This is another distraction that humans have come up with that is a man-made concept, that has no real evidence to support the importance of it. We have been taught that we need to eat a certain amount of food, in order to be healthy. This is only a concept that could be created because of gluttony, because there is no scientific proof that would support this claim, and actually the scientific research is showing quite the opposite in regards to needing a specific amount of calories when it comes to your so-called nutritional needs. The less you eat, is being discovered as healthier than thinking that you need a large amount of food every day in order to get by.
The more your body focuses on digesting too much food, the more difficult it will be for it to focus on healing and detoxifying. Remember your body is a detoxifying organ, built with a sewer system fluid inside called the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the sewer system of the human body, and must circulate metabolic waste (acids) through the kidneys on a daily basis. The problem is we have become a culture that consumes way too much food, let alone the right kind of foods that suppresses the lymphatic flow of metabolic wastes, and also damage the kidneys for elimination.
Their is no certain amount of food that will meet everyone’s needs nutritionally. Everybody has a different metabolic function based on their environment, the way they were brought up, and depending on how compromised or healthy their endocrine gland system is. It’s not about getting a specific amount of calories, for each person. Some people could eat a large amount of food, digest well, and also not suppress the ability for the lymphatic system to circulate metabolic waste, and then their, are those that have an under active metabolisms, but just simply can’t eat a large amount of food, but they also don’t have any problems losing a lot of weight. It’s not about how much you eat that matters, it’s about what you absorb and utilize that’s important. It’s not how much you eat, or how less, it’s about what you eat that matters.
The important thing when it comes to having a healthy body is to fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and elimination of waste on a daily basis. Most people that focus on calories, end up eating way too much their body actually needs, and this can suppress the detoxification process properly. This ends up putting too much wear and tear on the kidneys, to eliminate these acids that are backed up interstitially in the lymphatic system.
If your trying to heal your body, and clean out the toxicity that has blocked the flow of energy and created obstructions that have destroyed your health, you want to get your mind off of a specific calorie ratio, and focus more on fixing the problem with absorption and utilization, and eliminating these waste through ekrmibative organs effectively everyday.
If your trying to heal, by changing your diet to and mucus, and acid-forming diet to an alkaline forming diet that consists of fresh organic living fruits and vegetables, for one your going to get all the nutrition you need, two your body’s going to go into healing mode to try to fix these problems that are occurring. If you don’t trust the process of elimination and the breaking down of old cellular waste, to repair the body to function the way it’s designed to function, by being too fixated on eating a specific amount of calories everyday, you will find yourself not getting better, the way that you would like to, because you’re not understanding that the body will not function well with the whole nutritional, calorie theory because it holds no water, and will do no good for you until you fix the underline issue, which is again digestion, absorption, utilization, and elimination of waste and less is more to fix this.
It’s not about under eating, and it’s not about overeating, it’s simply about eating what your body is willing to eat, to be satisfied and fully satiated after a meal. All the animals in nature eat freely, they don’t focus on quantity, “or meeting their “calorie needs”
Stop suppressing what the body actually needs by counting calories. Animals just simply eat when their hungry, stop when their satisfied, and carry on with their day without any worry about meeting a specific calorie or nutrition quantity, and usually it’s only one source of food everyday, and they don’t type on their chronometer if they met all their needs either LOL! If you fix absorption and utilization, as well as digestion, your body will let you know when your full and satisfied regarding a specific amount of food you intake.
You don’t ever want to force your body to get a specific calorie ratio because this concept has been taught to you by so-called experts and intellectuals. Usually when you fix absorption, you don’t require a lot of food when your eating a healthy diet, such as fruits and vegetables, because when you start to absorb more efficiently, you will be surprised on how little your body actually needs to be satisfied, and fully satiated, because your getting all the nutrition the cells need to function.
When your in the process of fixing your body and going through the detoxification process that takes place when you change your diet from an acid, mucus forming diet to an alkaline raw living foods diet, you may lose more weight than you desire. You also may need to eat more in order to meet your satisfaction levels and get properly fed every day. The longer that you are on this type of diet, you will actually find yourself needing much less when you fix your problem with absorption.
I think the reason why most people need a large amount of calories, in order to meet their needs, is not because they need these calories to be healthy, but they actually need these calories because their unhealthy! and their not getting good absorption so they require more food in order to be satisfied, and to get the energy and fuel they need for the day. This is fine, as long as your eating base dominant foods, and percentage of foods are most compatible with your species specific diet such as fruits, berries, and melons, you could at never overeat, because your body will naturally shut off the hunger signal, because your body will finally find the amount of nutrition it needs to meet its satisfaction level.
The important part is to just find that specific amount of food that meets that satisfaction level, and stick to that everyday not as a reference for calories, but more as a reference of satisfaction and satiation.
