Where do you get your protein!? The real question should be what are you doing to get your kidneys to filter! Protein is extremely acidic, hard on the kidneys, and suppress the body’s ability to remove lymphatic waste buildup. All you have to do is remove proteins from your diet if you have lower back pain and track your progress to find out that the inflammation in your back will start to fade.
Most likely chronic pain and inflammation in the lower back is related to inflamed and congested kidneys, being suppressed and damaged by heavy proteins. The human digestive tract is not designed for these large heavy proteins found in grains and animal products. Meat has such heavy protein, the body doesn’t break down and utilize this protein.
Meat putrifies and leaves behind protein plaques in the colon, the end results of this is putting heavy strain on the kidneys, making them weak and suppressing their ability to remove the proteins that become stagnant and the body. When you leave behind this heavy acid ash from protein, you impair the kidneys and adrenal glands function, you don’t eliminate these waste, it builds up in the body and creates systemic acidosis.
We live in a culture that’s obsessed with getting protein, not understanding that we are dealing with a chronic health epidemic because of consuming them. Protein deficiency don’t exist in the western world, and in 90% of the world populations. You literally would have to be on a starvation diet of eating very few amount of calories a day in order to not get an adequate amount of protein. We need to get our minds around the basic chemistry of the body and what the body is designed to utilize. The body utilizes amino acids and doesn’t utilize the proteins. It’s quite interesting that fruits and vegetables are very high in amino acids but low in protein structures. It only makes sense that high protein foods are hard on the kidneys, when you understand the physiology of humans.
Humans are frugivores, and a frugivore diet consist of fruits. Fruits are very low in protein and also low in amino acids for the most part, but it’s not the amount that we should get our minds fixated on it, but understanding the perfect ratio that’s found in food that our bodies are actually designed for. We must get back to understanding the food were designed to eat, then we can get our minds off of the silly propaganda of needing so much nutrition, minerals, and protein.
Yes it is true in most parts of the world today the fruits and vegetables are deficient in vitamins and minerals, but they are still the highest on the food scale, because dormant beans and grains are acidic, and animal foods are extremely low and vitamins and nutrition, but also very heavy and fat and protein.
Sooner or later your kidneys will shut down, your lymphatic system will back up with acidosis caused from eating these foods, it will create systemic symptoms, and you don’t want to end up on dialysis. The kidneys are probably the most important organ in the body when it comes to removing metabolic waste that we are so bombarded by in the world today. The amount of toxicity that people put on their skin, the toxicity that we breathe every day, the stuff we drink, and consume plays a huge part when it comes to removing these waste in the body. If you remove protein from your diet, you will create more of an alkaline environment in the body, keep the kidneys healthy and functioning properly so that you can eliminate toxicity from the body which is vital to create every single day in order to create a healthy body, and experience longevity.
There’s a ridiculous concept going around saying that high fruit diets can create kidney stones, this baffles my mind because it’s actually the complete opposite, and we have studies that prove that fruits high in magnesium and potassium actually prevent kidney stones and help the body to remove them. If anybody is releasing kidney stones on a fruit based diet it’s because the fruits are pulling the kidney stones out from the body due to the high protein diets that you were on prior to the high fruit diet.
A fruit based diet is pretty much the only diet that actually regenerates the kidneys to a point where you actually can get kidney filtration. If you don’t get kidney filtration, you can’t remove lymphatic acid waste from the body. So the very diet that promotes filtration of metabolic waste, causes kidney stones!??
We must get our minds back to common sense, and understand that nature did not make a mistake producing fruits and vegetables for humans to consume. Thinking that we need to cook our food to death and go on these ridiculous high protein diets, when they are causing all kinds of problems in the human species today. High protein diets contribute to prostate cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, and kidney failure.
I myself have had severe lower back pain, chronic kidney damage, and reversed this problem on fruit alone along with herbal botanicals. I experience burning after urination for a year straight, and I have absolutely none of these symptoms whatsoever, and do not have any problems with kidney stones whatsoever. I guess I’m just a fluke exception to the rule right!?
Well this is not true because we have thousands of people all around the world not only fixing their kidneys, but fixing their entire body systemically on a fruit based diet, because fruits create detoxification and regenerate the body.
We need to get our constipated fixated minds off of protein, and understand that protein is corrosive to the body, creates systemic acidosis, and does nothing good when it comes to creating longevity and health.
If you continue on these high protein diets, suspect symptoms and problems with your kidneys. If your on a high protein diet and are experiencing lower back pain, your kidneys are most likely failing you. The kidneys are the vital eliminative organ of the body to eliminate metabolic waste from our miles long lymphatic system.
We must understand that there’s only two major fluids in the human body blood and lymph, and the lymphatic system is 4 times larger than the blood, and is the holding tank of the sewage waste that gets backed up in the body. To get fixated on blood work, and not understand the kidney connection and the lymphatic system, will get you absolutely nowhere when it comes to creating true health for the kidneys.
You must understand that the kidneys are the channel to eliminate the waste that’s backed up in the septic tank of the body. Drain the lymphatic system, and your problems will cease to exist. But you can’t drain the lymphatic system, until you regenerate your kidneys. Sorry to break it to you meat eaters and high grain eaters, but if you want to regenerate your kidneys, you need to go on a fruit and vegetable based raw living foods diet mainly fruits.
Nature is also provided herbs in a large quantity of variety that are known to help to clean and regenerate the kidneys, take advantage of holistic herbs found in nature, not isolated supplements that do absolutely nothing but suppress symptoms, and leave the body having to deal with symptoms down the road when you discontinue taking them. You could mask your symptoms with prescription drugs and supplements all day long, but you will just postpone the acidosis you will experience chewing on your kidneys, without getting to the root cause of the problem that could only be fixed by holistic foods found in nature untampered, and unprocessed. Fruit and herbs are nature’s remedy for healing the body and regenerating your kidneys.
