It is an obvious epidemic that the world is facing today when it comes to the degeneration of prostate tissue. Unfortunately this is just another health condition that is being treated and not regenerated. You could regenerate any damage that has been cause to your body. It’s as simple as understanding that junk foods cause degeneration of tissue, when there on the acid side of chemistry. In my opinion it’s the animal proteins that are causing these problems. Whether it’s women suffering with ovarian, uterus, or inflammation in the bladder, it’s all caused from heavy proteins that leave behind a lot of acid and metabolic waste, that burns and destroys connective tissue, which in return creates a cesspool environment that causes degeneration of cells which we all know what that is. The treatment of radiation and chemotherapy thinking that you could rid the body of a systemic problem, that is all related to a backed up lymphatic system and not filtering these metabolic wastes through the kidneys because the high protein diets have damaged this important eliminative organ, and prostate issues such as prostatitis is caused from damage to kidneys and so acids will travel to the closest areas to the kidneys which happens to be the prostate and the bladder and the testicles.
If you’re experiencing painful symptoms in your prostate/ testes or your bladder, look into the state of your kidneys. Do you have lower back pain?, do you have degenerative disc in your L4 region?, do you have overactive bladder?, does it dribble a lot after you urinate?, do you feel inflammation in your prostate after sexual activity, does spicy food, and high protein foods create pain in your prostate? If you examine these things and listen to your body and understand that it’s the food that you’re eating that’s just piling on more acid waste, and only weakening the kidneys even more preventing them from filtering them out.
The prostate
The prostate gland is a part of the male reproductive system. It is calm shaped and consists of three lobes, which surround the neck of the bladder and urethra. The prostate gland secretes a thin semen clear and alkaline fluid, which makes up 30% of the seminal fluid. This fluid is usually primary for lubrication but also stimulates active sperm movement. Prostatitis which is inflammation of the prostate gland occurs from acidosis. The most common contributing factors, however, is hypoactive adrenal glands, this contributes to low steroid production to counterbalance aggressive male hormones. This leads to prostate overstimulation and inflammation.
The adrenal glands, are very important, and unfortunately, the western diet does not promote health to the adrenal glands as well as this Matrix, and Babylon system we live in, hustling and stress, trying to climb the corporate ladder to earn as much money as possible to provide for our families, and so hopefully achieve the American dream, and this lifestyle is also based around acid/mucus forming foods, because it’s built for fast food, and convenience to suit this type of lifestyle, day in and day out. the energy drinks, the prescription drugs, the coffee, the fast food, creates wear and tear on the adrenal glands, which in return creates wear and tear on the kidneys, and you lose your hormone utilization that is produced from the adrenal glands, and you run into hormone problems, your kidneys shut down, this leads to inflammation in the prostate, and when the acid sit in the prostate for too long it degenerates cells, and you run into serious health problems that could cost you your life, if you don’t take care of this problem immediately, by changing your diet to getting off the proteins and eating the raw living foods that nourish, cleanse and keep the prostate healthy. If you don’t consume alkaline chemistry, you’re left with acid chemistry, and acid forming foods create mucus buildup in the body, creats parasitic activity, lots of uric acid which is extremely harmful to the joints especially in the lower back and the disks there.
We live in a very unconscious world with the whole concept of being manly and getting your needs and making sure you get protein for your muscles, not understanding that we pay a price with this type of thinking and action. The body is designed for fresh ripe and organic fruits and vegetables, mainly fruits, but when we neglect the food were designed to eat for too long what happens is the glands and organs shut down, and one of the most important glands of the male body being the prostate ends up degenerating with this type of thinking and lifestyle. You want to focus on keeping your kidneys healthy in order to keep your prostate healthy. You also want to keep your adrenal glands healthy so that you can produce proper steroids and hormones, that will in return keep the body in an alkaline state, and protect it from acidosis. If you continue to eat animal foods, protein powders, and high protein foods, you will end up paying the price down the road when your kidneys shut down, and this leads to chronic prostatitis and degeneration of cells in the prostate.
If you have signs of prostate inflammation and don’t know what to do, I highly advise you to turn to 100% raw food diet, high and fruits, and get herbs that help support the prostate gland. You can reverse this problem if you get your kidneys to filter out these acids that are suppressing the tissues there. What supports and creates kidney filtration, is an alkaline diet high in fruits, you need the astringent fruits to pull the acids to remove them through the kidneys, so that the kidneys will heal and also the prostate will heal along with it. I’m can attest of this myself dealing with chronic prostatitis for 2 years. I quickly reverse this problem when I started to filter through my kidneys to remove the acid build-up from the high protein diets that I was on, that created damage and degeneration to my kidneys. After months of getting my kidneys to filter these acid waste out on an alkaline diet fruits and herbs, through detoxification I was able to bring back regeneration to my prostate, and I no longer deal with these debilitating painful symptoms a burning after urination, chronic and excessive urination, pain after sexual intercourse, and not being able to sit without dealing with chronic pain for longer than 10 minutes. I went from chronic pain of being bedridden and depressed, to fully regaining my life back on fruits, berries, melons and herbs, I saved my prostate and so could you.
