You need to clean up bad habits and the biggest habit humans deal with is the habit of eating processed foods.
The body cannot heal if you are eating highly processed foods that is often full of processed sugar, fat and salt.
Prep the body for detoxification because withdrawals are real and you don’t want to shock the body with detox coming from a diet of heavy processed foods to a diet of fruit only. Your eliminative organs are stressed and nature doesn’t care about grace when you create a flood of movement regarding hydration and astringent movement an all fruit diet creates.
After you adapt a Whole Foods diet. Fruit for breakfast and lunch and simple mono plant based meals for dinner you will now enter in the moderate stages of detox because you eliminated the most highly offensive foods which are processed foods that are often full of chemicals and genetically modified.
Give yourself 30 days on Whole Foods 100% plant based and now that you have prepped your body for detox it’s time to detox on fruits only and putting your focus on juicy fruits that hydrate the body and break up stagnant lymph because fruits are affective for this not greens, veggies and nuts and seeds just because they are “raw”
Be gentile on your body because natural healing is a process and a lifetime of bad habits is not easy to break over night. Everything is a transition in life. You need to learn to crawl so you need to learn to walk. You will struggle but it’s a journey and an adventure and when you gain the discipline and you believe in the process you will find success and you will be elevated spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
If you want to have a successful detox transition and be patient because if you transition your detox will be more tolerable and you could avoid a potential detox healing reaction. If you fail to diet transition and you deal with heavy healing crisis then don’t bitch when the detox is hard because you ignored the detox process and you underestimating the detox due to unawareness and inpatients.