Another epidemic, and problem we face in the western world when it comes to our diet, and what we eat, and the whole calorie propaganda that we become propagated to, is emotional eating, and that’s eating when you are fully satisfied with your food, but desire more to suppress an emotion, because of something you’re not letting go of, and still want to hold on to for a dependency issue. It’s easy to look at food like a loved one, because we want to receive comfort from other people and love from other people when we are feeling stressed out, and unhappy, so it’s very easy to turn to food especially pleasure foods, to try and suppress the void, so we end up over-consuming on foods, and this can become a huge problem with food addiction.
When you start eating healthy and you start to remove the obstructions that are blocking the flow of energy creating all these imbalances that you face in this unconscious world we live in, emotional eating, and focusing on nutrition and calories will not even be in the forefront of your mind, because when you get healthy you naturally will get back to nature, and do things the way that all other animals do, and that’s just simply eat healthy food, eat as much as you want, and as little as you want, just make sure that your listening to your body and truly giving it what it needs, that’s not based on suppressing emotion, or because there is some silly concept that you must follow by so-called nutritional experts because it needs a status quo and it fits the “norm” of what you have been taught.
The important thing is to detoxify your body, with the very foods that your designed to eat, which are fruits, berries, melons, veggie fruits, and utilizing the herbal botanicals for medicine. When you do this and you become more in touch with nature, everything will come into balance, and you will no longer have a spreadsheet of information to follow, regarding a specific nutritional needs, or calorie need that you feel like you need to follow.
You will just start to get in touch with nature, and you will eat when your hungry, and stop when your satisfied, and keep it as simple as that. In the beginning you may need to eat a lot of food, or it could be a little amount of food, it all depends on what’s hyperactive, and underactive in your body that creates these imbalances. A lot of the times people panic when their body goes into healing mode, and detoxification exposes a weakness like malabsorption. Typically this person will want to rush into trying to get as much calories as they can and end up eating the wrong foods to fix a problem that cannot be fixed until you remove the in interstitial acids that are suppressing the glands and lymphatic system. We are actually designed to have a fasting non eating window everyday like every other species has in nature, the problem is we have been taught and learned to eat super late at night, based on addiction and emotional suppression, and that’s why we don’t detoxify our bodies properly, and we also don’t eat the right foods were biologically designed to eat on top of it.
It seems like it’s very common for everybody to want to follow a specific direction, and be so militant about a protocol, rather than just listening to their body, understanding their instincts, and just doing things simple! like all the other animals do in nature. It’s not difficult to experiment with. The problem is we have been eating predominantly cooked acid forming foods or whole life, so when we start eating healthy raw living foods, we don’t know where to start. If we put very little effort into throwing acid forming processed foods in the microwave, and we don’t worry about the outcome of our health, we shouldn’t put too much energy into worrying about what we should eat, and the amount when it comes to raw living foods either.
Just simply do what you would do on your past cooked food diet but just learn to find a specific amount of food that fills you up, figure out what that amount is, and just simply do that everyday however many times a day you need to meet your personal need.
In the beginning of my raw food journey, and also dealing with malabsorption issues and also dealing with an overactive thyroid, and having a very fast metabolism and everything out of balance, I had to eat at least 3000 + calories a day in order to be satisfied. I didn’t worry about that being too many calories, I just needed that amount at that specific time, and just went off of my instincts of eating as much fruit as I needed, to satisfy me, and to also make sure that I was fully satisfied so that I didn’t go back to eating foods that are corrosive to my health to foods that are designed for in the first place.
I would say that I get more then half that amount of calories nowadays verses in the beginning, because I’m starting to fix the four most important processes of a healthy body which are digestion, absorption, utilization, and elimination. So now that I am fixing these compromised areas, I don’t require as much food as I did before, because I’m getting proper absorption of the nutrition and my body doesn’t desire a lot like it used to. I don’t worry about under-eating, because I was eating a specific amount before either, because I’m fully satisfied now on half the calories, and I’m also not plateauing in my weight, my energy, and my health either.
With my personal experience an observation I’m starting to realize that a lot of calories based on what we’re told we actually need for a man or a woman is bogus, and it’s just a silly concept that was create that has no proof or structure that stands behind it.
If I’m feeling much more satisfied, and look much more healthy now, eating half the calories I did before, then logically that tells me that it’s about absorption of nutrition, not a specific amount of calories that the body actually needs to function optimally. It also seems that we need far less calories that were taught we actually need, and this is why you just listen to your body, and when the body goes through changes, then you allow the changes to take place not based on a spreadsheet of information that you must follow, but by the results that your getting, not the theories that are constipating your mind. Results will always give you the information more objectively than the theories.
Get your mind off of the calorie thinking, because it’s not what suits our natural design. Most calories that people consume are insufficient in nutrition, so to put your focus on calories will not help you regain your health, put more of your focus on detoxification, and just simply eating the nutrition that comes from the food Your designed for, and everything will come into balance, the way that it’s designed for in nature, not written out in a government or nutritional textbook. Again to make my message clear everything that has been said could be boiled down to this one simple concept and that’s to just eat when your hungry and stop when your satisfied and whatever your body desires, when it comes to the amount of meals or the specific times of the day, just understand that when the sun goes down the body wants to rest and it doesn’t want to consume, but rather eliminate cellular waste.
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
