Regenerative detoxification does not include cooked food


It’s important to understand what regenerative detoxification is and what it entails. You must understand that you cannot regenerate a damaged body with cooked food. Cooked food does not have the electromagnetic energy and the astringent power to move lymph, and it’s also very acidic and mucus forming in it’s chemistry, and contributes to slowing down and backing up lymphatic flow which is what causes degeneration in the first place.

Regenerative detoxification is the process of elimination, and if you want to eliminate metabolic wastes from the body, then your going to have to understand the simplicity of a raw living foods diet versus, that of a dead food diet that is not used as a tool to enhance and repair damaged tissue, but a tool to slow down detox in the transitional phases only.

Regenerative detoxification is not primarily focused on nutrition as well, because it’s not nutrition that cleans a backed up septic tank. The process of healing the human body is the process of electromagnetic energy, so you want to find energy in order for the body to be active in healing itself, and that’s why regenerative detoxification is based around living foods and fasting, so that you could allow the body to not be robbed by unnecessary energy blockers, such as the cooked food so that It can repair the damages.

Here is an example of what foods contain energy from high to low, to give you an understanding of what foods are going to enhance energy, and take away energy, but also it’s important to understand that all cooked food will rob the body of some form of energy, regardless of its energetic angstrom power. Raw fruits have the most electromagnetic energy which is why they’re the most aggressive foods that promote detoxification.

Angstroms of foods

Electromagnetic energy is rated in units of angstroms. The higher the quantity of angstroms a food gives off, the higher the energy of the food.

Energy of Foods

  • Fresh raw fruits - 8,000 to 10,000 angstroms
  • Vegetables (fresh,raw) - 8,000 to 9,000 angstroms
  • Vegetables (cooked) - 4,000 to 6,500 angstroms
  • Milk (pasteurized) - 2,000 angstroms
  • Cheese - 1,800 angstroms
  • Refined white flour - 1,500 angstroms
  • Cooked meats - 0 angstroms

As you can see it’s the fruits and vegetables in their raw living state that is the most important for providing the energy the body needs, because it has been highly depleted of energy due to acidosis. Acids dehydrate the body and block the flow of energy, the lower the angstrom power in the food, as well as it being compromised with heat, will dehydrate the body rapidly of electrolytes, and create degeneration, not regeneration. If you’re still eating cooked food and plan on regenerative detoxification, you must understand that the cooked food will not aid in any way, and helping you to clean out your body, it’s only a temporary transitional food so that your body doesn’t detox to rapidly, but eventually you must get yourself to a 100% raw food diet in order for the body to clean itself out, and to regenerate the kidneys, so that you can eliminate the stagnant lymphatic waste buildup.

If your plateauing with your healing and can’t get your kidneys to filter on cooked food, it’s vital and important to remove it, because your body is already backed up, and needs the astringency of the fruit as well as the electromagnetic energy to get things moving, so that you can eliminate, so that you could better process and assimilate the nutrition coming in as well as fixing the bodies ability to absorb and utilize, so that you don’t run into imbalances of specific organs and glands that have been affected by acids.

You must understand just because a diet is vegan and plant-based, doesn’t mean that it’s going to regenerate a highly depleted damaged body, it could get you pretty far from coming off process food and meat and dairy, but when you have serious health conditions and need regeneration, it’s important to go 100% raw, and if you want to move lymph and get your kidneys to filter to drain your lymphatic system, your going to need the food with the highest angstrom energetic power such as your fruits, berries and melons and herbs. Cooking any food for that matter creates combustion which is acidic, and anything that caramelizes from heat creates acrylamides and carcinogens that end up damaging the cells at some level, however the raw living foods hydrate and replenish cellular damage and create alkalinity in the body.

Some people eat some cooked food because they think they’re getting more nutrition, or that they need added nutrition from specific foods like tubers, but this is a failed focus because it’s not about nutrition it’s about chemistry, and what your species is biologically adapted to eating, and it’s not any other food apart from fruit, and it’s definitely not dead animals that end up putrefying in the body creating parasitic activity, as well as damaging vital organs that help the body eliminate waste such as your kidneys and bowels.

If you focus on energy rather than nutrition, then you will understand regenerative detoxification, and you also must understand how vital and important the kidneys are when it comes to eliminating stagnant waste from your lymphatic system. When you move up the pyramid of transitioning to a fruit-based diet, you will understand that the kidneys filter the most effective when your eating fruit, and when your fasting, and your body will soon plateau if there’s too much vegetable matter in your diet.

Regenerative detoxification does not include cooked food as a tool for restoration, it’s only a transitional food, so that you could ease your way into detoxification. The aggressive fruits that promote the most detoxification are going to be your citrus fruits and your dark grapes, they are known to be the most astringent, which means there the most energetic with moving stagnant lymph in the body for elimination of waste. These fruits are also very powerful and will expose underlined weaknesses in the body, and a highly toxic person dealing with chronic pain, may need to work theirselves up to handling the aggressive nature of these fruits, and to stick to the sweet fruits and sub/acid fruits for a more moderate detox.

I have come to learn that the most effective method to promote regenerative detoxification is to abstain from all food and liquid such as dry fasting, which would be the process of eliminating all drinking water, food, any contact with water on the skin, such as showering, washing hands, brushing teeth Etc. I like to include intermittent dry fasting on the daily along with the fruit diet so that I can anstrange and move lymph with the electromagnetic energy the fruit produces, and then to give my body a full resting period so that it could focus on healing, rather than processing and digesting with dry fasting starting in the evening after an early dinner, and through the night into the next day.

The truth to the matter is that most people have such toxic health issues, they can’t afford to half-ass their detox program with cooked foods, and many even struggle on a 100% fruit based diet, and need to go aggressive with herbs and dry fasting in order to get their kidneys to filter which is the key channel of elimination of waste which is what aids in regeneration of the body, because stagnant acids thst stay at home will continue to cause dysfunction until they’re removed. If you don’t understand the kidney filtration connection to the lymphatic system, and your wasting your time focusing on blood test which are rarely the issue with people’s health problems, you will be stuck and confused and end up treating your problems and never getting to the root cause.

It’s the process of elimination, and it’s the energetic living foods that is the most important to focus on, so do yourself a favor and overcome your cooked food crutch, and understand that it’s vital line important to remove when your kidneys are not filtering and you’re not progressing in your healing. Cooked foods are not a staple for regenerative detoxification they’re only a transitional food, and play no part in the rebuilding of the human organism.
