Raw fresh fruits and vegetables is what got you out of the mess you were in, so never forget that. A fruit dominate diet is, and will always be the best diet for humans, and it doesn’t matter how bad we have compromised the earth ether. Don’t find an excuse to return to cooked foods, and think you your going to get more benefits, because the raw foods just don’t have everything you need for health.
I can tell you from my own personal experience that by experimenting with cooked foods in my diet, after 2 years on fruit, and 100% raw, I have experienced absolutely ZERO added benefits vs a fruit based raw foods diet. What has your body told you after several months, and even years on a 100% raw food diet, and then adding in cooked foods? Not only my experience, but many people I know, and have talked to, have only run into problems with cooked foods after several months and years on raw. The whole reason they, and myself turned to a raw food fruit based diet in the first place, was because of health problems, and not getting further in our personal healing and development on cooked foods.
You can remove the processed foods, sugar, salt and oil form your diet, and adopt a cooked Whole Foods plant based diet, and do much better, but if your dealing with high levels of lymphatic problems that have expressed bodily dysfunction (systemic acidosis) you can’t camp out there for very long, because cooked foods are acidic, and cooked foods dehydrate the body. The body heals and functions on hydration, and raw foods hydrate the body, and the energy and hydration is what triggers the response of its self healing mechanisms.
After eating a diet predominantly based around fruit, and 100% raw, and just adding in whole plant foods cooked, you will feel the difference pretty quickly, why is that? You did fairly ok before, so why would you feel such a blowback from a whole food cooked now? Your body is much cleaner now, you’re not saturating your body with acids, and you’re not creating a mucus response, and your body actually has gotten rid of tons of mucus from your passed diet, your body can now recognize foreign chemistry when it comes into it, and inflammation kicks in, dehydration, and fatigue. You may even get itchy from creating a rapid fungal response, when you had no issue before you become a raw foodist in your past.
These are good signs, and reminders that raw foods are cleaners, and they bring the body back to a proper balance, and homeostasis. Don’t ever forget that raw foods are natural foods for every species on this earth, and cooking food is what got us in trouble in the first place. The best thing you can do is maintain a raw food diet, and don’t return to the additive cooked foods as a staple in your lifestyle. You trained your body to experience the benefits of raw foods, and it was the fruit that cleaned you out, brought hydration to the body, and got rid of the terrain, and acids that caused your issues to occur.
Mother Nature has gifted you with this lifestyle, and now you now the benefits, so be carful with the cooked foods, after you healed yourself with the raw, because there is no benefits to be had, just more inflammation, fatigue, and cravings for foods that numb, suppress, and dehydrate. Your body is light and sensitive now, so be carful. Their is nothing in a cooked food that is more beneficial regarding nutrition, hydration, and bio available minerals. The more the body gets clean, then less food it will need to thrive, you can never say this for cooked foods, because they don’t satisfy on a nutritional level, and this is why you over eat on cooked foods, vs raw foods.
Raw foods are not stimulants, and sedatives, and they don’t create the drug like chemicals, that create overeating, because they are not excitotoxins If thats a word. Cooked foods can cause anxiety and depression instantly after eating them, after being on a raw food diet for a while, this is because they are unnatural foods, and you are now understanding that reality.
When you cheat on cooked foods, you will feel the difference, and wonder why you feel hungover, well don’t be shocked, just surrender to the reality that your body is cleaner, and is now teaching you what’s what, vs being brain washed by intellectual health gurus, that have never even gone on a raw food diet long enough, have no clue about the detoxification process, and walked away before the body could repair itself to experience the benefits, and tell you that you need cooked foods, and 100% raw is “dangerous”
Surrender to the process, and let nature teach you, don’t ignore your Intuitive guide, that comes from within, and enjoy nature’s bounty of fruits, and tender leafy greens, if you so desire them, and I’m giving you fair warning that cooked foods have absolutely nothing on raw foods, and you eat cooked foods once in a while, don’t beat yourself up, they are addictive foods ? but underhand that in today’s world, you want to be alert, feeling fresh, you want to consume foods that clean you, because again what you don’t eliminate, you will accumulate to deal with the blow back down the road, and it’s not worth it at all, to become a cooked food addict, when you can become addicted to feeling good, and also know that your keeping the doors open to detoxify, because you want to be on a detoxification style diet, in a world so conducive to chemistry, that blocks the flow of energy, and creates stagnation, and dis-ease.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
