A happy gut is a happy person. The stomach is the brain of the human body, so when it’s out of balance and backed up with mucus, pus, and parasites then it’s going to effect the person in a negative way.
The autonomic nervous system sits around the stomach. When the stomach is congested then this can trip of the autonomic and cause nerve responses that are negative. The head is connected to the colon, so if your head is backed up then so is your gut, and this is a big reason why you have brain fog, vertigo, blurry vision, migraine and cognition problems.
The reason why the autonomic nervous system is down is because for one the gut is highly congested, and two the adrenal glands are down, which control the autonomic nervous system by producing steroids and Neurotransmitters that make it function well, so you have energy to move your body, and function with energy.
When the gut is congested then this will lower the persons quality of life a great deal, and impair the person in such a way that can cause severe depression and anxiety. A backed up stomach and bowel is a guarantee to make a person miserable. If you want to regain your health, and fix your nervous system, then you need to go after your health not by treating and masking symptoms, but instead to make drastic lifestyle changes. Diet is everything when it comes to gut health, organ health, gland health, and blood, nerve and lymph health.
The first thing you need to do when cleaning out the gut, is to eliminate the majority of the foods you are eating if you have not entered in to the realms of systemic regenerative detoxification.
Acid and mucus forming foods are what contribute to systemic acidosis! Your lymph system is your body’s sewer system, and your skin and kidneys are your main eliminative channel to remove lymphatic sewage stagnate in the body. Mainly foods humans eat today are big offenders to the kidney, and skin and lymphatic system. If we don’t understand what to eat, then we cannot keep the body healthy, keep the gut healthy, and create a healthy nervous system.
Grains, beans, eggs, meat, dairy and processed starch are major offenders to the human body, and should be avoided to maintain and healthy gut. If you over indulge in these foods, then you will create mucus stagnation, parasitic activity, fungus, yeast, uric acid and a sewage environment for microbes and toxic bacterium to take precedence to thrive and proliferate.
You also want to remove all toxic pharma drugs, stimulants and caffeine of any kind to keep your adrenal glands healthy. Your adrenal glands are extremely sensitive but important glands that’s control a large function of the body, including Neurotransmitters, steroids, hormones, mineral utilization, sugar metabolism, and all your sex hormones etc. when the adrenal glands go down then this can hinder the kidneys ability to filter the lymph system.
You also want to remove yourself from toxic environments that are created for people that are enslaved in a Babylon system of being asleep! If you are around toxic people that have toxic health, this will effect your energy in a negative way, and can put a strain on the adrenals, and ware them out.
People are energy and if they produce positive energy this will strengthen your adrenals, if they produce toxic energy, eat dead animals, and abuse their health and enslave themselves to the modalities to the Babylon system, then this can drag you down to their level, and create an acidic blowback on your body, because energy is key to getting healthy, and keeping the adrenals functioning well.
If the energy around you is being produced in the conscious state, then this will be conducive to your health. The reason peoples nervous system fails them, is because of stress, stress and an acidic diet is what damages the adrenal glands.
If your under stress, and you eat toxic food, you wont digest well, the food will ferment, and create acids in the body due to fermentation, and negativity effect the autonomic nervous system, and this is the biggest reason why people get headaches, and also because they have too much old waste matter decaying in their colon!
Remember the gut is the hub of the autonomic nervous system. If you want to take pressure of the autonomic nervous system then create a natural lifestyle that’s not bound to the systems modality, remove the acid and mucus forming foods from your diet, clean out your gut with herbs and whole plant foods manly raw and fruit based, Keep that transverse colon clean, so the head doesn’t get clogged, and backed up, remove all toxic stimulants that crash the adrenal glands, remove the animal proteins from your diet, that damage the colon, and kidneys, and hydrate and alkalize with your whole plant foods, mainly your juicy fruits and berries, make sure your moving your bowels daily, filtering though your kidneys, and you can maintain a healthy stomach, endocrine glands, organs and GI tract.
