The confusion of raw food diets being “unhealthy” must be addressed. The “carnivore” movement is saying that the reason for a lot of vegans going carnivore is because of a raw vegan diet, a “restricted” diet and fasting! Let’s blame literally thousands of years of fasting amongst cultures that have had successful benefits with fasting because some millennial kids don’t know what they are doing, or simple because they are manic and have eating disorders and chronic adrenal glands making them impulsive, and diet hopping types and then just blaming all there problems on a “vegan diet” and even taking toxic pharmaceuticals, not knowing how to eliminate properly or understanding the important foundation of transition the way that Arnold Ehret laid it out for us.

Will anyone stay on a carnivore diet long term and thrive? We will just have to see and let it play out, but what I will say in honesty is that I have many messages in my inbox regarding raw vegans adding in animal products and feeling absolutely terrible, which makes me think there is an agenda of youtube shills sayings that fish and eggs are magical super healing foods ? for gullible humans with poor intuition to buy into this scam as an attempt to keep the meat and dairy industry relevant, because the plant-based community is getting stronger, and this is only good for humans, the animals, and the planet, and we all know that’s not in the best interest regarding the powers that be that try to control this planet with their population control agenda.

It will take time for the body to adjust from going from a cooked and the standard American diet to a diet of only eating fruits and vegetables and if you make a drastic jump from dead foods to live foods you will go through detox without question.

Patience is a huge issue. I am not making excuses either because I am not a big youtubers that lives on that illusion of confusion. I happen to work with people behind that illusion that have far greater issues with their health than just some digestion problem, and these humans are so damaged they are not running marathons and hiking up mountains like these complaining belly ache vegans still are doing. So regarding patience, I not only have observed regarding YouTube but also social media that the largest percentage of people coming from varied cooked diets not only did not transition with respect but also have not been consistent or even been on a raw vegan diet long enough to experience any results. Patience in the millennial age is a little silly let’s be honest.

We must understand not only is every species in nature eating raw foods even at this very second but also humans started out eating 100% raw vegan diets as well and even on record the study that everyone seems to ignore ether from denial or they just can’t argue with the facts is this one ⬇️

We also must understand something important regardless if your a vegan, raw vegan or “carnivore” is proper food combining and the importance of organic food. You have to go for “quality” these days because the foods and soil is everything but quality and has been manipulated not only with toxic chemicals but also the soil is very acidic and has been tested to be saturated with varies metals and aluminum being a big one. You can’t bitch about digestion or a health problem If your putting chemicals in your body. If you have access to organic local food but your trying to save a buck and eating conventional, and have health problems then please be silent because your complaints are only causing confusion and nobody’s time needs to be wasted!

If your combining your foods with no respect then yes expect digestion issues, bloating and excess candida in the body from the fermentation load. Organic mono fruit meals and low fat tender leafy simple salads should be the focus not just throwing raw stuff on a plate and expecting to digest it with ease. In my opinion w, e should all be eating mono meals as every other species does in nature, and focus on the fruit for calories, and to meet your nutritional and sugar needs for fuel. If you still want to combine your foods properly because the fruit you have access to sucks and need to go to the salads and veggie fruit varieties to keep your sanity then go check out rawbwild on YouTube and click on his food combining video for more information on that.

I would still say to eat your fruits and juice your veggies if you can for best digestion and to focus on local fruit if possible and organic none sprayed fruit and vegetables.

When these YouTubers with big names that really should be quite about health and nutrition say that the issue with “vegans” going back to eating dead animals is due to raw food and not eating enough “nutrient” dense cooked foods literally makes me want to ? How is cooking your food going to increase nutrition!? Head scratcher and how is cooked food going to properly hydrate the body!? And how is dead damaged starchy fiber going to nourish the body and feed the healthy microbiome. The only microbiome starchy cooked foods feed is fungus and parasites causing excess candida in the body which contributes to digestive issues as well as uric acid in the body from there waste.

Yo-yo vegans turn to eating meat not consistent raw vegans and fruitarians that clean out the terrain in the bowels and lymphatic system. Raw foods are superior in nutrition and a “restricted” diet doesn’t exist in nature because all animals in nature are on a “restricted” diet. Humans are designed for fruit, not veggies and can get by on tender leafy greens and herbs but the diet is a “restricted” fruit diet, but the problem is being a fruitarian in a northern climate and places were your eating unripe low quality fruit and fruit being radiated, sprayed, and smothered in synthetic ripening chemicals so these picked unripe green fruits can ferment to “ripeness” so if you want to “thrive” whatever that means in today’s world of toxicity, and want to be a successful fruitarian long term is to move to tropical dwelling places and invest in the best quality tree ripen fruit because that’s what will create optimal health. Food quality is not being focused on and I believe it’s the most important if you want to thrive.

I’ve heard it and even in my own experience that you feel so much more healthier and even reversing chronic health elements much quicker on tropical tree ripen fruit vs mainland grocery store disgraceful fruit. Seriously if your having health issues put money aside now and plan a vacation to a tropical place that has an abundance of organic none manipulated ripe fruit and detox your body back to wellness, and also make a transition to the tropics permanently, because we can’t trust the food that’s being produced outside the tropics so we should stop being in denial about that.

You can get out of pain and suffering on a fruit diet outside the tropics I did myself and I did it long enough with PATIENCE before I started flapping my gums and turning to dead animals and calling then healthy and saying fruits and vegetables are bad for you lol. All I’m saying is that if you want to thrive and achieve long term health long term then it only makes sense that that’s only going to happen on quality food and the food is not quality in the western world, and it’s only lessening in quality as the days go on.
