When you consider the digestion of food, this should tell us something regarding what the natural diet is for humans. This is something I think the health food world is lacking. Instead of being constipated with intellectual reasoning regarding macro and micro nutrients, we should first look to what the human species is designed to eat first, and also look to the common sense of how a food digest to determine what’s natural for the human body, especially for those that call themselves “naturopathic doctors” please tell me what’s natural about meat? Or what’s natural about an isolated synthesized pill, so you get all your vitamins and nutrients?
I say who cares about vitamins and nutrients from foods we are not deigned to eat. If your going to adopt the Hippocrates thinking of let your foods be your medicine and your medicine your foods, then I think it would be important to understand what the human species is designed to eat first, so you know what your medicine should be.
I don’t care to get into the primate reasoning, even though it does tell a story. The bonobo monkeys physiology and anatomy is 99% identical to a humans and no matter what they eat TODAY doesn’t dispute the fact that their natural diet is a diet primarily of fruit, and that’s probably 98% is their natural diet. Humans however in my opinion are even more refined then the bonobo monkey when it comes to their diet of being fruigivores.
On recored regardless of the comparison anatomy to primates shows that humans are fruigivores, and we do have this on recored if you look to “science”.
Dr. Alan Walker, an anthropologist of John Hopkins University in Maryland, has done research showing that early humans were once exclusively fruit eaters. By careful examination of fossil teeth and fossilized human remains with electron microscopes and other sophisticated tools, Dr. Walker and his colleagues are absolutely certain that early humans until relatively recently, were total fruitarians. These findings were reported in depth in the May 15, 1979 issue of the New York Times.Dr Alan Walker and his associates, anthropologists at John Hopkins University, using the most modern electronic microscopic equipment, state: “Preliminary studies of fossil teeth have led to the startling suggestionthat our early human ancestors (Australopithecus) were not predominantly meat-eaters or even eaters of seeds, shoots, leaves or grasses, nor were they omnivorous. Instead they appear to have subsisted chiefly on a diet of fruit. So now that you have the “science” will you pay attention now? The digestion of fruit is hands down on another level when it compares to any other food we decide to put in our mouth, and chew, and if you just spent a day doing this you may understand what I’m talking about. Most people can’t even tolerate the effortless digestion of the fruit, because it’s like ingesting a “tropical storm” when it enters their body. The terrain and internal debris get steered up in the body, and the result can be very uncomfortable. However when you get through the initial detox on a fruit diet, and you flush out the sewage waste, and the fruit enters your body, you can barley feel it enter your stomach! Why is this? Because the minute it’s chewed in the mouth, and enters the stomach it’s already half way digested in the human body, and when your clean it can be a giant fruit meal and the result is usually the same. Tropical fruit seems to digest the best in the human body, fruits like banana and mango and papaya, but it’s different for everyone, and it really doesn’t matter if the fruit is tropical or sub/tropical when it’s fresh, picked ripe, and eaten, it’s effortless digestion for the pancreas, and you will feel the difference when eating fruit vs a starch, grains, bean, or dead animal tissue, or their milks.
I think digestion is the most important anyways if we are going to be health constipated about nutrition. Why is digestion of foods so important? Because you can’t talk about absorption of nutrition to get the available benefits, if your body is struggling to digest the food in the first place. Digestion comes first before absorption can become a reality.
So tell me how does a head of kale digest in your body vs a bowel of fruit? Please test it out for your self. The bowel transit time of getting rid of the kale is way longer then a bowl of fresh juicy mangoes ? why give the pancreas a beating with kale, a fiber you can make a pair of shoes with, when you can just eat a mango, and experience effortless digestion and a happy pancreas along with it?
Digestion, absorption, utilization and eliminating your waste properly will determine the outcome of your health, not RDA nutritional recommendation that is coming from food that doesn’t even digest well, and a food that just comes out of the body the same way it was consumed, which is mostly raw vegetables if eaten raw. You don’t have to force feed yourself these foods that don’t even taste good by themselves, and don’t even have the calorie energy density to satiate you, and give you the energy you need to get through the day, and with fruit coffee is not needed!
