Most of the time humans force-feed themselves and they’re not even hungry and don’t need to burden with overfeeding because humans have been conditioned to eat rather than the importance of rest, fasting, and allowing the body to properly eliminate.
When the body gets clean and properly nourished with alive foods that hydrate the body you won’t be under a constant need to eat and always thinking about your next meal. The hunger spell is when you eat for pleasure even when you’re not hungry. It’s easy to binge and overeat on cooked foods because cooked foods create chemical reactions in the brain that cause hyperstimulation which creates a constant desire for pleasure rather than the true need for nourishment to hydrate the cells.
Yes, cooked foods in large quantities are a drug and if it wasn’t you would never overeat especially when already full from your last meal. Raw foods such as fruit and salads tell the brain to stop eating when truly satisfied. Cooked foods don’t tell the brain to stop and also most mucus-forming acidic cooked foods create fungus and now your feeding living microbes that crave this food as well and could create this constant need to eat until you starve out these bugs from the food that keeps them alive.
Now if you’re new to a living foods diet in the beginning you may not be satisfied and find yourself wanting more food than usual. For one if you’re used to calorie-rich concentrated foods in smaller volumes it will take some time to adjust to a fruit meal and especially a veggie meal because you need to eat a much larger volume of raw to get the calories you’re used to eating from cooked foods.
Ok so you may have to eat a larger volume of food, in the beginning, to be satisfied on raw foods but with time as you shift the microbiome and you fix absorption in the small bowel through cleaning and strengthening on a diet that promotes detoxification and regeneration to damage cells and you clean the body out of unwanted yeast, fungus, parasites and the like with time you won’t need to eat a lot of food and you will find yourself naturally fasting more and eating when truly hungry and eating until real satisfaction and satiation.
Everything in life takes time and patients, dedication and hard work and a high belief in self will attract positive outcomes and you will no longer be under a spell of want and “need” and this is why raw foods are different than cooked because they nourish and truly satisfy and don’t create chemical reactions in the brain of stimulation and the numbing effect of sedation that is extremely addictive and this awareness is not realized until you give up eating cooked foods long enough to experience the difference of eating the raw foods.
Give it some time and always be mindful of the verbiage that you speak out into existence about yourself and believe in yourself and own your power and always see the positive and don’t give energy to limitations or else that’s what you will experience.
The hunger spell is not fun and it also comes with a negative consequence most of the time when you overeat on foods that create toxic waste in the body and contribute to congesting the body from properly eliminating the chemistry that is acid dominant from the foods you overindulged in eating. Give it time and you will experience how much the mind limits you and how if you flee the temptation and stop giving energy to the bullying thoughts in your head the temptation will flee from you and when days go by being disciplined not only will you learn that cooked foods should not be the focus of your diet because cooked foods numb and don’t truly satiate and you will also see how easy we can limit ourselves in the bullying mind when success and discipline are gained so easily when we abstain and look to the prize ahead!
