The human body will express signs of discomfort, when something is wrong, and when it does, something your eating is most likely not in harmony with your body for a good reason. I don’t care what the food is, and what nutrition it contains, if the food is not fruit, I don’t think it’s designed for the human body.
I’ve been fortunate to play with diets for many years, and my body has taught me what diet, is most compatible to the function of how it feels, how it digest, the energy I experience, and the inflammation and recovery responses as well. You can play with calorie ratios, nutrients, when to eat, what percentages of what foods to eat to find your balance etc, but one thing I’ve learned is that the human body is truly designed for simple foods, basic chemistry, and even mothers milk can attest of this as well.
I’ve done a Whole Foods “balanced” diet eating fruit, veg, whole grains, and meat, and did much better with that compared to a standard American diet, I’ve done a ketogenic diet, carnivore diet, vegetarian diet, vegan diet, Whole Foods vegan diet, all fruit diet, 80% fruit based, 100% raw, and Ive done a diet of 80-90% fruit and a little bit of cooked starches in the diet, such as tubers, and quinoa, and I’ve done a high fruit, and higher fat raw food diet, and I’ve played with intermittent fasting for at least 3 years, and no matter how simple the diet is, one thing that I I’ve learning is that the best diet based on how I feel, and the diet most compatible with the humans physiology, and design, in my opinion, is an all fruit diet, mono fruit diet, and eating only 1-2 meals a day on top.
This is just my experience! I don’t do well with greens, concentrated foods, and nuts and seeds, my body wants fruit, and my body thrives the most when I’m eating mangoes, or melons, but of course I thrive on mangoes the most, and that’s why I’m a mangotarian.
Whenever I simplify my diet to just fruit, and I fast, and don’t overeat, I feel great, and even when a diet of all fruit kicks your butt throwing your body in a detox, you still feel light, digestion is great, and you know intuitively, your body is just cleaning house, because fruits will clean you far greater then any other food, and much greater then veggies, which are not human foods anyways, because we are by no means herbivores by design. You can eat raw veggies, and be fine, but most people thrive on the fruit, not the vegetables, and for good reason, because humans are frugivores, and the way your body feels on fruit, after you cleaned out the extra sewage in the body, and bowels, is just simply on another level, regarding diet, and you would only experience this to be true, if you would just transition yourself to it, and try it for yourself.
If you have let’s say already been on a high fruit diet, and 100% raw for a while now, and are dealing with issues with digestion, feeling bloated, even joint pain and the like, go on a diet of just fruit for 30 days, and experience the benefits. Focus on the high water rich fruits, and see for yourself the results regarding your energy, your digestion, and overall mental focus and mood. If you’re not convinced your a species designed for all fruit, or a diet of at least 95% fruit, you most likely will be convinced If you experience it long enough.
When I stopped just eating fruit after 2 years only, I can attest regarding the way I feel when it comes to digestion, and inflammation, that even adding in veggies, like lettuce and veggie fruits, I started getting drastically weighed down, started feeling gassy and bloated, and even started running into gum inflammation and pancreatic trouble, now that I’ve gotten back to a diet of all fruit, and If I do eat raw veggies, or other raw food dishes, it’s once in a while for a cheat meal, I’ve noticed real fast after about 9 days, that my gum inflammation is about 90% gone, I can go much longer throughout the day without eating, and feeling hungry, and no longer deal with terrible bloat and gas.
Variety is not key to optimal health, simplicity is! Calories will only slow you down, and when the body gets clean, it doesn’t get energy from the food anyways, and this is why many of you feel more energized when you’re not eating, or drinking anything, and when you do eat simple mono fruit meals, it can actually lower your energy.
The world is constipated with the addition and more focus, and this is why humans are struggling to get well. Fruit is what detoxifies the body, and truthfully apart from the herbal botanicals, nothing else does. Most animals eat a diet of mono plants, and the human animal will thrive the most on a diet of mono fruit meals.
I’m only sharing my experience, and also the results that are best when it comes to detoxification and regenerative healing. If you don’t want to just eat fruit, then you will never know what diet is most optimal for you, but in my experience, when I create a problem with other foods, it’s the all fruit diet that gets me out of trouble, and it’s an all fruit diet that makes my body feel it’s best, and even if you look back enough, regarding what early humans ate, you will see clearly that it was a diet based around almost 100% fruit, and the link of that study is at the bottom. ?
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
