Is it the fruit that cause tooth decay?, or is it acidosis, and the fruits are pulling these acids out? Well I hate to say it but it’s a little bit of both! Whether your on a fruit based diet or not, if you have stagnant lymphatic acid congestion in your mouth, because of a poor lifestyle of eating acid and mucus forming foods, smoking, drug use, or whatever acids you are piling in your body, they’re going to find a home in interstitial spaces, that you may have a genetic weakness in. I think that the whole world today has some form of tooth decay, due to the lifestyle that humans pursue in the world today. We are a culture that consumes highly processed refined sugar, and eat acid forming foods, that break down the enamel, and breakdown the gums. We also must understand the parathyroids role with not allowing the body to utilize proper calcium in order to maintain healthy enamel in the teeth. When the parathyroid is being suppressed by acidosis, and you’re not utilizing calcium, then acids will steal from connective tissue, and the teeth are a good place to find calcium to try to strip the calcium out from the teeth, to make up for from the calcium loss because of systemic acidosis.
When you start getting healthy and promote detoxification on a fruit based diet, along with herbal botanicals that promote detoxification, your whole head is going to start to drain eventually, and any acid, mucus and metabolic waste that’s built up in your mouth will want to come out, and astringent fruits, and herbs will try to pull them out, and in the process your teeth will get hit hard because acids are corrosive, and acids are what cause inflammatory health conditions and contribute to the chronic health conditions that we face today. There is only two sides of chemistry and that being alkaline or acid, so when you detox acids will try to come out of every avenue they can, or wherever they are complacent.
We also have to understand that the fruits and vegetables that are grown in the world today are not as alkaline as they once were, and also are not being picked ripe, and so they don’t ever end up ripening properly, which makes these fruits more acidic. If your eating fruits in the acid categories such as the citrus fruits that are not properly ripe, or properly picked ripe, this could really damage your teeth, especially when your body’s already detoxing and trying to pull acids out of your body, by putting properly unripe acid fruits on top, will end up damaging your teeth, and unfortunately like the rest of the body when you damage the teeth, you can’t grow them back. The beautiful thing about anything that gets damaged in the body such as losing hair, or creating nasty skin conditions, will regenerate on the very diet that’s exposing the weakness. When your detoxing it’s important to eat sweet and ripe fruit and try to stay in the sub acid category if you don’t have access to quality fruits in the acid category, such as the citrus fruits. You also want to make sure that while your detoxing and removing acids from every orifice of the body, that you take care of your teeth by alkalizing them. You can bring more alkalinity to your teeth by swishing high calcium and high mineral herbal teas, as well as swishing with non aluminum baking soda to bring more alkalinity to the mouth. When your detoxing and eating fruits that are very astringent that like to pull out acid from the body, because the body doesn’t want acids when it’s trying to heal itself. Wash out your mouth, and swish with non aluminum baking soda, and remineralize your mouth, with the herbs after each meal. Regardless of what you try to do, to avoid the uncomfortable soreness in your mouth and your teeth, your going to experience the symptoms anyway, because it’s the process of elimination from the damage that we created from the acid forming foods that you ate prior to a fruit and vegetable based diet. Fruits and vegetables do not cause weakness, they strengthen and enhance the body, but in the process
of elimination, because of the compromises that you made, you will have to deal with cause and effect. When your pulling out obstructions from the body the block the flow of energy, your one going to lose some energy in the process, and two your going to burn the body when it comes out. Its best to get these acids out of the body, so that the body will heal and become stronger, and become more of an efficient machine, that it can become on fruits and vegetables. You must understand and take responsibility from your prior diet that caused the problem, and the fruits and vegetables are just exposing the problem through detoxification because this is simply cause and effect, and the process of elimination must take precedents when you are trying to truly regenerate your body on a systemic level.
So my advice to anybody on a fruit based diet that may be having problems with their teeth, is to take care of their teeth, and brush them at least once a day, and wash out their mouth after each meal with the methods that I suggested above. You just must understand that if you don’t want to lose your teeth, you must eat properly ripe fruits, and make sure that there sweet. Don’t be stubborn and eat poor quality fruit, just because you paid for it. If the fruit doesn’t taste sweet return it, and try to find better quality fruit that is more alkaline, because it’s the sweetness that will tell you that it’s on the alkaline side, if it’s sour it’s more acidic, so you don’t want to eat these fruits if you want to save your teeth. I think that fruitarians lose their teeth, because there not eating properly ripe fruits, and they eat way too much citrus fruit that are not properly grown from good quality soil, that has a proper alkaline and acid balanced ratio.
Also we must remember that we most likely have been brushing our teeth for several years with fluoridated toothpaste, and also toothpaste that has lots of chemicals that are acid forming, that build up in the mouth for many years, so when the body finally starts to be able to heal itself and repair the damage when you eat raw foods that promote healing and detoxification, these weaknesses will get exposed, and the reality of the damage you caused over the years will show itself. I highly suggest on an alkaline, and mucus free diet, too stay away from these toothpaste at all cost, and make sure that your washing your mouth and brushing your teeth with filtered water rather than the water from the sink, because the water from the sink most likely has lots of chlorine, fluoride, and unfortunately even estrogen compounds, and other unknown chemicals that are being dumped into the water supply.
We need to blame our bodies, first before we start blaming an alkaline based diets. It’s not raw living foods that cause damage to the body it’s cooked, and acid and mucus forming foods that do, and the reason why these problems don’t get exposed on (cooked food) is because the body cannot detoxify and heal itself on cooked food. When your on an acid forming diet, it’s almost like the body is being fueled by stimulants, and when you stop the stimulants, the body goes into rest mode, and finally starts to heal and focus on repairing damages. However people still lose their teeth, on cooked foods, and even meat eaters and any kind of diet somebody is on will have teeth problems, if they have enough stagnant lymph in their mouth, and do not properly take care of their teeth. This is not a fruitarian problem, this is a systemic problem that humans face, because they haven’t been on fruitarian diet from birth, or else they would never have these problems in the first place, it’s the habits, lifestyle and the poor eating that we have created as a human species, that creates these symptoms, and loosing dead and damaged tissue is the outcome when the body tries to heal itself. We have so drastically devolved as a species, its so difficult to know what’s what anymore when it comes to true regenerative
healing and the consequences that you must face when your trying to repair your body. Sometimes it’s best to lose some teeth and sacrifice them, too fully regenerate your body so that you can live and thrive, and not die from a chronic and degenerative disease. Even though you may lose your teeth through aggressive detoxification that a fruit diet provides, you still save your life, that you cannot save other than through detoxification. So to save your self from losing your teeth, I highly recommend you get into natural hygiene regimen regarding your teeth, and make sure you eat properly ripe fruit, and mineralize your mouth with herbs and non aluminum baking soda or whatever other methods you can take advantage of, such as herbal clay-like natural toothpaste that you could buy or make yourself. Also a good method is oil pulling, with a high-quality cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil, along with some turmeric or other herbs that you could use while doing the oil pulling method. Oils are also an anti-inflammatory that will help with pain or irritation, and they also pull out acids from your mouth daily, so that you don’t lose your teeth because you have to eat on quality fruit because it’s all you have access to. I would highly recommend oil pulling everyday and swish with coconut oil for at least 30 minutes in the morning before you start your first meal, there are plenty of things you could do to create in your detoxification protocol, that will help you in the process of eliminating acids from your mouth. Don’t fear the fruit, don’t fear detoxification, it’s really the only true method of regenerative healing that you can choose to do for yourself. It’s either you remove acids through the kidneys from the lymphatic system, or you suffer the consequence and pain by doing nothing.
