We live in a day of symptomology regarding weak and damaged organs and glands. We quickly try to run to the doctor to find a labeled diagnosis, so that we could treat the problem rather than trying to find the cause, so that the body will regenerate and cure the underlined issue. Unfortunately there is a lot of confusion regarding the organs and glands, and the main focus is on treating symptoms rather than understanding the body is a systemic unit, and when a lot of these problems express themselves, it’s not just because there’s one weak organ or gland, but the whole body is shutting down, and genetic weak tissues are being damaged, and that’s where your experiencing the majority of your symptoms.

If you suspect you have thyroid issues, or your doctor has told you that you have thyroid issues, you definitely do not want to treat this problem, and get your thyroid dependent hormones, because this will weaken the thyroid even more and you will be dependent on these drugs rather than understanding that the thyroid is causing dysfunction, because there’s too much stagnant acid present in your body, and it’s your lymphatic system not circulating and emptying their waste through your eliminative channels such as the kidneys, skin, bowels and lungs.

Most people that have thyroid dysfunction have problems sweating so they’re unable to circulate and remove the metabolic wastes through the skin which is the largest eliminative organ in the body, and acts as a third kidney to detoxify these waste. When your metabolism is compromised by it acids causing this type of symptoms, you will have trouble sweating, and when you have a hard time sweating metabolic waste it gets stored and stagnant in the body and suppresses the thyroid, and all the organs and glands along with it.

The thyroid gland regulates your body’s temperature and metabolism. The thyroid gland is also a very important gland for detoxification and eliminating metabolic waste, it helps us to eliminate pathogens, and sweat enough to excrete waste through the skin.

Symptoms of hypothyroidism include bone loss, improper bone growth, brittle and rigid finger nails, hair loss, cold hands and feet, dislike for cold weather, heart arrhythmias, heart attacks, depression, connective tissue weakness, scoliosis of the spine, arthritis, fatigue, slow metabolism, obesity, hot flashes, cramping, spasms, myxoedema and growth issues.

Symptoms of hyperthyroidism include goiter, protruding eyes, hyperactivity, thyrotoxicosis, and excessive growth issues. Hyperthyroidism is much easier to overcome through detoxification.

If you have a lot of these symptoms, you most likely have a thyroid problem. So in case you’re wondering what causes thyroid issues, it’s as simple as understanding that there’s only two sides of chemistry and that being acid or alkaline, if the body is more on the acid side of chemistry, then you’re going to have an acidic environment taking place in the body, that causes these dysfunctions to occur. What causes acids in the body? It’s as simple as understanding cause-and-effect. It’s the food you consume, the stuff you put on your skin, it’s the chemistry that you choose to drink, and it’s the air that you continue to breathe, that clog up the human bodies organism, and you don’t eliminate the waste that come into it, because the body is being suppressed by acid and mucus forming foods, you will not be able to eliminate the waste that accumulate in it. Your body is a detoxification organism, but it’s designed for raw living foods. If you continue to eat cooked food day in and day out, that’s on the acid/mucus dominant side, then you will not be able to remove the waste that cause the dis-ease.

Since many people choose to consume cooked dairy product and refined sugars there going to develop mucus congestion throughout the body especially in the sinus cavities, the head, throat, bronchial and lungs. The thyroid is located in the throat area, also becomes congested and either becomes hyperactive or overactive.

If you suspect you have a thyroid issue, you could always do a basal temperature check by putting a thermometer under your armpit to find your basal temperatures to see if your in range.

Just simply place your thermometer under your armpit right when you wake up in the morning you want to see it the number 97.8 to 98.2, when your basal temp is below 97.8, this shows various degrees of hypothyroidism. When your temp is above 98.2 this may indicate hyperthyroidism. Basal temps between 97.0 and 97.8 are much easier to cure than temps in the 96 s and 95 s. These times are chronically low requiring much more aggressive detoxification and herbal assistance. Instead of treating your problem with synthetic hormones and drugs, and even taking isolated and concentrated iodine, it’s better to go about this through detoxification but getting on the alkaline side of chemistry, encouraging kidney filtration with the raw living foods, and to get herbs to help enhance the function of the thyroid while you detoxify your body on a living foods diet.

