Everyone has candida to a certain degree. Candida is not your enemy. Candida (The fungal family) is present in your body for a reason and it shows up to protect you when your body creates imbalance form poor utilization. Candida wants to help the body metabolize sugars when foods create ferment in the body. The body is a carbon based system. Without carbon you cannot not live and thrive with a healthy body. Everything you consume has sugar in it to a certain degree. Sugar feeds and fuels your brain and nervous system.
Sugar is food for every cell in your body and you have more then a hundred trillion cells in your body. It makes no sense that people avoid fruits in fear it will feed the candida and create more overgrowth in the body because it hss too much “SUGAR” this is an inaccurate statement and surprisingly not many people have looked in to this with much common sense. We must understand first that candida does not even feed on sugar but feeds on fermentation of sugar. All plant foods contain sugar and fruits actually contain the least amount. Just because fruit is sweet doesn’t mean it contains the most sugar.
Raw fruits and vegetables are always your best source of simple sugars. This is one reason why your body becomes stronger and more energetic on these foods. Foods high in protien and low In sugars, or foods high in complex sugars, Rob your body of vital energy, create acidosis and elevate Blood sugar. If you suspect you have candida then you should refrain form complex sugars not sugars found in fruits. Starchy foods are fungal promoting foods and creates Fermantation in the body because there not metabolized well, and have triple the amount of sugar then fruit does. Fermantation happens because of weak and compromised adrenal glands. The adrenal glands are responsible for sugar metabolism. When the adrenals are not functioning well and don’t do there job with helping the body metabolize sugars, Fermentation takes place and Candida comes in when this gets out of hand. Candida overgrowth is more of an imbalance created from poor glandular function, not primarily from the foods you consume. However the poor foods you consume do create glandular dysfunction such as too much processed carbohydrates and processed sugar junk food.
Bread left out in the counter is more likely to grow mold faster then grapes left out on the counter right? The food that starts to die and cause Fermantation the quickest will be the food that aggravates candida symptoms your suffering with more quickly.
The goal to healing and proper regeneration of this dysfunction that takes place in the body is though detoxification with raw fresh ripe fruits and vegetables. Candida and parasites cannot thrive in an alkaline body for long, because they thrive on acids, mucus, protien plaques, fungus, sulfur, and all the other Terran garbage resides we leave behind in the body.
If you have candida you want to live on simple sugars, not complex carbohydrates, protiens, and fats. You cannot kill candida for good!, so stop wasting your time trying! This whole candida diet thing is only going to make your problems worse down the road. The whole “candida” diet craze is no different then masking a symptom with a deadly prescription drug.
With the mind set that sugar feeds candida, and that you must keep your carbohydrate intake as low as 20 grams a day, is very misleading and will only dig up a deeper hole for you to fall into. Stop starving Candia because it will just come back if you don’t get to the root cause of the problem, which is Fermantation created by foods foreign to your body, and having weak adrenal glandular dysfunction. If you have the thinking that candida is going to be fed on sugars and fats, then you might as well just eat nothing but turkey breast for the rest of your life, and just consume pure protien. You can’t escape sugar it’s in 100% all plant foods, and for a good reason because it’s deigned for 90% of all species.
That roam this earth. If you want to keep candida at bay, and get to the root of the problem, then start cleaning out your body, and regenerate your adrenal glands, and take herbs that kill candida in the process. Fruits are what you want to consume because they are active, astringent, and pull fungal beds out of your body. If your adrenal glands are weak and your having sugar metabolism problems, then you want to eat a lot of raw living foods, such as fruits and vegetables because there simple sugars, and metabolize easier then protiens, fats and complex carbohydrates. Protiens, fats, and complex carbohydrates will create triple the amount of Fermantation fuel for candida then a simple sugar in a fruit or vegetable. if your fermenting your fruit sugars which is the most simple sugar out of the plant kingdom, then your adrenal glands are extremely shot out and need repair.
I would start to detox my body with fruit and herbs immediately. You may have problems with all plant foods in the beginning with candida overgrowth including fruits, but you won’t have to “manage” it in a never ending cycle on other food options that dont get to the root cause of the problem. If you remove the Terran with the fruits from cleaning out your body, and heal the adrenal glands in this process with herbs and fasting, the problem with candida will cease to exist, and you will get to the root of the problem for good.
