If the food is highly processed the body is going to have an issue with breaking down the “food” to digest it and absorb it. If the body fails to digest and absorb and the food is highly processed then the body is going to store it and in return create plaque build-up and your pipes are going to get dirty (Gi tract) and this will block the flow of energy and overtime create chronic bowel constipation.
Whole Foods don’t hurt the body it’s the processed junk that does. The best way to transition to an optimal diet is to remove all processed foods from your plate and to focus on organic foods and local and organic being even better.
If it was me I would stop eating foods highly sprayed with pesticides and foods that are genetically modified. You will simply improve digestion and lower inflammation by removing processed foods from your diet.
Go 30 days without consuming anything processed and eat 100% organic and watch your health improve.
Diet change is a transition and the first step to transition is to adopt a whole foods diet and to maintain long term and with time you will be able to remove dairy, meat, and eggs from the diet and to focus on the whole plant foods.
The root cause of constipation is due to highly processed foods in the diet and of course the adrenal glands dead in the water play apart as well. Processed foods are highly addictive and are excitotoxins and act as stimulants and sedatives in the body which is similar to addictive drugs. Processed grains will glue up the bowels and processed animal products will cause massive Putrefaction in the colon.
If you want to clean out the debris and plaque build-up in the colon I would recommend going raw vegan for a season and to focus on the fruit and if you don’t stay on a raw vegan diet forever I would still adopt a Whole Foods diet for the rest of your life after you heal on the fruit diet. I’d give yourself at least 4-6 months on an 80-100% fruit diet 100% raw to heal the body and to properly clean out your pipes from years of eating unnatural processed foods and then to maintain a 100% Whole Foods diet and you find out what works best for you whether that’s 100% raw including nuts and seeds and vegetables, cooked plant foods, etc.
Processed foods were created for shelf life and to get you hooked on drug-food, but these foods only cause massive degeneration in the body and contribute to systemic acidosis and toxemia!