The fear of fruit because it’s to high in sugar is the same reasoning that water is not good because it’s to wet! Lol.
Fruit sugar is not the same as refined processed sugar found in a soda, and a candy bar, and if it was then what the hell are people reversing chronic debilitating conditions from the big C, to neurological dysfunctions, chronic pain, depression, chronic anxiety, bone distortions, and you name it, a fruit diet can radically reverse these hellish degenerative conditions. Why isn’t the sugar making the issue worse? Because fruit sugar is not bad for you, and in-fact it’s designed for you! You don’t get health problems from fruit! Fruit just detoxifies the human body, and exposes the sewage inside, and try’s to pull it out, and in the process of it doing that, it’s not fun and can be uncomfortable, but this is not forever, and unfortunately people don’t transition into a fruit diet properly coming off a very toxic diet, and end up experiencing a healing crisis, and instead of pushing through it, they run away from it back to stimulating foods, and feel better for a minute.
Once the excess sewage and acidic proteins come out of the body, then you will know first hand that fruit is the perfect food for humans, not only can this diet save your life, and pull you right out of hellville, it can take away the pain, the hard digestion, and give you energy that you never thought was imaginable.
Meat can take several days before it digest properly and leaves the colon, dairy just creates tons of mucus in the body, and also constipates you more then any other food, eggs are extremely putrefactive full of sulfur, and also put a beating on the body’s eliminative organs (kidneys/bowels) starch is how they make glue to help things bind together, so you want to avoid too much starchy foods, grains are hard on the colon, and the phytic acids damage tissue, beans the same thing, vegetables even though an alkaline food source, are very hard to digest because of the indigestible cellulose fibers, and just to hard to digest raw, and much better cooked or juice extracted, and herbivores have multiple stomachs for a reason to digest them properly, so that leaves humans with a diet of fruits, berries, and melons for optimal health.
I’m just pointing out the facts here my friends, and understand the fruit situation for a lot of people, and sometimes eating lower vibrational foods maybe your only option, and an all fruit diet is difficult living in a cold climate, however the facts remain the same that fruits digest effortlessly in the human organism, and also have the nutrition the body can use and assimilate to meet all its needs.
Instead of looking for nutrition, and health in foods that you’re not designed for, doesn’t it make more sense to just find the nutrition in the foods that are designed for you?, and nutrients in foods that are not, should not be a concern? I think so, and I would rather turn to common sense, and adopt a specific diet, rather then being brainwashed to think I need nutrition found in carnivore food, herbivore foods, omnivore foods, and isolated supplements, because you think you have a “deficiency” when you really just have an absorption and utilization problem, because your lymphatic system and colon is backed up from head to toe from foods that are not designed for you, and that’s why your struggling in the first place.
Before you talk about nutrition and deficiency, you must fix digestion, absorption, utilization and eliminate your waste properly before nutrition will every matter, and it will take detoxification on a fruit diet to fix the cause, and to find a long lasting solution. If “deficiency” goes away for people after they have done a long term water fast, then I think this by itself puts to rest the deficiency controversy regarding “nutrition” and very nicely proves my point stated above.
It starts with digestion first for all the other needs to be met, so If so then it only makes sense to eat the food your designed for, or at least transition to it overtime, and to get the nutrition that’s mostly dense in fresh organic fruit anyways, and also get the best absorption from it, because it digest in the human body the best, and also hydrates, alkalizes, and nourishes and regenerates the damaged cells caused from acid and mucus forming foods, which are pretty much every food apart from fruit and starchless vegetables, but again vegetables don’t have an essential role for the human body because we have nothing about are anatomy that resembles a herbivore, let alone a digestive tract designed to digest them raw in their natural state.
