are healthy foods or foods at all, so my focus is the raw plant foods, I’m just saying that you must make things work for you, and be a master of your intuition, and don’t ever be afraid to make some changes, and transition intelligently, and do the best you can with whole plant foods you have access to and don’t make foods a daily religion, and revolve your life around them, because the spiritual body needs no food, and fasting can take this burden off as well, and learning to eat less, and get out in nature more!

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
