Trying to detox with raw foods, but still drinking coffee, alcohol, and smoking cigarettes?


Who are you kidding? Detox is not just a “diet change” it’s about getting healthy in every aspect, such as the physical body, emotional body, spiritual body, and mental body. What’s the point with creating a counter productive environment in your body? Your trying to eliminate waste! That’s what “detox” is!, It’s not a “diet” it’s regenerative healing! The fruit is just a tool to help clean the body, because they are astringent, energetic, and alive, but just adding some fruit to your life, is not going to take all your problems away, and nether are the herbs, if your just taxing the body with acidic compounds found in coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes.

Is there any point to doing all this work steering things up with detox, and then putting a road block up, and locking everything back in, with this toxic chemistry? If you want the body to heal itself, you need to stop putting things in your body that completely stop the body from healing itself.

Truly detox on a level that heals and cleans the eliminative organs, such as the kidneys, skin and bowels, is going to take a 100% raw food diet based around at least 80-90% coming from water rich fruits. The kidneys don’t filter well for most people until they step it up, because it’s the coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes that is what damaged the kidneys and adrenals in the first place. For most people, they need to transition to a 100% fruit diet with herbal botanicals and intermittent dry fasting to get them opened up so they can drain the swamp.

You can’t drain the swamp and heal yourself, if your just creating more mucus and acids in the body from this toxic chemistry. Your just creating the magnet effect!

If you want to alkalize, hydrate and wake up the body to heal itself, then I highly suggest getting serious, and understanding what detoxification is all about!, because it doesn’t include cooked foods, (only to slow things down) it doesn’t include, over eating, it doesn’t include chemicals, and acids that are found in coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes, not to mention the lungs are an eliminative organ for getting mucus out! This toxic carcinogenic smoke full of chemicals only damaged the lungs, and creates mucus to harden in them.

Alcohol is a fermented acid liquid! Not only is it hard on the endocrine glands and kidneys, it’s also fuel for candida! Yes candida love fermented chemistry, and this is one of the reasons you get overgrowths of fungus, because it’s their job to clean up excess alcohol in the body, because people eat their foods poorly combined, and they ferment their sugars, because they have poor functioning adrenal glands, and have lost sugar metabolism because of it.

Coffee in its ph is very acidic, and at acids that strip and damage tissue! How can you detox when your creating damages? The goal is to get the body to heal, not be overworked on being taxed daily! Coffee is also very high in caffeine, and it’s caffeine that depletes the function of the adrenal glands, which in return, damages the kidneys, and you back up the lymph system, and acids stay at home in the body. You can’t heal the adrenal glands, when you are damaging them with acid and caffeine.

If you don’t bring alkalinity and hydration to the body, you cannot heal the body, because detox and regeneration is a hydrating alkaline experience! Give up the caffeine, coffee, alcohol and smoking, and take your health seriously, because adding in the “raw diet” will do very little for you, if you’re still taxing your cells, organs, glands and nervous system with these toxic irritants and poisons I just mentioned above!

True healing is a fasting experience, the fruit diet just is right below that when it comes to detoxification. You can detox and eat, which makes healing more fun ? but truly the body needs to rest to heal on a cellular level, and that means get the “diet focus” out of your head, and understand its much more then just raw food, it’s creating energy with the fruit, and it’s resting, and discontinuing the substances the damage the body, and this also goes for what you put on your skin, and the water you bath in.

Adding on healthy food is not enough, it’s about the subtraction of acid and mucus forming foods, and chemistry that is important when it comes to healing, and regenerative detoxification.
