Most people don’t eat enough fruit because they’re so used to eating concentrated calories and they need to stretch out their stomach so they can get more food in to get enough to fill their satiation needs. Fruit is mainly water and fiber, so in order to get enough calories to satiate you, you need to eat double the amount of food versus the amount of cooked food you would eat to meet your hunger needs. In the beginning of a fruit based diet it’s best to focus on mono fruit smoothies until you can get used to the volume of food to add in a variety of mixed fruit smoothie or a bowl. The reason it’s best to do mono fruit meals in the beginning, is because when the body goes through detoxification, the pancreas will want to take a rest and heal when you start eating only raw foods, so when you transition over to a fruit based diet coming of a highly cooked food diet, it may be difficult to digest a large volume of fruit when your body is not used to it.
Another reason why people fail is because they’re not determined to give up emotional triggers to comfort themselves to escape from the matrix reality that they live in. It’s easier to numb yourself with comfort food, because when you eat raw living foods you cant numb emotions, you have to deal with them head-on. This is why it’s very common to have crying spells during detoxification, because the fruits will create an emotional detox purging out deep embedded emotions so that you deal with them. It’s much easier for people to not deal with the reality of purging out deep embedded emotions. Suppression could be much easier, and cooked food will suppress.
Another reason that people often fail on a fruit based diet is because they get low quality fruit and this makes it easy to cave in to cook food cravings. It’s unfortunate that we do live in a society today that doesn’t produce quality fruits and vegetables. The food industry is designed for cooked food, and in order to enjoy cooked food you must add and loads of ingredients to make it palatable. It’s hard to find flavor in cooked food that doesn’t require salt, sugar and fat. When it comes to quality fruit you don’t have to alter its structure whatsoever to get that pleasure-seeking taste bud fix. When you eat quality sweet fruit you smile, when you eat fruit that tastes like bitter cardboard, you often immediately get angry, this triggers an emotional response, and cooked food if it’s accessible is easy to give into.
Another typical reason why people cave into cooked food cravings on a fruit based diet is that there loaded with parasites and fungus and if it doesn’t come out, it’s hard to overcome cravings, because the bugs crave starch, and try to control the person’s consciousness, because they have their own consciousness, and cooked food cravings themselves. Parasites and fungus love starch, and if you feed them you crave more starch, and it’s hard to overcome the habit. If you ever need to cheat because you’re going crazy with cravings it’s best to go with this steamed starchless vegetables rather than the rice, beans, and potatoes, and bread.
I personally think the best approach to go about getting rid of parasites and fungus, is for one to work on your adrenal glands with herbal botanicals but also to get herbal botanicals such as the bitter herbs that are known to kill parasites like a natural herbal antifungal formulas. If you get rid of the worms, parasites and fungus, you will be amazed on how little cravings you have for starch. You will crave the alkaline sweet, juicy ripe fruit more than you would a potato. In all reality steam potatoes do not provide the satiation like a juicy fresh ripe organic fruit does.
Another reason is cooked food suppresses consciousness so you don’t have to deal with waking up! People often get wigged out because consciousness is too much for them and they would rather please people, and stay at their low consciousness level, because it’s easier to conform than to resist. Being the resistance can create a lot of anxiety. It’s not fun when people come against you for speaking truth because they want to stay in the dark, or there unable to be open-minded to the facts, because their brain has been clogged, and consciousness levels have been resisted. The raw living fruits will wake you up whether you want to or not. Once you wake up, you will realize that you’re not the same person, and that you will lose attraction to certain people, because you will realize that the righteous and natural path to live would be to not change an alter the food, but rather to get in touch with nature and eat food that your biologically designed to eat like every other species in nature. This can destroy relationships, if your unable to find a balance by eating only fruit. You will find the strength and willpower to make drastic changes in your life if you eat only fruit long enough. It’s easy for most people to resist, and just do things to please other people, because division is never something that we desire to pursue, because it could be saddening and heartbreaking.
Another typical reason is the fear of getting too skinny, and so people feel the pressure of their families to eat starch, and animal products, to keep weight on, but never end up healing and soon come back to detoxification and have to enter the detox all over again. Worrying about weight is also a dead end, because you may lose excess fat and water, because the body wants to get rid of all the metabolic waste before It could rebuild proper muscle, and healthy weight the way that nature intended it. This is only the process of detoxifying. The ego and understanding that body image when it comes to nature is not the same as body image when it comes to society. It’s normal to be on the thin side when your eating foods that are natural and raw. If you don’t get over getting a little skinny for a season before the body can rebuild itself, then it’s much easier to fall off to the pressures of society, as well as feeding the ego. The ego will also numb your consciousness and make it difficult to be on this diet long-term.
Another reason why people fail on a fruit based diet, is because of their mind. Humans have trained to fill their minds with “my addiction”, or it’s too hard, I can never, I wish I could, and all the negative mind shatter becomes their demise, because they never say I can, and I will, and it’s easy. You will only manifest the negativity that you produce. If you manifest positivity, and you change your thought pattern, you would be surprised, with the willpower, determination and desire to succeed on a healthy diet, that produces a healthy body, and also reverse chronic and degenerative health conditions. If you change your thought pattern, you could become very disciplined, and strong to accomplish anything you put your mind to. Do your best to find that fresh, ripe juicy fruit because it’s easy to crave only fruit when you invest in quality, because human beings are truly sweet seeking species. Processed salt, sugar, and fat are only drugs not food for nourishment.
