There is no miracle foods or diets that will heal all your problems and make them go away in a couple weeks, to a couple months. This whole concept build around food for healing is much better then the concept of trying to heal with drugs (medications) because we know that pills only mask symptoms, and only cover up problems, and the side effects of these toxic chemical agents can even worsen health in the future! However the whole idea of natural healing being built around food alone, is also misleading, because it should not be the main focus when it comes to regeneration and detoxification.
To understand regenerative detoxification, you must understand that when this takes place, it’s only taken place because your removing foods from your life that block the flow of energy that create a state of dis-ease in the body, not because your eating healthy food. It’s more because of this, then it is because your eating healthy foods.
A fruit based diet is not a miracle diet. Nether is any diet, it’s your body responding to energy, that allows it to remove obstructions and heal itself. When you remove dead and acidic foods, your just allowing more energy for the body to heal and repair.
If you look into the research, we see people that have cured themselves on varies different diets, not because the diets were responsible for the healing, but instead because they fasted as well, whether that be on liquids or dry fasting for long periods of time and purposefully calorie restricting to encourage the body to use more energy on healing and repairing, and less energy on the body with digestion.
There is no doubt in my mind that the digestion and transit bowel times differ with certain foods, and this is why fruit is best, along with fasting for the quickest healing time, however there is no miracle diet, the miracle is the fasting when it comes to full body regeneration not the foods.
People are getting frustrated with the foods, and they blame the food, and not the damages they caused to there body. The foods can be used as cleaning agents, but when it comes to removing acids in interstitial spaces throughout the body, you want to fast more and eat less.
You can diet hop all you want, and you can find temporary relief with certain diets, but to make it easy on you, it would be better to just eat a little amount of fruit, use the herbal botanicals to enhance structure function of tissue, and liquid and dry fast as much as you can, and use the foods to build, after you have allowed your body to heal with fasting, during the healing phase.
The issue is people want to cleanse, and build at the same time, and this is what causes the issue, and frustration of healing at a pace the person desires. The body can only build, and it can only clean and repair, but not at the same time.
It’s best to fast for a week, and then build the following, go in spurts and stages, but don’t try at the same time. Another big distraction when it comes to healing the body, is the calorie and nutrition concept. People often put too much focus on calories and nutrition when there trying to heal, and this becomes a huge set back in healing, because like I said eating is for building, not for healing and repairing.
Nutrition and calories does nothing to heal the body, it’s not about adding on, but rather the elimination of acid and mucus forming foods. Less is more for detox!
Nutrition has never healed anyone, it was the junk food that was removed that created the improvements and benefits. Regardless of what the diet is, anyone that removes all processed and chemically synthesized foods with gain health benefits for a period of time, but the body will plateau and some point, and if your in a chronic state, you will learn how important it is to fast, and also when you are consuming food the fruit is the least offensive on the body, and it’s the most compatible food option for the human species, because it’s food designed for us, and it’s also proven to be the easiest food for the human organism to digest and assimilate.
If we can get over the obsession of eating, and especially with healing the body, there will be no diet flip flopping, because of worrying about nutrition and “calories”
The body can go long periods of time without nutrition, and this is fact when we see people healing themselves on water alone, but you have to go the distance to achieve the results your looking for, and the this is the issue with why people fail, it’s the lack of patients and the obsession with eating that sets them back!
Im not against eating, it’s important to have balance, and not to be obsessed with fasting and “detox” however like I said previously you have to understand the distinction of budding, and repairing and the repairing part, you don’t want to build, because again you can build and repair at the same time, it’s one or the other.
You want to dig deep with fasting, and you also want to know when to take a brake and build up, with the calories, and nutrition. Know when to hold and know when to fold!
I like to build up for several months, and then for seasons to fast more and eat less, and rest more. I personally like to fast and rest in the winter and fall, and build up in the spring and summer. The reason I like to build in the spring and summer is because the fruits are better quality, and it’s hot and hydration is more needed. Your going to enjoy the fruits and vegetables more in the spring and summer, so it makes sense to just fast more and eat less in the winter. I like to fast and sip on hot herbal teas in the winter, and enjoy as much fruit as I desire in the spring and summer season.
Don’t blame the fruit or the plant foods for the “cause” of your issues, and turn to high fat anti inflammatory diets, they don’t work long term, and they rob the body of digestion, and also slow the movement of the lymphatic system, which is not what you want.
You never want to put new wine in an old container, you want to clean out the terrain first, in order to benefit from the alkaline food coming in, because the plants will just clean, and scrub and steer up the sewage debris, and this will create discomfort and frustration. If you don’t get your kidneys to filter, then you are just putting cleansing food on top of acids, and sludge, and this is why it feels uncomfortable when consuming plants.
It’s best sometimes to go on a solid food vacation for a season, so you can remove the debris if your dealing with too much discomfort when consuming plant foods, remove the sludge first, and you won’t deal with the pit falls when you eat the very food that’s most compatible for you, which are fruits and vegetables, not dead animals that are acidic and full of worms, parasites, and bacteria.
Put less focus on diets, more focus on fasting, and when it’s time to build, build on fruits and vegetables, not dead foods that create acidic muscle, and lead to kidney and bowel issues down the road, and the foods known to do this are the dead animal foods, and all the processed foods and protein powders, but the whole fresh ripe fruits and herbs never have, and never will cause bowel and kidneys problems, because their not acid ash forming foods!
Clean and enhance, and build up when the time is right, but if you try and do this at the same time, you will fail and become more frustrated, and end up blaming the foods trying to find that “ MIRACLE DIET” that simply doesn’t exist!
Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
