Humans have been conditioned to seek a quick fix that often never exist and often tries to find ways to avoid the truth and to go to an “expert” to help validate things can be done another way that requires less discipline and dietary changes.
Less is more for healing! Less is more for healing! Less is more for healing! Hypnotize your self with that reality because detoxification is about how you can encourage the body to clean itself most effectively. I know it’s hard for most of you to bite the bullet and to just go deep with just fruit, fasting and herbs, and nothing more! But the most effective digestion you encourage and the more you relax the kidneys with intermittent dry fasting the better you will eliminate stored waste in your lymphatic system and it’s going to take time to do that and probiotics, enzymes, minerals, complicated food combining to get the nutrition “eating the rainbow” is not going to aid in the elimination process and it’s going to slow it down.
Yes, when you detox you may feel like shit for a while you work on sweating out the acids, filtering out the acids and mucus, metals, chemicals, virals and the like through urination and cleaning the plaque build up on the bowel wall and getting rid of parasitic waste. You will have to fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and elimination to overcome symptoms and to fix deficiencies and a complicated raw food diet heavy on the bowels and kidneys is not going to help you with that. Simplicity, consistency, and commitment will help encourage that and if it was me I would trust in detox and nature rather then going to medical doctors for blood test dealing with lymphatic system related problems!
Things can get worse before they get better but if you are sweating, filtering through your kidneys, cleaning the bowel wall it won’t take long before you start getting better and a slow detox with serious lymphatic related problems may just leave you feeling frustrated. If you are plateauing and already have transitioned yourself to a raw good diet and have been there for several months you might want to step it up to an all-fruit diet, etc and get on a herbal protocol and intermittent dry fast for 16+ hours a day in the evening until the next day and keep the diet simple regarding mono juicy fruit and put in the time and get your kidneys filtering and use the herbs to scrub the bowel wall, get in the dry sauna and give it some time. Like Robert Morse ND as said… if you don’t want to change your diet that promotes effective detox don’t bitch and just enjoy your suffering!
You can do it, my friends, you can find the discipline and you can take your power back and do what’s necessary despite the reality of your environment and the people that are in it! I did and so can you!
