The importance of food combining for health and detoxification

The reason why it’s very important if you’re going to have a complex meal to combine your food properly, is to avoid fermentation due to the different digestive times regarding the food that is on your plate. Not all foods mix well together, and this is why people get gas, bloated, and acid reflux, as well as you can possibly feel buzzed or drunk because the food is turning to alcohol in the body.

People have actually have gotten drunk from mixing watermelon with oatmeal, this is because it takes several hours to digest a heavy fibrous compelx starch, and about 20 minutes to digest a water rich melon. Watermelon is a simple sugar and oatmeal is a complex sugar, so keep it simple not complex. ?

It’s best when your eating fruits to just eat them by themselves. Nature intended for fruit to be eaten by themselves in my opinion, and they really taste wonderful by themselves anyways when picked ripe and eaten fresh. Fruits don’t combine well with fats, complex carbohydrates, proteins, or even heavy fibrous veggies, so eat them as a mono meal to avoid fermentation, and remember that it’s fermentation that feeds fungus, that’s their role in the human body to feed off trash and fermentation.

The whole goal and purpose when detoxing is to avoid the body creating an acidic environment, so to avoid this, it’s best to create optimal digestion.

Because humans have to transition at a certain level because the foods we are taught and grow up eating are complex and combined wrong, we have to retrain ourselves to eat simple and optimal. It’s normal in our culture to combine starch with protein, and this is a recipe for disaster, and a big reason why people suffer with horrible gas, gastric distress, and inflammation in the gut lining.

I don’t have to brake down every food that combines well together, but to give you a broad idea on how to keep it simple. Eat fruits alone, get rid of proteins because they are acidic, fats and veggies combine well but not with fruits, and apples and lemons are an exception to mix with leafy greens but the rest of the fruits will not combine well in my opinion. Eat melons alone, don’t mix sweet fruits with acid fruits, and never proteins and fats with fruits, and don’t eat starch for health reasons and especially not for detox, and that’s basically all you need to know if your trying to get healthy on a living foods fruit based diet, and for regenerative detoxification.

I have some simple raw food recipes I have advertised on social media for transition, and for an alternative to avoid falling backwards to bad eating habits that go against this rule, however it’s better to compromise with a more complicated raw food dish then to resort back to eating starch, processed food, and animal products.

If you can keep your diet to mono fruit eating, and simple salads, then you can avoid a digestive nightmare, and avoid fermentation which leads to candida overgrowth.

We as a culture and human species need to turn away from complicated food combining, and return to what we would do in a natural environment in the tropics were humans originated, and get used to enjoying the natural flavors of the foods, and if we can build the discipline to do that, we can overcome a lot of these uncomfortable digestive symptoms we run into just because we are looking for a short term mouth experience that only creates a blowback in the human body.

we need to find our balance on this journey of fixing are bodies and getting healthy. An all mono fruit diet is difficult to achieve for most people, even though it’s the most optimal natural human diet, so don’t be to militant about it, because it’s a process. A simple salad will help bring that balance, but don’t overdue the fats, because this will slow down detox, and humans are a carbon based species not designed for high fat diets. Oil in my opinion is not a food, it’s OIL!, and can be very hard on the liver and gallbladder, and cooked oils are just straight carcinogens and acids! Moderate amounts of fats in the form of fruits such as avocados, olives, and coconuts eaten in a none processed way is fine if combined with leafy greens, and low sugar savory fruits except for cucumbers, because it’s a melon, but I would avoid combining with high sugar fruit, and especially not with starch!

You can avoid these digestive and candida issues if you eat simple and create the best digestion you can on your transition, and if you understand the importance of food combining, and keeping the body alkaline void of constant fermentation, then you can create a healthy microbiome and environment in the body were fungus, yeast, molds, worms and parasites cannot thrive and survive.

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
