Now I’m not a promoter of starving yourself and I believe that there are more beneficial ways to heal when it comes to eating and for lifestyle, you find your balance when it comes to what your body wants and requires for daily optimal performance.

For healing, you want to eat less and fast more and when you don’t overeat and you stop eating early you will find yourself sleeping much better and this is vital for healing and detoxification. the better you sleep the better you detox and eliminate waste out of the body. Remember When you eat too late you are robbing the body of energy on digestion and this impairs the way the body expectorates which could keep you up at night.

You want to stop eating when the sun goes down because that’s when the body wants to finish processing so if your meals are digested before you go to bed you will find yourself sleeping much more effectively. Some people will find himself sleeping better when eating late but this is knocking yourself out which causes sedation which is not gonna do anything good for you regarding detoxification When it comes to kidney filtration.

If we were to compare ourselves to the primates are closest relatives especially when it comes to how they eat and also comparing or physiology to there’s we can get an idea on how we should eat when it comes to general lifestyle without any health problems and you can see clearly they eat all day and consume a lot of food and calories mainly coming from fruit when it is available. This is most likely how we should eat if we were in nature living with healthy bodies.

However, we have badly compromised are the body and have greatly comprised are gens due to eating the wrong foods and foods compromised with chemicals. Because of this, we have congested are body and burnt out are organs, glands, Gi tract and have created systemic acidosis and lymphatic system stagnation. Because of the compromises, we have to clean out the body so that the body can heal itself and even a sick primate would fast if they got sick knowing that the body must get rid of the acids, mucus, virals, bacterium and the like.

If you want to regenerate damaged tissue you want to eat less and fast more so that the body can expectorate waste so the tissue can heal in an alkaline medium. When you do eat you want to eat fruit when healing because you need the electromagnetic energy and you need to eat foods that don’t cause acid build-up and mucus which fruit would be the least offensive.

The better the head drains from cleaning out the colon and not burdening the GI tract with digestion the pineal gland will function better and when the pineal gland naturally produces melatonin you will be able to fall asleep well and sleep throughout the night so that you can detox more effectively because the body heals better in a well-rested state.

You don’t want to take anything that stimulates the pineal gland like with a hormone to produce melatonin because this can cause dependency and also make it so that the pineal gland fails to produce this hormone naturally. You want to drain the head naturally and if you really can’t sleep well because of a pineal gland weakness and also could be adrenal glands as well and anxiety is keeping you up you would want to focus on sedative herbs that are none habit forming like the flower essence herbs and while you detox with fruits, herbs and fasting with time you will improve in your sleep quality and experience deeper levels of healing.

I wouldn’t be staring at a computer screen, cell phone, or TV screen too late if you want to sleep well because this zaps the pineal gland and throws off circadian rhythm.

If you wake up feeling tired this is also an adrenal gland weakness and also could be due to not eating correctly due to too much fats with sugars in the diet.

Go to bed early and get your rest when you are healing and relax so the body can regenerate itself. If you are running around full of anxiety you will shock your adrenals and this will affect the way you filter your lymphatic system and how you get rid of the old plaque build up in the colon. Focus on breath and focus on mediation and manifest and attract positive things in your life and your sleep will improve and your body will heal more Efficiently.
