Stress kills


Its simple stress is acidic it creates inflammation in the body. Stress shuts down the adrenals by stimulating the adrenals to produce cortisol a steroid that helps the body buffer the blowback of acid that is produced in the body (inflammation)

Too much adrenaline produced from the adrenals will end up shutting off their natural steroid production and when your adrenal glands lose their production your tired, inflamed and you don’t eliminate waste out of the body through the natural process of detoxification.

Stress kills and stress starts in the mind first with how you react to the current situation! We are all guilty of that and growing. Don’t beat yourself up if you allow your thoughts to create stress, just learn from the situation and keep trying so you don’t stress more and be one with your current reality. Instead of trying to control things that stress you out go within and ask your higher self to bring awareness so that you can look at every situation to grow stronger instead of believing there is no solution setting up the subconscious mind for more stress in the future to occur.

You cannot maintain optimal health if you are stressed and you are not protecting your energy in toxic environments and you’re giving your time and energy to toxic people.

It doesn’t matter if you are on a perfect diet and you breathe well and meditate if you give your time and energy to constant negative thinking and to people and places that create that negative energy then you will absorb more stress in the body.

I get it we can’t always avoid toxic people and environments and so we need to learn to balance our energy and conserve it when around these situations, but you can do better with how you manage your life to loving yourself so you are not setting yourself up for stressful triggers that could occur inside you because you have free will to go down toxic avenue or to go down loving myself lane.

Eat well, sleep well, work well, Love well and don’t get to work up to where stress gets locked in your body because stress kills the physical, mental and emotional bodies. It’s a growing process healing a lifetime of programming and traumas embedded in our body’s and the mind creates stress from feeling you’re a failure in some aspect of your life and we must learn to love and respect ourselves and to do the work to grow so we can learn to avoid stressful triggers because stress is a killer and we all want to enjoy our human experience and learn how to love life and ourselves better.