You want to create detoxification throughout the whole body, and just by simply eating a raw food diet, the body will start to heal by all by itself, you don’t need to treat, or find a quick fix type of solution, this doesn’t exist. Your body is a teacher, and also will heal and fix itself on its own, when you just simply change your eating habits. Because humans today are so used to eating their foods cookeded and highly processed, the minute you stop eating these foods your body will go into a physical withdrawal, and your body will want to start the healing process. It’s as simple as removing cooked food from your life, which will incourage the detoxification and cleansing process that will remove the cause of the problem which is acids stagnant in the body and not getting out. Cooked food suppressants energy for the body to detoxify. Cooked food blocks the flow of energy, that creates dis-ease in the body. If you create energy, alkalinity, and hydration with astringent fruits, you will be able to move the lymphatic system which is responsible of holding cellular waste.

You have to move the lymphatic system with the energy being produced from the foods, because the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like the blood to circulates these waste to the kidneys for elimination. You have to create this process by removing dead cooked foods that slow the bodies energy down, and eat the most highly energetic foods that nature has provided for you.

It’s the fruits that contain the most energy and electricity that will help move the lymphatic system. You must understand that the lymphatic system is the sewer system of the human body and acts like the septic tank. There is only two major fluids in the body which is the blood and the lymphatic system, the blood acts as the kitchen, and the lymphatic system acts as a septic tank. And the kidneys are the most vital eliminative organ to eliminate these waste through the urinary tract. The problem is the body fills up with acids suppresses the glandular function, weakens the kidneys, so that the kidneys aren’t able to filter out these waste, and then the whole body gets systemically backed up, and if you have a thyroid issue it’s because acids are chewing on that gland and causing dysfunction there. You must target the kidneys, while you move your lymphatic system with energetic chemistry coming from the fruits. The best thing you could do for yourself is to eliminate proteins from your diet, because the kidneys get highly damaged by proteins because they’re very acid forming. Fruits and vegetables are not high in protein, but rather high in amino acids, and it’s the body that uses amino acids not proteins themselves. So if you can get past the myth of needing protein, you will understand that protein is corrosive and detrimental to the function of the kidneys which are the important eliminative Organ to remove the acid buildup in the lymphatic system. Fruits, vegetables and herbs will regenerate and heal the kidneys.

Fruits, vegetables and herbs will also help to remove the acids that are suppressing the thyroid, making it difficult to sweat. If your thyroid and your kidneys are backed up and damaged by acid and mucus, then your in trouble. But understand there is a solution that nature has provided and it’s simply just eating raw living foods. We have the solution and we have the tools in front of us, we just have to pick them up and use them, and that’s the difficult part. Nobody wants to stop eating cooked food because they’re addicted to it. But if you start eating the raw living foods, your body will start to heal itself naturally. It’s not necessarily even the raw living foods that heal the body, it’s more like when you removed cooked dead dormant foods that are not designed for you, the body goes on to heal itself naturally by itself.

I wouldn’t hang your hat on all these fancy labels. There are so many labeled disease titles, for the thyroid, whether that’s hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Graves disease, whatever the fancy label may be, it’s not a reality to focus on. You want to understand that it’s acidosis, and these problems occur because of acid forming foods you consume. Raw foods are not acid forming. The whole body will come into balance when you get on a raw food diet. It’s much more than your thyroid that’s causing your health conditions, it’s your lymphatic system that needs to be the focus. If it was me and I had a thyroid condition I would start detoxifying my body today, I would transition off of the cooked food, wean myself off the medications, and allow nature to be my cure, rather than treating and masking symptoms and never getting to the underlying cause.

When it comes to the raw foods, the best for the endocrine glands are going to be the berries. The berries will help bring restoration and enhance activity to the glands.

Eleuthero Root, Kelp Frond Powder, Bee Propolis Powder, Saw Palmetto Berry, Parsley (whole) Chaste Tree Berry, Ho Shou Wu Root, Wild Yam Root, Suma Root, Astragalus Root, Prickly Ash Bark, Schizandra Berry, Butcher’s Broom, Bayberry Root.

You don’t want to get strong herbal formula formulated for the thyroid if you have hyperthyroidism, because any kind of overactive thyroid you don’t want to over stimulate even more, but rather focus on just eating the raw living foods and waiting for balance to return to the thyroid, which will take place when the body fully engages in detoxification, the herbs are very beneficial for those that have an underactive thyroid that need a bump of energy to create better function.

The answer is found in nature, not in allopathic medicine. What you suppress today you will deal with tomorrow, and it’s not worth over stimulating the thyroid, depleting its natural function, and also creating side effects that affect the other glands in the body and create more acidosis. If your the type of person that wants to get to the underlying cause and find a solution, go with nature, because nature knows what it’s doing.
