Transition, an all-fruit diet is essential for healing, and how I rebuilt after long term detoxification


When you transition off the GMO foods, the processed foods and the standard world diet full of chemical “foods” and you start every day with a fruit breakfast which I would recommend avoiding all unripe citrus fruits and you have a simple mono cooked plant-based meal for dinner for several weeks to a month or two then I would start your detox with fruit, berries, and melons only as long as you need to do to clean the body of metabolic waste, virals, acids, mucus, metals, and neurotoxins of various kinds.

A fruit diet is the detoxification diet not greens, nuts, seeds and avocados high in fat. When you open the doors and you drain the lymphatic system and you clean out the plaque build-up in the bowels now you can get from hell to well. You must be patient and endure the process of cause and effect when the acids and metabolic waste comes out.

The fruits of today are not much of building foods let’s be honest here but they are still cleaning foods and the hydration and electromagnetic energy of the fruit is what the body needs to clean your pipes and eliminative organs so you can take out the trash.

Be intuitive with your healing and now when to detox and now when to build and please give yourself some time to transition instead of going from processed junk to all fruit overnight. When you get rid of the pain and symptoms you are dealing with and you get your life back and you need to rebuild from the remodel detoxification phase. The old material is torn down and now the body is ready to build it’s up to you whether you want to remain a purest fruitarian or you want to put on some muscle and strength with some more amino acid-rich foods and to get more nutrition from the lack thereof regarding the unripe fruit sold in the market place.

After several months to a few years of deep cleaning with fruit, herbs and fasting and you decide you want to incorporate some cooked foods in your diet that are more amino acid-rich and dense in calories you must understand that there is an adoption phase that takes place just like you had to adapt to a 100% raw food diet. It can take up to 2 weeks to 2 months for the body to get used to raw foods when you cut out all cooked and the same goes for when you start eating cooked foods again. You may feel terrible for a few days to a few weeks but understand you must transition back properly as you would transition to a raw food diet.

I don’t promote a “raw vegan diet” for health and never have. I promote a raw fruit diet for health and detoxification but because the fruit is lacking building properties for long term sustainable health, in my opinion, I would recommend building on certain cooked foods rather than heavy vegetal matter and nuts and seeds full of phatic acids and this fiber is hard on the gut because heavy cellulose is hard for humans to digest and nature didn’t make a mistake with not giving us the enzyme cellulase to break down and properly absorb cellulose. I wish I could promote nuts and seeds and amino rich vegetables but I don’t believe we should burden the Gi tract and kidney with nuts, seeds and hard to digest raw plant matter. We actually do produce an enzyme to break down starch called Amylase.

If you suspect you have a candida issue and adrenal gland fatigue then you want to fix that before you incorporate any starchy foods in your diet. If you are worried about starch feeding fungus if you bake sweet potatoes you can eliminate a lot of the starch by converting the sugar to more of simple sugar and also pumpkin and squash baked can be an option and they happen to be fruits not vegetables and lower in starch.

Focus on fruit only when you are healing and focus on the fruit when you are building as well for energy, hydration and to help the bowels move properly but be mindful of you’re on year 2-4 fruitarian and you still feel very weak, tired, underweight and have no muscle it’s time to listen to your body and realize that it may be more then malabsorption and could be that you are lacking enough nutrition to properly build and maintain and healthy weight and strength you should have as well as proper hormones and testosterone.

If you have done fruit, herb, glandulars for your adrenal glands for several years and they are still dead in the water after several years then you must understand it COULD be that your adrenals are lacking key minerals and failing to produce steroids and hormones to help you produce the testosterone and hormones you need to have a proper muscular frame that every man should have in my opinion.

Not making any claims here but the only thing that worked for me to really turn on my adrenal glands to build muscle again was either nuts and seeds or some cooked foods like quinoa and sweet potatoes. I stayed on fruit long term to reverse my chronic prostatitis then I build up when I fully healed my bladder and prostate because after 3 years I was not able to achieve this on fruit alone. I didn’t go the nuts and seeds route because I felt joint pain, intestinal pain, and kidney pain and I didn’t feel that with cooked foods that were higher amino like quinoa.

I believe in the power of fruit and I try to eat mangoes every day but I think we need an alternative building protocol after strict detox because 2020 is a different world and the fight to avoid chemicals and to get decent ripe fruit is an issue and after working with so many people that failed to maintain a healthy weight even after years of an all-fruit diet consciously I can’t make the claim that you could rebuild on fruit after it took off your weight because I wasn’t able to achieve that and I’ve never actually been able to witness that regarding someone with severe chronic health problems that are dealing with malabsorption being able to build muscle and proper weight on just fruit and most even struggle on 100% raw even though I am able to build up quite effectively and nuts and seeds. I could be 100% if my main focus was JUST muscle building but there are other problems to tie into nuts and seeds, in my opinion, is damaging to the colon and kidneys and a little cooked food that helps me maintain a healthy weight and strength, in my opinion, it’s healthier than smashing nuts and seeds and heavy gourmet raw foods.

This is my transparent experience so love me or hate me but that’s why I’m here not to be a guru that lies about my personal experience but to rather be a vessel of honour regarding my own personal experiences and the information I’ve gathered working with people as a health and wellness practitioner and detoxification specialist for 4 years.
