This is another attempt to look at nature and observe common sense. Seeds are not foods even though they contain nutrition. The goal really if we look at nature, and are physical needs regarding are specific diet created for us, is not about “nutrition” by itself from food sources, but rather nutrition regarding foods that are designed for us to eat.
The whole purpose of a food that bears a seed is so that it can reproduce, so that it can produce more of that food for us. Why eat a seed? Why waste the very purpose of that seed? You don’t want to kill the life of the seed, when it’s a gift to produce the food it’s supposed to produce.
In nature before humans were pooping in toilets ? we were going on the dirt. When you ate a piece of fruit that contains a seed, you would poop it out naturally, and that seed would not digest, if eaten whole, and most of the time that’s what happens naturally anyways, because the seed is usually protected by fibers, or a jell like consistency, the seed will reproduce from the ground, “your poop” fertilizing the seed, and grow a fruit tree to produce an abundance of fruit, that is intended to be eaten for us, for food.
When you look at the very purpose of a seed, then it makes sense to preserve that seed to produce more food, not to eat them to get your “fatty acids” or “ omega 3s” seeds contain toxins in them for a reason to protect them from being eaten for a reason. These toxins are not enough to kill you eaten from edible fruits, but you don’t want to consume more toxins when your detoxing, because the goal is to clean the body out, and get rid of the unwanted toxins.
If you accidentally eat a seed from a fruit, who cares, don’t trip, just don’t intentionally eat them. I used to think well people juice apple seeds, and eat papaya seeds to kill parasites, so who cares they can’t be that harmful right!? But as I observed the intention of the seed, my common sense kicked in, and it made more sense to avoid them, then to eat them for a “benefit”.
We don’t need seeds to complete are “nutrition recommendations” nature has produced an abundance of fruits, to meet our needs, because the “need” in the food source, is designed in the food the species is designed for.
Humans are fruigivores, so if your eating food for nutrition, it would make most sense to go find it, in the food your designed to eat. If you want to eat other plant foods, who cares, I’m not trying to convey perfection, I’m just stating the realities of what seeds purposes are, and they are not purposed to be eaten, but to be planted to produce more food.
Well what about b17? it’s a nutrient in fruit seeds, that have been known to heal “cancer” maybe, and that’s awesome, but still that seed that contains b17, still wants to be planted to produce more fruit, because that seeds intention is still to be planted to produce more fruit. My goal is to convey intention, and also to bring forth the meaning of the seed, and to share my thoughts that the seed is not a food, and this is why nobody is eating a bowl of seeds to feed their hunger, and satiation, but they are eating a bowl of fruit that was produced from the seed to meet that need.
Eat the fruit, not the seed, or do whatever the heck you want ?, but just understand things with common sense if you really want to know what’s what, and find your balance along your physical experience on your physical journey!
